My two nights here were a perfect escape. The room felt like a retreat into calm. I especially loved the private baths, quiet, serene, and easy to access. What made the stay truly unforgettable was the kindness of the staff. From the afternoon tea with a Japanese sweet served in the room to their constant thoughtfulness and gentle smiles, every detail made me feel welcomed and cared for. My stay here will remain one of the most memorable parts of my time in Japan.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel in Tottori! Its location near the station made it super convenient for exploring the area. The place was impeccably clean and tidy, which really enhanced my stay. The hotel staff provided excellent service, and their good command of English made communication a breeze. I loved that they had an onsen, even though it wasn’t natural spring water. It was still a wonderfully relaxing way to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Overall, this hotel is a perfect spot for anyone visiting Tottori. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay. I’d definitely recommend it to friends and family. Can’t wait to come back!

Great location and super spacious room. We picked the option inclusive of breakfast and dinner & truly enjoyed it. Walking distance to JR station with lots of good food around. 10/10 would recommend. The onsen comes with private or public bath which is great for people who don’t want to be in the public with strangers but still want to enjoy onsen

I actually stayed at Super Hotel Yonago the previous night, and the Tottori one seemed more welcoming. There was a drink bar set up, with free flow alcohol which it the 1st time I had seen in Japan. The reception was very friendly. If you arrive early, you can choose which pillow you want. Otherwise, the default would be the room pillow which I find rather uncomfortable. Take note of the different onsen times for man and woman since there is only one onsen available. U can easily search for them from the hotel website.

酒店就在海邊，和式房間很美，服務親切，設施很好。入住當天人不多，看到了海上彩虹。當晚就下起了大雪，在雪天泡温泉非常幸福。早上打開窗簾，屋外被風雪籠罩的海浪，太美啦。

View is super good and food is very nice. Yet the most disappointing point is the public bath is not adjacent to the onsen and there is no towel provided in the public bath even onsen tax is charged. Overall is a good experience, the front desk staff is friendly. Surrounded by detective Conan if you like anime.

地理位置方便 就在車站斜對面 走路大概3-5分鐘，附近有很多餐廳，、超市、百貨公司，飯店附設的停車位比較少一點，停車費¥600/夜。 大廳有點歷史感，很寬敞明亮，還有會員專屬休息區。 電梯只有看到兩個，但通常不太需要等待太久。房間有點小、雖然有改裝過但還是感覺有點老舊，床鋪軟硬適中、枕頭也還不錯，床頭櫃可以調整燈光、廣播和冷氣，廁所乾淨稍微老舊。房間最大的缺點可能是隔音不太好，容易聽到走廊的聲音，還有風吹過窗戶縫隙造成的聲音，晚上睡覺以為是颱風天的風聲，但其實天氣很好，早上也會聽到風的聲音，可能會因此提早起床，建議一定要改善風吹窗戶的聲音。 樓層公共空間有提供冰塊🧊也有自動販賣機，沒有提供瓶裝水。 一樓大廳還有紀念品店，但沒有大浴場，有提供另外付費的早餐。

Second time I have stayed here. Great hotel, right beside the station. The hotel itself may seem a little outdated but it is very cozy. It is a 10 minute walk to a main street filled with restaurants and bars. About 5 minutes walk to the bus depot if you need to get to the sand dunes. Staff were very nice and polite and helpful

Really fantastic as per usual in Mercure! No problems what so ever, room a little dated but no stress. Great staff, food and onsen, a little far out but you know already you need a car with a place like this. Fantastic views 10/10

This is the best hostel I've ever been for over 10 years! I love this hostel that I can walk in the capsule without bowing down (my height is 157 cm. btw) Share space is huge and cozy, feel like at home. Wi-Fi is everywhere.
