The swimming pool is huge but really really cold and all the time I was there no pool towels were available. They fixed the elevator after 2 full days... ( only one was working so it took forever to reach wherever you wanted to go) The key to access your room stops working randomly so every day I had to go back to reception to get it fixed. The room had lots of baby cockroachs and an old smell. Breakfast was really good and no matter the time you'd go, they made sure to refill everything! You can book your tours downstairs, very practical! The Chinese restaurant downstairs is delicious, just know that the portions are big 😋

Loved our stay at the Hilton, service staff super friendly, food and cocktails were delicious and the pools did t disappoint. Nice Long sandy Beach to walk along each day (1.5km), 3 restaurants and some small shops for snacks. Great for families with kids, loads of daily activities and perfect for adults getting a break from the kids. Definitely coming back!!!

The stay here was lovely, wonderful. Clean place. Great service, very friendly and helpful staff. The only issue we had was the phone calls to reception was not answered. Unsure why but it would ring and ring and ring and no one picks up. As we were abit far from the reception area... Im an emergency it could be a problem. Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it.Luckily there was none but I think they need to look into it. But otherwise we had a great stay.. I would recommend the massage too... Best decision we could have made. The girls did great.

Lagünle çevrili oldukça yeni ve modern tarzdaki bu otelde harika bir konaklama! Ancak orada tadını çıkarabileceğimiz bir plaj olmaması üzücü. *oda - küçük ama ihtiyacımız olan her şeye sahipler ve olanaklar oldukça iyi ve konaklamamız boyunca bize yeterince çay ve kahve getiriyorlar. Odayı oldukça temiz tutuyorlar, bu yüzden burada kalmak çok rahattı. Yeni ve iyi bir tasarıma sahip olduğunu da görebiliyoruz! *kahvaltı - tamamen tadını çıkarabileceğiniz çeşitli yiyecekler! Hatta bir Mimosa içeceği bile vardı ve hazırladıkları güzel ve lezzetli yiyeceklerden asla sıkılmayacaksınız! *tesis - oldukça büyük, bu yüzden sonsuzluk havuzuna ulaşmak yürüyerek gitmek zaman alıyor ve yeterince bol değildi, bu yüzden tüm yolu yürümek zorunda kaldım. Ve bu otelin kendisi büyük olmasına rağmen sonsuzluk havuzu oldukça küçük ve her koltuk birbirine çok yakın, bu yüzden çok sıkışık olduğunu hissettim ve orada olmaktan çok rahat hissetmedim. Ancak çevre güzel, dağları ve okyanusları görebiliyoruz. Odamızdan Mavi Lagün manzarası da harikaydı! *Eşyalar- diğer otellerle karşılaştırdığım için üzgünüm ama bazı çalışanlar diğer otellerde tanıştığımız diğer çalışanlar kadar arkadaş canlısı değil. Bazıları çok tatlı ama bize yardım etmekten çok yorulduklarını hissettim. Ama bize havaalanına kadar bir çatı katı vermemize yardım eden şoför çok arkadaş canlısı ve nazikti, bize yardım etmeye istekli olduğunu ve seyahatimizin sonuna kadar rahat etmemizi sağladığını görebiliyoruz! Teşekkürler Maffie! (yazım konusunda emin değilim) Ve resepsiyon görevlisi bayan check-in yaptığımızda çok dikkatliydi-Sweta, check-in saatinden biraz erken gelmiş olsak bile bizim için bir oda hazırlamaya istekliydi, teşekkürler!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Radisson Hotel! All the staff were welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. Dipping in the jacuzzi in the adults-only pool area in the morning was the perfect way to start our day. The sunset deck and beach cabanas were also very relaxing. Although the pillows had a slight moldy smell and the room wasn’t serviced properly, overall our stay was great. We’ll definitely be back!

This is not up to standard with a 5-star resort. Overall it’s a nice stay, but overpriced and don’t go expecting 5-star luxury. It unfortunately has not kept up with the maintenance it has needed over the years. Negatives - had aircon issues and slept without aircon, they moved us rooms to fix this - had a leak above our shower in both tooms - fridge was broken in both rooms - lack of pool towels for number of guests, tried getting a pool towel on multiple occasions to be told they were out. When we eventually got some they were stained. - lack of snorkle gear for guests, we unfortunately couldn’t snorkle because they were always out. We spoke to other guests who went and bought some because they couldn’t get any either - aircon in rooms is very loud - internet access drops out constantly - we couldn’t watch tv as the internet was down for netflix on the tv and we were told we could only watch it on phones or ipads - food menus in the room are dirty and falling apart Positives - most of the staff is really friendly - adults only pool is calm and quiet - good assortment of activities and things to do in the hotel - staff is mostly helpful when you need things We actually tried to refund the end of our stay so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it to people and just know if you do stay here it is more like a 3 to 4 star resort.

Great place to experience the real fiji people, culture and service. Very friendly staff and always something going on , with the reef and walks , swimming etc plenty to do. The food is very good , breakfast is very good and cooked to order, compliments to the Chef. Dinner was also very enjoyable , portion size is large, and well received. The Dinning room is well spread with larger groups down the bottom and individuals and families up the top , never felt too crampt or over whelmed. Rooms were great not 5 star by any means but they don't try to be the rooms were very good nice mattresses good sleeping a shower inside and outside for something different. The gardens are excellent with garden staff maintaining them constantly its a real bounus they do a wonderful job. The Staff in general are great always smiling and open for a chat. They all help one another and make it a fun organised resort . The Room staff who makeup and clean rooms are wonderful throughout the whole place nothing was a chore The Gym i used everyday needs a bit of a spruce up needs a treadmill and a new workout bench but I made do and still did well. A lovely lovely place for a holiday! Don't hesitate to book as after a few days you'll ask why didn't you book for longer like we did.

The hotel is abt 8 mins drive fm airport. Room was spacious and clean. I had a pool view room on 2nd level , very lovely. Room service was prompt and food was so good. Concierge helped to arrange an early morning airport transfer and front desk arranged my takeout breakfast. Service is excellent!! Highly recommended.

Location was great - right next to the international airport as well as a major hospital. It's also an easy 5minute walk to the bus stop if you'd like to take the local transport. The grounds are beautifully kept & very well maintained- there's cleaning and pruning of the beautiful landscape everyday. Pool was lovely with a slide. Gorgeous addition to the well maintained grounds. Hopefully they'll water blast the steps up to the slides as it was mouldy and slippery. Rooms were nice and clean. Enough utensils to use and the usual bathroom amenities. Security at both gates were great,friendly and helpful. Free parking space was a bonus. Staff were so good except for the kitchen staff - we had to wait an hr for dinner which was sitting cold on the countertop with no one bringing the food over. I had to go and ask if the food was ours and indeed it was.

Şu ana kadar kaldığım en muhteşem oteldi. Tesisler iyi donanımlı, temiz ve konukseverlik mükemmel. Uçağımın sabah varması planlandığından kontuarda erken check-in talebinde bulundum ve çok misafirperver davrandılar. Girişte bana taksi ayarlayan personelin yanı sıra restoran ve bardaki personelin de çok cana yakın ve güler yüzlü olması beni gerçekten rahatlattı. Kahvaltı lüks, bu yüzden kesinlikle tavsiye ederim! Standart menüden Hint mutfağına, suşiden tatlılara, meyvelere ve daha fazlasına kadar çok çeşitli şeyler yiyebilirsiniz. Hindistan cevizi anında kırılacağından, bitkinin kökünden yapılan bir pipetle lezzetli hindistan cevizi suyu içebilirsiniz! Yatak rahat ve odada rahatça dinlenebiliyorum, Fiji'ye gittiğimde kesinlikle burada tekrar kalacağım.
