The hotel is new, so the furniture is in good condition. The waiters in the restaurant are very helpful. The chef agreed to cook non-spicy food. When there was a slight confusion with the order, we received a compliment from the chef. The water in the pool is clean.

We arrived early for our scheduled check-in time. Robin Edwards, the general manager, has given everyone instructions to take note of my two-day stay at the hotel. After receiving a welcome drink upon my arrival, the General Manager presented me with a unique gift. My check-in was finished in a matter of minutes. After I got in the room, a representative from three different hotels came to ask if I needed anything or if I wasn't satisfied with the space, there was another one available for me. Because of the excellent customer service and concern that made my day memorable, I felt a little ashamed now. Overall exceptional cervices

Oda ve altyapı fena değildi, ancak çıkış resepsiyonu kasıtlı sorun çıkarma konusunda ustalık dersi verdi. Tek kişi için rezervasyon yapmamıza rağmen iki kişi olarak giriş yaptık. Resepsiyon görevlisi kimliklerimizi memnuniyetle aldı ve ses çıkarmadan girişimizi yaptı. Ancak ertesi gün, durum hakkında hiçbir fikri olmadığı belli olan başka bir resepsiyon görevlisi, fazladan bir kişinin 10 ABD doları daha tutacağını söylemeye karar verdi. Bravo! Böyle bir mantık ancak gerçek bir dahiden gelebilirdi. Doğal olarak öfkelendim ve onlarla hararetli bir tartışmaya girdim. Hizmet anlayışları mükemmeldi - son derece kötü ve profesyonelce değildi. Eğer ekstra ücret talep etmeyi düşünüyorlarsa, neden çıkışta bu hoş sürprizi yapmak yerine giriş sırasında bize bildirmiyorlardı? Açıkça, misafirleri rahatsız etme sanatının uzmanları. Başlangıçta otel hakkında iyi düşünmüştüm, ancak bu hoş resepsiyon deneyimi sayesinde tüm bu olumlu hisler tamamen silindi. Merak etmeyin, bu otel artık kara listemde. I recently stayed at Hotel Afford Inn and had a wonderful experience. The hotel exceeded my expectations with its clean, well-maintained rooms and excellent amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout my stay. I particularly appreciated the fast Wi-Fi, complimentary breakfast, and the peaceful ambiance of the entire place. The location was convenient, and the surrounding area felt safe and welcoming. What made the experience even better was the beautiful weather — it added a refreshing charm to my trip and allowed me to truly relax and enjoy my time. Whether for a short business trip or a relaxing getaway, Hotel Afford Inn is definitely a great choice. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality service, and a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel is very nice, surely in the top 5 of Dhaka, the staff is friendly and professional. Location extremely convent to reach the airport and the expo center. PRO: location, staff, breakfast and restaurant are pretty good, room is spacious and bathroom also nice  TO IMPROVE: room key stop working way to often, I think in my stay (8 nights) I've been to the front desk to get new keys at least 15 times.... facilities can be better, room need a little renovation to launch this hotel on a higher price point

Burada ikinci kalışım. Bu seferki deneyimim bir öncekinden daha iyiydi. Güler yüzlü otel personeli ve profesyonel resepsiyon. Karşılama hizmeti harikaydı. Giriş işlemleri kolaydı. Oda iyiydi ve tuvalet temizdi. Ancak duş alırken daha iyi bir his sağlamak için duş odası tavan parçalarını biraz daha düzgün yerleştirebilirlerdi. Restoran yemekleri lezzetliydi.

The location was good for business, but dhaka traffic is dhaka traffic, so it was a pain to travel anywhere other than downtown. The staff were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble. Everything was clean, and our room was cleaned daily. The only issue I had was that the bed was too hard, and I didn't sleep well the first night. I told the house cleaner, and immediately he brought a softer mattress and 2 quilts. After this, I slept well. I am a westerner and used to soft beds, my travel partner is Bengali and the bed was fine for her. So this will not be a problem if you are used to hard beds. As soon as I told them my problem, they solved it immediately. Such good hospitality. The roof top pool was refreshing and clean. The gym was very well equipped, better than some gyms I have been to.

Facilities totally spoiled, shower head, pipe hanger all broke, room small, smelly don’t matched with the price paid for at all. Not recommended
