"So glad we spent a night at Comfort hotel at Nagoya airport. We did not need to rush for our morning flight the next day and got to spend time exploring the airport (Flight of Dreams) as well as nearby town of Tokoname. Reception staff at Comfort hotel were very helpful and friendly. They kept our luggages for us and took the trouble to bring us to the pick up point for free shuttle to Tokoname. Room wise, although a bit dated, the room was big, clean and had all amenities needed. We had sea view room which was really nice. Breakfast was good. Highly recommend this hotel."

"pretty hotel, looks like a palace. room was very big for the price. beware because the hotel is NOT in nagoya, it is in a neighboring city, and transportation from and to nagoya is quite expensive and the trains don’t come that often. there is a shinkansen station right in front of it, there is no need to go to nagoya station. the room was big and comfortable, the walls in my room were a bit dirty but it had a very nice and pretty balcony, tv with youtube and streaming services. bed was very comfortable and hotel has great service, i just wouldnt stay again because of the location."

MMisafir KullanıcıWe stayed at the King Corner Suite and the space was wonderful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable we had to order pillows from Marriott after we returned home! On site parking is available for guests on a first come first serve basis and once you acquire a parking spot you will be guaranteed for the spot for the remaining duration of your stay. Will definitely stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nagoya next time when visiting Nagoya again

MMisafir KullanıcıIt’s about a 17‑minute walk from the JR station, so it can be a bit tough if you’re carrying large luggage. The hotel has a stylish, modern look, and the breakfast is great. You can choose from four options, and they can adjust ingredients a bit for guests with allergies. There are quite a few visitors from Hong Kong and Taiwan, and most of the staff can speak Chinese. However, I wouldn’t recommend speaking Chinese to them; the service tends to be better when you use English, like the Western guests do.

The location is perfect—directly connected to Nagoya Station, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options all around, making it extremely convenient. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing stay. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options to start the day. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nagoya.

MMisafir KullanıcıBeware: Room 908 has broken AC! Stayed 2 nights in summer (July 12-14) with the AC set to 19°C, but the room was consistently over 25°C. The hotel only offered a fan, no upgrade (they said they were full), and zero compensation despite me paying full price. What's more, I'm incredibly disappointed that even after emailing the General Manager directly, she hasn't bothered to reply herself. This is a shocking lack of TIAD standard. Avoid this hotel if you expect functional air conditioning and proper customer service!

There are big department stores nearby and plenty of nice restaurants to choose from. Room is big with full amenities. Service very nice. One of our luggage was delayed & it was delivered to our hotel the next day. When we asked for the luggage the next day, we were immediately led to the concierge & retrieving the luggage was effortless!

Aapril408We really love this hotel. Location is great as it is next to a garden and historical tea house. It's a short walk to Inuyama Castle and we do have the castle as our lovely breakfast view. The room is big and comes with a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. There is also an onsen at the hotel with indoor and outdoor baths! Hotel is also a short, scenic walk from the train station. I would love to come back again!

CChyarlesExcellent service, room was comfortable with superb view of the city but a wee bit noisy at night till the train service stopped, club lounge was a plus but it closed too early (9pm), breakfast was ok particularly loved the French toast and very very delicious gelato although strangely enough fried eggs weren’t available daily and fruit choices were meagre (orange, honeydew and pineapple). A pleasant stay overall.
