"Everything was great! We stayed in the older housing but still very comfy. The room had a little rack for hanging wet swimsuits which was very convenient. The hotel facilities were nice and we all enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea."

"The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Churaumi Ocean park. It also has an in-house onsen, albeit a small one. However, don't be fooled by its exterior, the rooms are quite old and design out-dated. The hotel is still using old-fashioned keys with heavy key-holders for the rooms."

"Gerçekten aile için mükemmel!! Yazın çok pahalı olsa da rezervasyon yaptırdığınıza pişman olmayacaksınız! Çok güzel ve eğlenceli yüzme havuzları, çocuğum bütün gününü yüzme havuzunda geçirebilir. Ayrıca otelin deniz merkezinde şnorkelli yüzme ve muz botuna katıldık. En az 3 gün kalmanızı şiddetle tavsiye ederim, aksi takdirde otelin tüm olanaklarını kullanmak için yeterli zamanınız olmaz."

"All rooms have beautiful seaside and sunset view. Breakfast and 2 glasses of orion beer as welcome drink (2 other non alcoholic drink options are also available). Breakfast has a lot of variety so better to get a room plan that includes breakfast. I find it more difficult to walk the main road pathway between the aquarium and hotel. There is a back road that connects the dolphin show area to the hotel. Just keep walking along that route. There is also a paid shuttle bus available that connects the expo area to the hotel. I didnt know about that option prior to the stay so I didnt use. Please check with the hotel for further information. Hotel also provides good information about buses to Naha when enquired via email. Please note that facial products are not provided."

"Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. "한국 리뷰가 많이 없어 걱정했는데 너무 좋았습니다! 북부에 비싸고 좋은 호텔들이 많지만 예산을 조금? 줄여서 엑시즈 오시는 것도 추천해요! 발렛 서비스도 해주시고 직원분들 엄청 친절하시고 체크인 시 웰컴 티 챙겨주시고 객실로 짐도 다 옮겨주십니다~(한국인 직원분도 계십니다!) (오키나와는 주차비는 아마 다 받는 거 같아요! 근데 발렛해 주셔서 아깝지 않습니다!) 시설이 살짝 올드 한 느낌은 있지만 전반적으로 객실 청소도 잘 되어있고 방이 엄청 넓습니다! 뷰도 너무 좋고 일본에서 조식 처음 먹어봤는데 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다! 3박 했는데 매일 몇 가지의 음식들은 메뉴가 바뀌더라고요! 그리고 조식 쿠폰 못쓰시면 옆에 자매 호텔에서 중식 이용할 수 있는데 중식도 맛있습니다! (무엇보다 블루씰 아이스크림도 있더라고요 ㅎㅎ) 그리고 사진에서 수영장이 아쉬워 보였는데 막상 가니까 넓고 엄청 깊습니다! 그래서 수영 못하시는 분들은 암 튜브 챙겨가시는 거 추천합니다! 프라이빗 비치 가는 셔틀도 15분마다 있어서 이용하기 편했고 대신 프라이빗 비치는 17시쯤 가서 그런지 엄청 수위가 얕더라고요! 아이들이 놀기 좋을거같아요! 그냥 간단하게 놀기 좋았고 글라스 보트도 있으니 꼭 이용해 보세요! 생각보다 너무 만족하며 투숙해서 주변에서 오키나와 간다고 하면 무조건 엑시즈 추천할 거예요! 한국 분들 숙박 고민하고 계신다면 추천합니당 !!!"

"The accommodation is high a little up hill so you can see the nice view and kouri bridge and the beach. Rooftop is very nice. On the sunny day you should go up and observe the view :). The room have a nice Jacuzzi with the amazing view. I enjoy my time in Kouri Okinawa so much. Super thanks to Mr.Tom the owner to guide us many things. He is super helpful and friendly. We enjoy his company so much. The breakfast was delicious coming with spam/ egg sandwich and fries :) ."
