帶娃入住體驗超棒，必須五星好評！酒店提前準備了小童洗漱用品、防滑拖鞋，孩子一進房間就超開心。位置臨近景區，開車十分鐘就能到達，省去了奔波之苦。房間空間寬敞，衞生清潔到位，角落都沒有灰塵，住得放心。工作人員小周對小朋友特別有耐心，整體氛圍温馨又貼心，親子出遊強烈推薦！

Celebrated my birthday there. Bought a voucher which included this room with a personal hot spring bath on the terrace. As well as a photo session with 3 free photos. Photographer was nice and fast in decisions. The retouched photos were nice too. In the hotel we had a buffet dinner. Around 98 yuan. And breakfast was included. Not really a lot of delicious choices to eat, but you can find some for your satisfaction. The bed was comfy. The TV had only a few after movies. But 1 movie costs around 10-20 yuan, by scanning a QR code, which is fine. Our friends drove a car, so we went to an old city. It’s not a walking distance, but for a taxi will be close. Hot springs at night were a good decision too. The changing room seems to be reinovated, looks good. But maybe that’s why the price to hot springs has increased too. It’s around 100 yuan now. Although I’ve got it as a birthday gift, which was a veritable nice service.

I’ve stayed in the Grand Pacific a few times over the years. Great service (though wanting to carry my laptop bag is over the top), excellent breakfast (Chinese and western), the pool is good, the gym okay but equipment dated. Best hotel in Yuyao for foreign visitors if you can’t speak any Chinese.

Face-to-face staff are excellent with English speaking guests. Over the phone speaking English at night it’s impossible to order in-room dining or even communicate to have dishes collected. Food takes up to 45 minutes to arrive and is cold and in poor condition. Ordered an Angus burger - cold wedges and the bun was hard and cracked (perhaps left under heat lamp for too long); very poor value for money. Even buffet breakfasts are a little rough around the edges. On day 1 there was honey. On day 2 there was no will in the restaurant to supply honey or even check with the kitchen. Again, all staff (including janitors and handymen) are usually amazing and helpful. The team went out of their way to make my child feel welcome with free toys and activity packs.

The hotel staff is very nice and I especially want to thank 小孟 for going the extra mile to communicate with us in English and to make sure we knew where everything was. He also helped get us the shuttle car to go to the restaurant and for check out. The only thing I would suggest is that the hotel tries to improve the on-site fishing experience. My husband and I enjoy recreational fishing, which is why we were attracted to this hotel, but the fishing area was very dirty with fruit peels, trash and fishing line lying around. I dont want to go too much into it, but because the fishing was advertised as on-site on Trip.com, it would be nice if the fishing area was as well maintained as the rest of the hotel. If youre not fishing, I can say the rest of the experience was good and worth it.

週末和朋友一起到東錢湖放鬆一下 第一次泡温泉，買了套山景房套餐包含住宿，温泉 ，早餐，火鍋還有一些系列活動。 入住之前有管家小奕聯繫確認入住時間還有幫忙解答疑問。 酒店裡麪其他的工作人員也都非常熱情，會主動打招呼並提供幫助。 在温泉區還有很多工作人員巡視查看是否有顧客需要幫助，有一位姓賓的阿姨特別熱情。 酒店和温泉的衞生也比較乾淨，晚上泡湯很有氛圍感

Upon arrival, May, the Front Office Manager, greeted us with a warm smile that instantly melted away our travel fatigue. With professionalism and attention to detail, she introduced the hotel’s amenities and kindly recommended an upgrade to the Lakeside Suite—a decision that immersed us in a dreamlike Jiangnan experience far beyond our expectations. The Lakeside Suite framed Dongqian Lake like a living ink-wash painting. Each morning, we opened the floor-to-ceiling windows to mist-kissed waters resembling a classical scroll; by dusk, the lake shimmered in amber hues under the setting sun, dotted with distant sailboats. Inside, the suite masterfully balanced traditional Chinese aesthetics with contemporary comfort—exquisitely carved screens divided the tranquil living space, embroidered cushions complemented modern art pieces, and the freestanding bathtub by the window created the illusion of floating above the lake. The smart bedside control system, allowing us to adjust lighting and curtains with a touch, harmonized technology with timeless elegance. May’s service was nothing short of impeccable. Noticing our preference for quiet mornings, she proactively adjusted housekeeping schedules. When we expressed interest in local flavors, she not only recommended authentic Ningbo restaurants but also hand-drew a map of nearby attractions. These thoughtful, personalized touches transformed a routine stay into a heartfelt experience. At checkout, a carefully prepared gift and a handwritten note from May added the perfect sentimental farewell. Park Hyatt Ningbo redefines luxury through details—not in opulent extravagance, but in the artful fusion of cultural heritage, intuitive service, and refined design. Here, every corner whispers a Jiangnan tale, and every gesture carries genuine warmth. For family with small children, this hotel is very recommended. Amazing service from english speaking staffs, a lot of activities for children to play, indoor & outdoor playground, carousels, gokart, mini excavators, indoor & outdoor swimming pools, five star breakfast with lot of varieties Chinese & Western style, spacious room and many more. They provide everything we need. Perfect for staycation

I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 times over the past two years.  I have always been happy with the cleanliness of the room and the cleaning staff. They have always been very polite, friendly and very helpful. Sadly, on my last visit, I left an avocado out on the bench inside the room., I left the room for no more than two hours, and on my arrival I found that either a rat or a mouse had half eaten my avocado. I took a couple of pictures of the avocado with obvious bite marks from it and showed the front desk people. There was no apology made or any kind of reimbursement at all for this obvious health risk.  needless to say I will not be staying here again.
