HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Kanazawa – My Absolute Favourite of My 2026 Japan Trip! I stayed at HOTEL MYSTAYS Premier Kanazawa for three nights, and it ended up being my favourite hotel of my entire trip. The room was extremely clean and very spacious — at 32 sqm, it really was much larger than most hotels in Japan for the price paid and was very comfortable for a longer stay. The pricing was also very affordable for the space, quality, and comfort provided, making it excellent value for money. Service from the staff was also excellent — friendly, professional, and always helpful whenever we needed assistance. There is a bathtub provided with bath salts given at the front desk Food: I also tried the Kanazawa Gozen (last pic) recommended by the hotel, and it was fantastic. At 3,500 yen, it was well worth the price and a great way to experience local cuisine without leaving the hotel. Location: 5 mins walk from JR Kanazawa Station exit, pretty straightforward, with an underground walkway, which is noticeable after exiting and turning left. Overall, an outstanding stay and easily my top hotel choice during this trip. I truly hope to return and stay here again in the future.

Stay here for 3 night. Room with breakfast. No variation for their breakfast. Every day is with the same dishes. Also the staff at the reception are not helpful despite asking if there are e available parking lot that can be made available since there are guest checking out. But they insist for us to drive the car from the affiliate parking lot to the hotel to book the space first despite that we told them we are heading out. There is no point for us to just drive the car here and eventually we are still going to drive out isn’t it. They could have just took our car particulars and secure the lot. Very unhelpful young staff till a nicer Japanese older lady willing to assist us.

Everything was excellent and value for the money. From the front desk itself (offers luggage storage when you are early, and free bike rental), Husband and I really maximized their public onsen which is very clean and contains essentials for after wash care, by the way you can see the crowd count for the onsen and cafeteria in their TV. One thing that we didn't like is the block out curtains that is not fully blocking the sunlight.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There are many facilities including laundry room, lounge area (with tea and coffee provided), massage chairs and public spa bath; all of which do not require extra charges). The breakfast was delicious and had many food varieties to choose from. Although the location is not close to any public transport, the hotel offers free shuttle bus to and from the Kanazawa station every 30 minutes. This is very convenient.

We had a lovely stay here. The room was actually bery spacious, clean and cozy. Breakfast was good. It is only a short walk from Kanazawa station and super close to everything we need. The staffs are lovely and very helpful. I had an issue to with luggage (i sent from Tokyo) and they were so kind and understanding and helped me have my bags delivered that very night. I was very grateful! Would definitely recommend to other people to stay.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be very nice. The front desk staff were always kind and helpful, which we truly appreciated. We did, however, experience a minor issue with the reservations. They told us due to a problem with our originally reserved room, they initially tried to offer us a downgraded room. After I declined, they eventually provided us with the original room as booked.

Great location, many restaurants along the street. Only takes several minutes to walk to art museum and Kenroku-en Garden.

部屋は広く、ベッドもキングサイズでよかったです。 部屋の灯りがランプ3つだったため、いつもと違う感覚でした。昔ながらのお部屋って感じがしました。 エアコンやテレビはリモコン操作でないところ、部屋の灯りもLEDじゃないところなど。 ちょっと金額を抑えたい旅行で宿泊するホテルとして星4つってかんじです。
