All rooms have beautiful seaside and sunset view. Breakfast and 2 glasses of orion beer as welcome drink (2 other non alcoholic drink options are also available). Breakfast has a lot of variety so better to get a room plan that includes breakfast. I find it more difficult to walk the main road pathway between the aquarium and hotel. There is a back road that connects the dolphin show area to the hotel. Just keep walking along that route. There is also a paid shuttle bus available that connects the expo area to the hotel. I didnt know about that option prior to the stay so I didnt use. Please check with the hotel for further information. Hotel also provides good information about buses to Naha when enquired via email. Please note that facial products are not provided.

Our stay was absolutely incredible. The hotel is located on its own private island, which made the experience feel exclusive, peaceful, and truly special. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautiful and spotless, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Every meal was delicious and thoughtfully prepared. It was the perfect luxurious escape, and we can’t wait to return.

The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling. Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel. If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure). The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”. There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel. And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue. Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits. Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea.

地理位置那麼好的酒店，難怪那麼多差評，其實這家酒店還是有很多優點，首先，酒店有海豚，海龜等很多稀有動物，而且還有這些動物知識的講座，在酒店中確實特別稀有，適合帶小孩子親子游。但是，這個巨大的優點對語言不通的中國遊客來説，意義其實也不太大。缺點主要是服務意識和管理，酒店完全不像日式酒店，可能是美國人管理的緣故，完全沒有服務意識，特別是房卡分很多種，不知道是等級觀念，還是種族歧視在作怪，完全不具備五星級酒店的平權思想。早餐種類也很少，對於這樣貴的酒店，確實很難説得過去。如果房卡是白卡，泡温泉需要收費，水上項目需要收費，海洋動物教育課也需要收費，也算是特別奇葩的酒店。

酒店位於古宇利島，景色望著古宇利橋，十分好。 房間很大，煮食器皿齊全，合多人同住。 清潔時間很亂不按時間表，而且酒店人員也沒有事先通知就進房清潔，有點不滿。 由於本人已於出發前透過Trip.com通知酒店會很晚才到達，但是到達後才發現前枱已經關門，而且事前Trip.com或酒店也沒有任何通知取鎖匙安排，令本人一行人十分慌張。幸好找到Trip.com的客服，才能找到密碼，也謝謝當天幫忙處理的客服及補償。

Overall it's general! There are quite many activities in hotel, nice swimming pool , shops and kids area. As a hotel receptionist can not speak little bit simple English?! I think bottle water should be placed in room instead of guests need to go to take! It's very unconvenient to control the button of the light in room, and also it's quite dark in lobby.

The worst hotel I ever stayed.  Didn’t value customer.  They can decide to change breakfast arrangement without informing customer in advance, and also deny that they had committed to providing buffet breakfast when buffet breakfast was stated at the website. When we did the booking, it did mentioned is buffet breakfast, and the booking fees we paid as compared to without buffet breakfast is with the difference of JPY3000 per person.  However, when we checked-in, we are told the buffet breakfast has been catered by the restaurant for student group. Other hotel guests (including us) are then only provided ‘packaged box breakfast’ which is equiv. JPY500. This is a huge difference compared to the JPY3000 that we paid in addition for buffet breakfast.They denied promising on the buffet breakfast. It is inconvenienced for food/dinner as although there is restaurant opposite the hotel, the restaurant will charge you JPY550 per person for table fee. We end up to drive 10 minutes further for breakfast and dinner.  There are plenty of cheap restaurant over there.  The following are the replied form hotel on our feedback: Convey check-in instructions Please note that your booking includes breakfast, but it is not guaranteed to be a buffet. Der Ort und das Hotel insbesondere lädt zum Ausspannen ein - es war ruhig und von der Anzahl der Gäste überschaubar. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr lecker und vielfältig, was wir auch über das Abendessen sagen können (hatten wir dazu gebucht, was unsere Entspannung weiter optimiert hat. Der Abschnitt Meer bzw. Strandabschnitt war manchmal wegen der Gezeiten etwas ernüchtern, wir waren aber alles in allem sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

Altın hafta (Mayıs 2024) sırasında 3+ yaşındaki oğlumuzu 2 gecelik bir konaklamaya getirdik ve ilk gece akşam yemeği büfesine katılmayı tercih ettik. Oğlum için yetişkin başına 2200 yen ve foc idi. Yemek çeşidi sınırlıydı ama tüm kuruşuna değdi çünkü dana eti çok yumuşak ve suluydu, bu yüzden ziyafet çektim. Diğer tüm yemekler de çok iyiydi. Özel plaj uygundu ve su o kadar berraktı ki maden suyuna benziyordu. Özel plajda muz botu turu için otel resepsiyonundan alabileceğiniz %50 indirim kuponu vardı ve oğlumuz bundan ve bir turdan daha keyif aldı. Bizi su gezilerimiz için jet ski ile dışarı çıkaran genç eğitmen arkadaş canlısıydı ve 3 yaşındaki oğlumuz için ilk kez su aktivitelerini yapması için bize söylememize gerek kalmadan iyi bir hızda gitti. Hatta mercan resiflerine gitti ve oğlumuza göstermek için bir deniz yıldızı ve bir deniz hıyarı aldı ve sonra onu denize geri bıraktı. Su aktiviteleri indirimle uygundu, gittiğim Msia/Tayland/Endonezya tatil köylerine benzer bir fiyattı. Otelin yaşlanma belirtileri gösterdiğine dair yorumları okuduktan sonra bu tatil köyünü rezerve etmekten çekiniyordum. Ancak, yer iyi bakımlıydı. Odamızın kapısını açtığımda kötü bir koku vardı ama aslında sadece biraz havalandırılması gereken tatamiydi. Doğal esintiyi içeri almak için pencereleri açtıktan sonra her şey yoluna girdi. Tuvaletin temizliği de iyiydi; sadece duş için sıcaklık kontrolünü çözmem gerekiyor. Tesis bünyesindeki onsen temizdi ve bodrum katından kolayca erişilebilirdi ve naha'daki halka açık bir tesisi ziyaret etmek için bize en az 1200 yen'e mal olurdu. Küçük çocuklarla bir aile gezisi için bu tesisi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tesisin birinci katında engelli erişimi olmayan odalar olduğunu duydum, bu yüzden yaşlıları olan bazı aileler de vardı.
