很好的服务 前台的Ken對客細心有禮恭敬亦記得每一個客人的需要我們去了遊船以及水底觀來望台時他亦問我們怎麼樣好好玩所以他是當每一個客人都是貴賓的。 還有我們去的時候有機會會行雷落雨但因為和老人家一起去很想坐郵輪看日落他亦幫我們爭取 最後成功包船看日落價錢合理 去每一個不同的地方，亦都會駕駛豪華七人車載我們去，因為我們一家人是五個大人的。 總之就感到賓至如歸

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

Otel servisi çok kibar ve güler yüzlüydü. Dekorasyon eski modaydı ama çok temizdi. Hava açık ve sakinse, dalış için harika bir zaman. Otelin iskelesi, cam tabanlı tekne iskelesinin hemen yanında. Otel odanızın anahtarıyla, cam tabanlı tekne ve su altı gözlem güvertesi paketinde 400 yen indirimden yararlanabilirsiniz. Odalarda Nespresso makineleri var, ancak süt yok. Neyse ki, Ryukyu Oteli'nin yakınında, soğutmalı vitrinde Morinaga UHT sütü satın alabileceğiniz küçük bir market var. Sauna, kapalı yüzme havuzunun üst katında; sauna dolabı anahtarını havuz yönetiminden isteyebilirsiniz. Dalış rezervasyonu da onlar aracılığıyla yapıldı. Birinci kattaki bazı odalarda açık hava küvetleri var, ancak deniz manzarası harika değil. İkinci kattaki teras geniş ve üçüncü kattan itibaren odalarda balkon var. Resepsiyon dördüncü katta. Japon mutfağı, Fransız mutfağından biraz daha ucuz olan kaiseki tarzında olup kişi başı 20.000 yen'dir. Açık büfe akşam yemeği kişi başı 8800 yen'dir. Ryukyu Garden'daki Çin yemekleri nispeten ucuz; kızarmış sebzeler, tatlı ekşi domuz eti, kızarmış pilav ve deniz mahsulleri çorbası üç kişi için yeterli olup kişi başı maliyeti 4500 yen'e düşürüyor. Otel sizin için havaalanına servis otobüsü ayarlayacak ve sizi otel girişinden alacaktır. Ancak, otobüs seferleri sınırlı olduğundan, zamanınızı dikkatlice planlamanız gerekiyor, çünkü diğer otellerden diğer misafirleri de almaları gerektiğinden havaalanına taksiyle gitmekten daha yavaş. Otel personeli çok cana yakın; otobüse bindikten sonra bile eğilip el sallıyorlar, bu çok dokunaklı. Burada İngilizce çok kolay anlaşılıyor.

超級優秀的住宿👍🏾 房間乾淨、有廚房冰箱完整廚具不用額外付費、有免費停車、有飲水機、房間內有洗衣機烘衣機、空間超大、風景很美、旁邊有樓森、周邊機能有開車很方便完全優秀到不行👍🏾只有幾個要注意連住的旅客中間不會有更換毛巾也不會清垃圾、但是毛巾超夠用備品超夠！有個不習慣的地方外出要給鑰匙但因為是日本所以很放心！推薦大家有名護一定要來住超級棒到不行😍

The room is nice and can see the golf area, but furniture worn out. Better prebook tempanyaki, full during weekends. Bfast not many choices but good quality.

It’s a little tired.  Wanted high floor tick, no- smoking room - hotel has no smoking policy but every time I walked into room it smelt of smoke.  I had to open the balcony door which was a bonus and could sit outside.   Like the Bluetooth speaker so cool.  Bed was huge but two beds pushed together.  Plenty of amenities and two breakfast restaurants but had to get up at 7am for the Japanese one (when it opened ) to get a table there.  Felt it was probably a priority for locals as limited to 100 guests!   Interesting western breakfast in other restaurant of burgers/ doughnuts / curry/ spam and egg rolls etc- v American.  Great beverage variety there.  Parking for stay $1k yen is good.

広いお部屋で、敷地内も広く、巡回しているバスが可愛かったです。運転手さんも要望に答えつつも、サービス精神ありゆったり過ごせました。 いまいちと思ったのがフロントの方の説明が分からず何度も聞いてしまいました。 また、朝チェックアウトじカートが行列になっていて、移動をさせる担当の方がイライラしているのが改善点ではないかと思います。

It’s more of a apartment than a hotel, so don’t expect room service. The reception has only one person, an old man that is probably the owner, you need to call when you arrive, but he is usually at the back of the entrance. It has a lot of cats around, but don’t feed, someone else is taking care of them

The balcony is awesome how you can enjoy the sea view. It's a little old but it's pretty clean. A stove you can cook I guess but I didn't try. You can just walk out from the building and enjoy the beautiful beach. Only downside is the room is not disabled friendly so my father had a very hard time using the bathroom. And the staff may not understand english very well but they are super friendly.
