"My little one absolutely loves this hotel! Every time we go to Hello Kitty Land, we have to stay here. It's like a grand castle, very beautiful, especially at night when it looks absolutely stunning. The rooms are very clean and quite spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning wasn't cooling enough initially, but the front desk had a technician adjust the central AC, and then it was perfectly fine. It's a shame the pool wasn't open this time around. The breakfast is quite good, and I think kids would really enjoy it. There are stir-fried rice noodles, regular noodles, and fruit salad. My little one loved all of it, and they also had bacon and fried eggs. Basically, they offered most common breakfast items, and the taste was pretty good too. The small fish on the first floor are fun; after breakfast, my child grabbed a few pieces of bread and steamed buns to feed them!"

We're used to the lobby being on the first floor, but in high-rise buildings, only guests in the top-floor rooms have panoramic views. The design and layout of the top-floor lobby is ingenious, giving all hotel guests the right to enjoy the scenery – a thoughtful design approach that prioritizes quality over quantity. Regarding the room smell, I'm very particular about smells. Because of the hot weather, we spent a lot of time in the hotel, and I didn't notice any strong odor. The hotel's overall design emphasizes color and texture. The rooms are stylish and youthful, with soft and pleasing colors – this aspect is highly commendable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is excellent, surrounded by Lingxi Park, Bamboo Garden, and Lingfeng Temple – a very spiritual location. Especially from the 35th floor, the natural beauty of the small dam in Lingxi Park is a rare sight in the city. Children can play in the natural water, even catching fish and shrimp – a truly unique life experience. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in the morning, work up a sweat at the gym in the afternoon, and then relax in the sun-baked outdoor swimming pool as the sun sets—warm, comfortable, and free of UV rays. This is the true essence of travel."

"I really can't give a good review. I almost never review on Ctrip, but this time I was genuinely pushed to the limit. 1. **Overpriced room, poor experience.** We booked the 'Exploration Realm 270-degree View Room'. Due to the season, the trees on three sides were bare, offering virtually no view, just a distant glimpse of mountains. More critically, there was absolutely no privacy. The windows directly faced other guest rooms, so guests could see each other coming and going. We stayed on the second floor of a two-story villa. The floor was low, and the indoor ventilation was terrible. There was an odd smell as soon as we entered, and the room was stuffy, making for a very uncomfortable night's sleep. 2. **Outdated facilities, poor user experience.** The Xiaomi TV was small and laggy; screen mirroring often froze and required a restart to work. The wardrobe quality was questionable. The air conditioning was inconsistent, fluctuating between hot and cold at night. By the time we checked out, I had caught a cold and had a sore throat. 3. **Inadequate cleaning.** Yesterday, my earring fell under the sofa. When I moved it, I found half a melted piece of candy underneath. While I can't blame housekeeping entirely, it was truly disgusting. 4. **Internal communication breakdown.** Before check-in, I received a call asking about the number of guests, if we had pets, and requesting to add them on WeChat. After I added them, I received another call the next day asking the exact same questions. Don't they communicate internally at all? 5. **Perfunctory breakfast, unreasonable dinner.** The breakfast buffet had very limited options. What left a particularly bad impression was the bread section: the egg tarts had only solidified, watery egg custard inside when bitten into; the croissants and durian pastries were stale and crumbled easily. If breakfast is like this, I'd rather they just offered a fixed-plate meal like other B&Bs; I wouldn't complain then. The dinner prices were high. For two of us, I ordered one cold dish, three hot dishes, and one soup. The portions were clearly too much, and we couldn't finish it. The butler knew it was for two people and could have easily warned me I was ordering too much. The restaurant staff also reviewed the menu later and didn't mention anything either. 6. **Pest problem, the most unacceptable issue.** I understand that bugs are inevitable in the mountains, but they should at least control them inside the room. Last night, I first found a stink bug. After contacting the butler, a staff member quickly came and removed it. I asked him to check thoroughly, and he said there were none before leaving. The hotel also sent some sweetened water as an apology, and I thought that would be the end of it. However, two more stink bugs appeared that night, flying on the ceiling above the bed. I completely freaked out. After my husband caught them, I couldn't sleep all night, constantly feeling uncomfortable. The next morning, when leaving, I saw another one in the corner of the room door, and then realized there was a gap at the bottom of the door, through which bugs could crawl in from outside. This isn't something that can be avoided by just closing windows, which is truly infuriating. There are still too many areas for improvement. I'm afraid to say more lest the hotel improves too quickly. In summary: extremely poor value for money. The only positive comment from this stay goes to a smartly dressed male server in the restaurant; he had a great attitude, attentive service, and spoke gently."
