Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return.

ANA was an amazing hotel, and our stay in Okinawa was absolutely wonderful! The amenities were top-notch and so relaxing, making our trip even more enjoyable. The area was beautiful, and the views from our room were breathtaking.   A highlight was PST Pizza, which was delicious and conveniently located right by the beach. The breakfast was really good and worth it. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!

Perhaps most noteworthy was the exceptional staff performance across all departments. Room service was delivered with flawless precision and genuine warmth, whilst the housekeeping team maintained immaculate standards with remarkable efficiency. The front-of-house personnel displayed particular resourcefulness in facilitating car park tickets, navigating potential complexities with ease and ensuring guests experienced no inconvenience whatsoever. 地理位置那麼好的酒店，難怪那麼多差評，其實這家酒店還是有很多優點，首先，酒店有海豚，海龜等很多稀有動物，而且還有這些動物知識的講座，在酒店中確實特別稀有，適合帶小孩子親子游。但是，這個巨大的優點對語言不通的中國遊客來説，意義其實也不太大。缺點主要是服務意識和管理，酒店完全不像日式酒店，可能是美國人管理的緣故，完全沒有服務意識，特別是房卡分很多種，不知道是等級觀念，還是種族歧視在作怪，完全不具備五星級酒店的平權思想。早餐種類也很少，對於這樣貴的酒店，確實很難説得過去。如果房卡是白卡，泡温泉需要收費，水上項目需要收費，海洋動物教育課也需要收費，也算是特別奇葩的酒店。

location was great. near to the shopping district. room is decent sized able to open 2large luggage. toilet was small. and wished there is more area to hang towel however upon request for clothes rack it was available. need a basket to collect used towels though

Overall it's general! There are quite many activities in hotel, nice swimming pool , shops and kids area. As a hotel receptionist can not speak little bit simple English?! I think bottle water should be placed in room instead of guests need to go to take! It's very unconvenient to control the button of the light in room, and also it's quite dark in lobby.

The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea.

Gerçekten aile için mükemmel!! Yazın çok pahalı olsa da rezervasyon yaptırdığınıza pişman olmayacaksınız! Çok güzel ve eğlenceli yüzme havuzları, çocuğum bütün gününü yüzme havuzunda geçirebilir. Ayrıca otelin deniz merkezinde şnorkelli yüzme ve muz botuna katıldık. En az 3 gün kalmanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim, aksi takdirde otelin tüm olanaklarını kullanmak için yeterli zamanınız olmaz.

Wow! From the moment you step into this hotel it is beautiful. The location is literally across the road from the overground rail and you can walk to a lot of places from here too. The room is smaller than the pictures make them look, but they were still bigger than other Japan hotels we have stayed in. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. I 100% recommend and would stay here again.
