서비스 - 훌륭함, 친절하고, 온천이용 마음대로 좋아요. 바로 앞이 바다. 넓은 주차장 좋아요. 호불호가 있지만 조식도 괜찮아요. 무한 홍게 👍, 아쉬운 것은 카페트라 그런가 약간 냄새가 나요. 그리고 콘세트 위치가 불편해요. 전 4층에서 묵었는데, 오션뷰 대박입니다.

My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

酒店庭院挺美的 內外都很日式 兩餐也很好 還有免費的日本酒喝 日式浴衣很美款式豐富 更新很快 温泉也不錯室內室外都可以泡 離海邊浴場皆生温泉走幾步就到了 看日落很方便 地點略偏 交通不十分方便要走去温泉遊客中心 後來想起來説酒店有提供接送 但入住時酒店沒有提示

柯南迷：望湖樓Bokoro Ryokan 漫畫69、劇版648&649集《蒸汽密室的劇本》：我們一起去勘查了男湯的“案發現場”，原來外面可以進入“密室現場”的門已經鎖上了，柯南迷説，可能是**事故之後有防範了，別提有多投入了。青山剛昌先生每年都會回到這裏，所以酒店有很多手稿，還有全套的漫畫書，鳥取的和牛很美味，但對於柯南迷，沒有什麼比親臨現場更重要的。 服務員山田姐姐非常認真，還用中文給我們留了字條。推薦柯南迷體驗，入住酒店要選含早晚兩餐的服務，餐食非常豐富（食材新鮮，吃到肚歪），房間裏也有免費鳥取的特產（餅乾，果子，梨果凍），建議是如果泡室外温泉的話，建議戴帽子，否則泡湯結束後容易着涼。 提醒一下，酒店是上午10:00退房，如果預訂回程的火車可以選10:30之後的。酒店提供接送服務，可以提前攜程客服預約，接去酒店是6點之前沒有固定時間，但送客走的話是有固定的時間的。

The hotel is situated at the middle level of Daisen, only 30 mins drive from Yonago city. It is a big complex with a lot of rooms. The best view rooms are probably those facing the sea. Ours faces Daisen Mountain, which is not bad either. It gave me a sense of tranquility. The onsen is awesome with both outdoor and indoor pools. The showering area is spacious too. The room is in a very decent size. It was amply sufficient for three of us. Adding points to this review is the 3 hours of happy hours, with unlimited flow of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and snacks. The panoramic view restaurant was quite a nice place for relaxing. Another point to add is the 11:00 o'clock check-out time, unlike other hotels in Yonago at 10:00. Overall, if you book the hotels well in advance, it's a pretty good deal.

The service was incredible. The whole hotel has tatami floor so you need to let the staff help to clean your baggage wheels and then take off your shoes before entering hotel. Hotel buffet dinner and breakfast were great. 

酒店風景絕佳，房間在4樓，空調十分給力，湯池有點少，一個室外，一個室內，但感覺也夠了，人流量不多，這裡有兩家，一家松月，一家遊月，遊月稍微新一點，從米子站要叫車到酒店大概2500日元，還行吧，坐Bus的話不太方便，各方面都很好，度假很棒，服務人員態度很好

A bit old facilities but equipped with all necessary amenities. Very comfortable stay. Hot spring was spacious and very well maintained, with outdoor spa. Good experience of Japanese hospitality. Would visit again with family.

Excellent location just few steps from the Tottori Station. Hotel has some history but still mantain in it's shape. Breakfast can be skpped as only limited food provided. Hotel is bit over priced with almost Yen 20,000/nite for a semi double room .......
