"I stayed here back in 2010 but there was a storm so didn’t get to enjoy much but luckily this time around the weather was nicer and a bit cooler out which was nice. The hotel is old but has a lot of history and feels like you’re in the rainforest. I recommend staying here if you don’t mind a bit outdated stuff unless they renovated most of it I’m not sure. Food is amazing as always and there’s many restaurants nearby to walk to if you don’t want the hotel restaurants."

"I booked the hotel from 23-26/4/2025, it’s better for the one who drive their car to come as it’s quite far! Other things to pay attention to is the check in time until 20:00 and I didn’t aware! I check in late at around 20:20, thanks for the staff to wait me there, prepare things well and she is very helpful and her English very well!
The hotel is very new and clean, and I love the hot spring. There’s many parking spaces. It provides breakfast at the reception and it’s not bad! It also near the Kin beach, if there’s diving facilities and swimming will be much better for family who have kids! By the way, the view so great!"

"The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Churaumi Ocean park. It also has an in-house onsen, albeit a small one.
However, don't be fooled by its exterior, the rooms are quite old and design out-dated. The hotel is still using old-fashioned keys with heavy key-holders for the rooms."

"Nice comfy cozy room with a queen bed. You can see the stars at night. Check in was unique, used a tablet PC to video chat with a receptionist who verified your identity and then guided you through the checkin checkout process. If you are headed east, there aren’t any convenience stores, so grab enough food before you arrive. There were camping grills and chairs available that I did not use. There was a croissant with butter provided in my room fridge when I arrived. I grabbed a free hot coffee from the checkin lobby"

We stayed in the older housing but still very comfy. The room had a little rack for hanging wet swimsuits which was very convenient.

"A Wonderful and Welcoming Stay
I had a fantastic experience at Kaya Resort Kourijima.
The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were always happy to help with a smile, which made the atmosphere feel very warm and relaxing.
The location is another major plus. It's in a great spot that feels peaceful and is very easy to find, making the journey there hassle-free. It served as a perfect base for exploring the beautiful surroundings.
I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent service on Kourijima."

"Love the ocean view room, however they gave me a room on the second floor and they are always taxi waiting outside and sometimes the diver smokes and it gets into the room.
There are a microwave, stove (no pots/pans, cutlery and tableware), fridge and a washing machine (you can turn the shower area into a dryer by using the setting) available in the room. Detergent can be purchased for 100yen from the front desk. I used the paid parking (1000 yen) as it was raining - the parking area next to it is for hospital visitors, park at your own risk.
Location wise, you will need a car to get around. Or else, metered taxi are easily available as it is right next to a hospital. You will need to drive out most of the time, as the restaurants nearby are very limited and closes early. There is no access to beach as it is a sea wall.
Take note of the check in time as it opens till 8pm only."

AAnonim KullanıcıAll rooms have beautiful seaside and sunset view. Breakfast and 2 glasses of orion beer as welcome drink (2 other non alcoholic drink options are also available). Breakfast has a lot of variety so better to get a room plan that includes breakfast. I find it more difficult to walk the main road pathway between the aquarium and hotel. There is a back road that connects the dolphin show area to the hotel. Just keep walking along that route. There is also a paid shuttle bus available that connects the expo area to the hotel. I didnt know about that option prior to the stay so I didnt use. Please check with the hotel for further information. Hotel also provides good information about buses to Naha when enquired via email. Please note that facial products are not provided.

북부에 비싸고 좋은 호텔들이 많지만 예산을 조금? 줄여서 엑시즈 오시는 것도 추천해요!
발렛 서비스도 해주시고 직원분들 엄청 친절하시고 체크인 시 웰컴 티 챙겨주시고 객실로 짐도 다 옮겨주십니다~(한국인 직원분도 계십니다!)
(오키나와는 주차비는 아마 다 받는 거 같아요! 근데 발렛해 주셔서 아깝지 않습니다!)
시설이 살짝 올드 한 느낌은 있지만 전반적으로 객실 청소도 잘 되어있고 방이 엄청 넓습니다!
뷰도 너무 좋고 일본에서 조식 처음 먹어봤는데 조식도 너무 맛있었습니다! 3박 했는데 매일 몇 가지의 음식들은 메뉴가 바뀌더라고요!
그리고 조식 쿠폰 못쓰시면 옆에 자매 호텔에서 중식 이용할 수 있는데 중식도 맛있습니다! (무엇보다 블루씰 아이스크림도 있더라고요 ㅎㅎ)
그리고 사진에서 수영장이 아쉬워 보였는데 막상 가니까 넓고 엄청 깊습니다! 그래서 수영 못하시는 분들은 암 튜브 챙겨가시는 거 추천합니다!
프라이빗 비치 가는 셔틀도 15분마다 있어서 이용하기 편했고 대신 프라이빗 비치는 17시쯤 가서 그런지 엄청 수위가 얕더라고요! 아이들이 놀기 좋을거같아요!
그냥 간단하게 놀기 좋았고 글라스 보트도 있으니 꼭 이용해 보세요!
생각보다 너무 만족하며 투숙해서 주변에서 오키나와 간다고 하면 무조건 엑시즈 추천할 거예요!

KKirill 科力尔The hotel is located near beautiful and clean Sesoko beach with marvellous sea abundant with great variety of fish. A perfect location for swimming and snorkeling.
Sesoko beach and fantastic view thereof from our balcony has been a huge, but unfortunately the only advantage of the hotel.
If you don’t rent a car, you have to be ready for the situation when you are unable to leave the hotel at all. It’s very hard to call a taxi either via Uber or even via local taxi app “Go”. The hotel staff does not provide too much help with this issue either, even when requested to book a taxi to the airport (to be fair hotel concierge finally managed to arrange a car for us, but it arrives 30 minutes late, despite our request being extended at least 12 hours before the planned departure).
The hotel management is apparently aware of the transport inconvenience for their guests, but do not seem to care about that at all: they’ve chosen the easiest way “to cope” with the problem: just smile and say “sorry”.
There’s another advantage of such approach for the hotel: if guests cannot leave the hotel easily, they wouldn’t have much lunch/dining choice other than having meals in the hotel.
And here we come to another issue with the hotel: a very mediocre choice of dining options (no Japanese cuisine options at all) and extremely poor menu (with even poorer service) in the only available lunch venue.
Breakfasts are below expectations as well: absolutely same food every morning (the only change from day to day: fried salmon/fried mackerel), no fresh fish/sea-food (we’re still in Japan, aren’t we?), almost no choice of fruits.
Verdict: a very overrated hotel, pretty mediocre itself, but located beside the gorgeous sea.

房間很大，煮食器皿齊全，合多人同住。
清潔時間很亂不按時間表，而且酒店人員也沒有事先通知就進房清潔，有點不滿。
由於本人已於出發前透過Trip.com通知酒店會很晚才到達，但是到達後才發現前枱已經關門，而且事前Trip.com或酒店也沒有任何通知取鎖匙安排，令本人一行人十分慌張。幸好找到Trip.com的客服，才能找到密碼，也謝謝當天幫忙處理的客服及補償。

JJC0613This is an amazing resort with great view and service. I love the jacuzzi and the bed so much. However the breakfast is below average for four stars hotel. You can reach the diving area within 15-20mins and very close to Cape Manzamo.
Anyway, I must be come back next time when travel again in Okinawa.

A highlight was PST Pizza, which was delicious and conveniently located right by the beach. The breakfast was really good and worth it. We highly recommend staying here and can’t wait to visit again!

Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr lecker und vielfältig, was wir auch über das Abendessen sagen können (hatten wir dazu gebucht, was unsere Entspannung weiter optimiert hat. Der Abschnitt Meer bzw. Strandabschnitt war manchmal wegen der Gezeiten etwas ernüchtern, wir waren aber alles in allem sehr zufrieden und können das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

They can decide to change breakfast arrangement without informing customer in advance, and also deny that they had committed to providing buffet breakfast when buffet breakfast was stated at the website. When we did the booking, it did mentioned is buffet breakfast, and the booking fees we paid as compared to without buffet breakfast is with the difference of JPY3000 per person. However, when we checked-in, we are told the buffet breakfast has been catered by the restaurant for student group. Other hotel guests (including us) are then only provided ‘packaged box breakfast’ which is equiv. JPY500. This is a huge difference compared to the JPY3000 that we paid in addition for buffet breakfast.They denied promising on the buffet breakfast.
It is inconvenienced for food/dinner as although there is restaurant opposite the hotel, the restaurant will charge you JPY550 per person for table fee.
We end up to drive 10 minutes further for breakfast and dinner. There are plenty of cheap restaurant over there.

MMisafir KullanıcıAltın hafta (Mayıs 2024) sırasında 3+ yaşındaki oğlumuzu 2 gecelik bir konaklamaya getirdik ve ilk gece akşam yemeği büfesine katılmayı tercih ettik. Oğlum için yetişkin başına 2200 yen ve foc idi. Yemek çeşidi sınırlıydı ama tüm kuruşuna değdi çünkü dana eti çok yumuşak ve suluydu, bu yüzden ziyafet çektim. Diğer tüm yemekler de çok iyiydi.
Özel plaj uygundu ve su o kadar berraktı ki maden suyuna benziyordu. Özel plajda muz botu turu için otel resepsiyonundan alabileceğiniz %50 indirim kuponu vardı ve oğlumuz bundan ve bir turdan daha keyif aldı. Bizi su gezilerimiz için jet ski ile dışarı çıkaran genç eğitmen arkadaş canlısıydı ve 3 yaşındaki oğlumuz için ilk kez su aktivitelerini yapması için bize söylememize gerek kalmadan iyi bir hızda gitti. Hatta mercan resiflerine gitti ve oğlumuza göstermek için bir deniz yıldızı ve bir deniz hıyarı aldı ve sonra onu denize geri bıraktı. Su aktiviteleri indirimle uygundu, gittiğim Msia/Tayland/Endonezya tatil köylerine benzer bir fiyattı.
Otelin yaşlanma belirtileri gösterdiğine dair yorumları okuduktan sonra bu tatil köyünü rezerve etmekten çekiniyordum. Ancak, yer iyi bakımlıydı. Odamızın kapısını açtığımda kötü bir koku vardı ama aslında sadece biraz havalandırılması gereken tatamiydi. Doğal esintiyi içeri almak için pencereleri açtıktan sonra her şey yoluna girdi. Tuvaletin temizliği de iyiydi; sadece duş için sıcaklık kontrolünü çözmem gerekiyor. Küçük çocuklarla bir aile gezisi için bu tesisi kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Tesisin birinci katında engelli erişimi olmayan odalar olduğunu duydum, bu yüzden yaşlıları olan bazı aileler de vardı.

MMsBeh94It’s as advertised - little white cabins (around 8 of them) with its own parking space that should cater up to 2-3 cars that are not too far off from the main road but you won’t be disturbed by the driving noise or neighbours.
The reception is also in a cabin that’s to your right when driving into the accommodation site. Our booking was payment on site (not prepaid) but the WiFi was down during check-in so had to pay cash - just take note if your booking is the same as ours.
Not wheelchair or stroller friendly as there are steps leading to the door of your cabin. Cleanliness definitely can be improved but it’s bearable for 1 night stay. The amenities are not bad, comes with washing machine with detergent though no dryer. The kettle/boiler of our cabin was not in good condition as we bought water from the nearby Lawson.
There’s 2 single beds & a sofa bed expandable to a queen size bed, so can fit 4 adults, but the sofa bed is not that comfortable as the centre has sunken quite a bit. There’s a frosted window in the shower that’s without curtain so showering is a bit weird, constantly aware of anyone is looking in..
Lawson is very close by, walkable but if you have your own car, just save the hassle & drive down. Not many restaurants or supermarkets around the area, so you’ll have to drive to get around.
Overall, decent stay for 1 night at very reasonable price but cleanliness is something I hope they can improve greatly on.
