The hotel is within walking distance to JR station and a big shopping mall. Even though the room is quite old but the advantage is that it’s big and they have set up the extra bed for my son and we still have a lot of space to put our 3 luggage and open them fully.

The hotel is located not very far from Nagasaki station. I was a bit late for the check-in time but I managed to inform them on the phone in advance and the staff was waiting for me. I really love the vibe of the hotel and the cabin was comfy to sleep. Their breakfast was the best!

It's a shame you can't open the window to ventilate the room. The system can't cope, and you breathe stale air, alternating between being too cold and too hot. Otherwise, everything is fine, a predictable level of comfort.

I really didn't expect anything from staying at this hotel, as it was twice as cheap as anything in the area. But it's really a hidden gem! The location is perfect for exploring Nagasaki, in the heart of Chinatown, lots of eateries in the area, and a tram stop nearby. The entrance is between two buildings and not obvious at first glance, but Google maps will get you there. The hotel has a retro vibe and doesn't look like a traditional business hotel, but does it need to? Big comfy beds, huge rooms (a lot more spacious than you expect to find in Japan), all the amenities you need inside. The description didn't mention a fridge, but we had one in our room. No view, but it didn't bother us. Good breakfast for a reasonable price. The only downside is that they don't have a coin laundry in the hotel, but there are some in the area. In my opinion, it's more than value for money!

Good place to enjoying Tatami culture with reasonable price, I fully enjoyed it. 10 minutes walking from NAGASAKI station and very solid Check-IN system at 3pm. but it has a nice romantic mood BAR, 2F.

I booked this place only for one night but it was totally worth it, and I immediately regretted my past decision of booking this place only for 1 day…  It was perfect place for calm-wellness kind of fam-trip with its spas(located in each bldgs!), delicious dinner(pre-booking is a must, i presume?) and breakfast! Inasayama(MT.Inasa) hill’s location could be the only problem but if you do not insist in downtown tour, it won’t bother you!!!!  They have pre-booking(1day ago) guest only shuttle bus but operation time is very limited!

I had a fantastic stay at Nagasaki Marriott Hotel, the room is spacious and clean, location is great.  I sustained an ankle sprain during my trip and front desk staff, Tashiro-san, was extremely helpful and efficient to assist in contacting emergency services and arranging for a taxi to send me to the hospital. I would like to express my gratitude to Tashiro-san as I can see that she spent a lot of effort to arrange the whole thing. It is such exceptional service that makes the hotel and staff stand out from the rest. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable beds and located nearby Chinatown. Room was a bit small so do take note if you have big luggages. There was a small table with 2 chairs in the room which took up a bit of space. I checked in rather late and the staff manning the reception looked overworked and tired, hence he didn't come across as really welcoming and friendly. When I checked out the next morning, it was him as well but he looked better. Breakfast was quite ok with a lot of variety. A near drive to Dejima wharf. Recommended for couples or solo travelers.

是一家親子酒店 設施完善 有個大草坪對着島原港 還有自行車滑滑梯給小朋友玩 新館二樓有個小小童樂園 本館和新館各有一個温泉 工作人員也很好 晚餐需要提前預約我們沒有預約前台小姐姐幫我們和餐廳説了就放我們進去了 點餐制的 整體很不錯 這家酒店不推薦在攜程預訂 攜程找的代理包括攜程的專員都非常不專業 預訂後告知我預訂成功的是三位成人 實際我預訂的是兩大一小（小孩4歲）系統問題預訂後就變成3個成人了 攜程讓我和酒店自己去確認小孩是否可以入住 非常好笑 我電話要求退了她説不行 這種低級錯誤為什麼要讓顧客來承擔風險 當時預訂的價格為1378兩大一小不含餐 但實際這個價格兩個大人的話可以包含兩餐了 這個房型4-7歲入住到店衹要付1500日元（75人民幣）但攜程實際按成人費用收取的

從長崎開車到雲仙差不多一個小時車程，剛到停車場熱情的阿姨們都出來迎接了。checkin時也有茶飲和甜點～ 温泉和房間都很不錯，私密性很棒。房間也夠大，乾淨。 餐食採用當地產的蔬菜牛肉等，很滿足～小酒吧可以供應一些免費的酒水，雖不是特別昂貴的產品，但飯後小酌綽綽有餘了～
