What we loved most is the location—it’s literally just across the airport, which nimade arrival and departure super easy, especially after a long travel day. We took the free shuttle buses to Cotai from the airport which made getting around much more convenient and stress-free. The room was comfortable and served its purpose well for a short stay, and the overall experience was smooth and hassle-free. "Convenient location: ~25 minutes from airport by taxi; quiet area with a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores, but hotel itself has three own restaurants (Western, Chinese and Thai food) with affordable prices for big plates; polite and friendly staff everywhere - special thanks to breakfast crew; own bar has good selection of classic, modern cocktails and premium liquors and whiskey; clean and neat rooms with necessary things, but my opinion: hairdryer was a little old and it took me longer to dry my short hair."

"Location was the highlight of the hotel - near to a supermarket, about 10-min walk to a delicious halal restaurant (Indian Garden restaurant), about 15-min walk to Taipa village. Amenities were okay enough but there was limited time (two hours) to use the iron & ironing board. The iron was not working properly so it took a long time to iron just one piece of headscarf. Service wise - the front desk guy who accommodated us during check-in was quite good in English, so he answered our inquiries well enough. However when we were checking out, we wanted to leave our luggage and asked on how we can get a taxi to the high speed train station but the front desk lady only said “you ask there (pointing at where we should be leaving our luggage)” when we asked at the luggage counter the guy said “you ask there the reception”. So we just decided to look for our own taxi - we were lucky enough a taxi driver was kind enough to wait for us at the designated time. Overall, it was an okay experience staying at the hotel."

"Sabah 11:30'da otele varıyoruz ve resepsiyona giderek kayıt yaptırıyoruz ve oda anahtarını alıyoruz. Odaya giriş yapamasam da dışarı çıktıktan sonra valizimi bırakıp otele geri dönebildim. Herhangi bir formaliteye gerek duymadan sadece oda numarasını istedim ve giriş yaptım. doğrudan oda. Bagajın da odaya teslim edilmesi çok düşünceli bir davranış.
