2 personnes 1serviette malgré demande. Petit déjeuner non frais . yaourth tiède. Pas de salé au petit déjeuner le dimanche matin. Manque d'hygiène pour le pain. Tout le monde le touche pour pouvoir le couper. Chambre lit oriente face a la fenêtre avec balcon traversant. Tout le monde profite des vues sur chambre. Aucune climatisation, il faisait très chaud mais impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre le monde passe sur le balcon. Dommage le cadre verdoyant extérieur est sympa. Fortement déçus.

Tesisler, özellikle yatak odası ve banyo, bir yurt odasından sadece biraz daha iyi olmak üzere oldukça basit ve fiyat-performans oranı gerçekten yüksek değil. Neyse ki kahvaltı seçenekleri oldukça zengin ve personel güler yüzlü. Otopark otelin hemen yanında, bu da kullanışlı.

J'ai été prévenue que je pouvais m'enregistrer de 14h à 20h30, or, l'hôtel ferme entre 11 et 17h. sauf si on peut régler la taxe de séjour par carte bancaire. J'ai dû repartir et revenir à 17h pour... 1,54€?! J'ai réservé sur Trip.com et je me suis retrouvée sur Expédia avec un autre numéro de réservation, qui ne passait pas sur la borne. Quelle gabegie?!

Konaklamamı çok sevdim. Oda güzeldi; sadece yatak başlığında estetik açıdan hoş görünen birkaç yırtık olması üzücüydü. Personel çok misafirperverdi ve hizmetleri iyi anlattı. Otelin imza masajı olan bir bakım yaptırdım. Çok iyiydi ve oda çok rahatlatıcıydı. Varışta size küçük, ücretsiz bir karşılama çantası veriliyor. Odanızın her gün temizlenmesini istemiyorsanız, sabahları kapı koluna küçük bir sürpriz koyuyorlar, bunu gerçekten çok beğendim. Bu oteli arkadaşlarıma ve aileme tavsiye edeceğim çünkü çok memnunum.

Établissement bien placé, difficile de se garer proches de l hôtel.Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite par rapport aux nombres de personnes qui déjeunent. Mieux vaut arriver de bonne heure si vous voulez avoir quelque-chose à manger ??. Chambre correcte. Éviter les chambres en bout de couloir près des sorties afin d Éviter le claquement de la porte d'escalier.

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

Everything was fine as expected from a budget hotel. Receptionists were nice, although they can’t really speak English. The only issue upon check in was that I was asked to pay the hotel fees again even if I already prepaid online. They said that they did not charge the card when i made the prepayment as it was only meant to reserve the rooms. So i paid right then and there at the reception once again. Then this morning, i check that both cards (the one used for prepayment and the one used at the reception) were actually charged. Now, i have duplicate payments which I’m still tryint to resolve with Trip customer service. In addition, we were suddenly awoken the next morning due to all the noise right outside our door. Somebody was shouting/talking so loudly and kept banging things. When i opened the door, it was the housekeeping lady. What is the purpose of putting the “do not disturb” sign on the door if the person who’s not supposed to disturb you is actually disturbing you from directly outside your room. This is the first time i have met such a loud housekeeper and the first time a housekeeper did not greet “good morning” eventhough we met eye-to-eye.

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

Mulhouse'da kısa veya uzun süreli konaklamalar için bu oteli tavsiye ederim. Tren istasyonuna ve eski şehre yakın. Kahvaltı ücreti dahil paranızın karşılığını iyi. Odalarda temizlik ve iyi ısıtma.

Un hôtel vraiment bien situé à proximité de tout , la propreté, la qualité de prix j’aime bien .
