Nice breakfast seating area for business meeting Its located in another big building so the elevator is quite packed, but other than this, its a great place to stay.

There was a promotion during our period of stay, however, the front desk did not give us the gift during our check in. Only when we saw the promotion flyer in our room and went down to ask the front desk then they gave us the free gift. Other than the above, the hotel is great! The toilet on the second floor is very clean. My kids love the playground and the slide. Can see that the curtain and window were well maintained and cleaned. The switches are clean too! Small details are very well taken care of. It is also very near Taichung station. Will choose this hotel again!

Firstly, the hotel management has strong empathy allowing me to cancel 1 night last minute due to family issues that I have to check out 1 day earlier. But to my surprise, Check in timing is surprisingly at 4pm. Gym facilities is under renovation but did not prior inform the guest upon check in. On Trip.com, stated open 2023 which is very misleading that the hotel was newly renovated or newly built. But the rooms are old but luckily not rundown and rooms are clean.

Location: Right cross Rhythm Arena, can't get more convenient for my purposes. Also pretty near local MRT and a really big park. Cleanliness: Nooks and crannies are dusty, the corners and hard to reach places were not properly cleaned and maintained. But at least the bed and the floor are clean. Service: Great from what I've seen, even when one day I left my room at 4pm, a cleaning aunty still showed up asked if I need my room cleaned when I was suppose to indicate to them before 3pm. Facilities: Can't comment much as I didn't explore around their facilities, but the hotel is situated in a tall building with a cafe at the ground floor/reception, seems pretty cool.

The hotel is very centrally located and you won't have any trouble finding good food or shopping venues. It's also very close to the train station and the bus station to Sun Moon Lake. For me it was perfect. The lobby is also gorgeous and well-designed, very clean and overall appealing. The personnel is friendly. My initial room was clean and very comfortable and had a fan in it additionally to the AC. Unfortunately there was pretty obvious water damage as water was dripping from the ceiling and running down the wall which actually got worse by the hour. It was after a typhoon so maybe that had something to do with it. I went to the reception and told them about it and they were very accomodating and gave me a different room. It was pretty obvious that they didn't care about water literally running down the wall, though, and I think that's odd and damaging to the room and hotel. The new room had some water damage, too, but it was less severe so I didn't bother getting another different room.

The hotel is in a great condition and the staff is very helpful. Location is convenient as its 15min from HSR station and there are many food options around the hotel. Room is quite specious and they even have a washing machine and dryer which is helpful if you need to wash a few things.

The new front-desk guy was really kind and supportive. Unlike other female worker or his in-charge manager, he tried all his best to help us solve the problem that we encountered Room was clean but we got bitten by mosquitos…

This is the best hotel I had ever stayed so far. The location is just a walking distance from Yi Chong Street Night Market. The staffs are courteous and accommodating. The room is clean and the bed very comfortable. There is a snacks counter where you can eat anytime aside from the good breakfast served in the morning. You can even use the computer at your convenience. There is also a laundry area where you can wash your clothes for free.

The hotel generously upgraded our rooms from twin single beds to twin double bed. The location is absolutely fantastic and strategic as it is located just across major transportation nodes for HSR, Local Train and Metro. The rooms may look a bit dated but if aesthetic isnt a major concern, all else considered, it was a convenient and pleasant stay.
