I stay at Hamptoms often as they are reliable in terms of service, room and breakfast standards. This one did not disappoint me! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my back while staying and they even drove me to the hospital ! The location is very convenient for business travel and there is a supermarket right next door and lots of dining and Cafe options around. Would stay here again if I come to Jinan again. Very clean and new!

這次入住體驗整體不錯，重點誇誇金金姑娘，服務特別貼心專業！提前幫忙預訂的房間還特意做了升級，入住體驗感直接拉滿，後續開發票也處理得又快又準確，高效又省心。美中不足的是大堂和早餐廳的温度稍低，待着會有點冷，希望能改善。整體服務值得肯定，金金的用心服務讓人印象深刻，很推薦，下次出行還會考慮這家酒店！

This place was exceptional! The room was new, modern, clean, and bed very comfortable. There was a language barrier (no English by staff), however staff went out of their way to help in any way, and were happy to use translator apps to communicate. The location is right outside the ancient town, and very handy. All complimentary passes advertised with room were available exactly as advertised. The complimentary breakfast was brought directly to my room at my preferred time and it was fantastic! Having never been here before, I now can’t wait to stay here again next year!

What a wonderful homestay hotel, one of the favourites we have stayed in for a long while. The village is small and charming, very peaceful and relaxing to stay in. You can hear the sounds of the birds all day. One advantage of staying at least a night is you can get up earlier and hike to the top of the pagoda and see the birds. The courtyard hotel is beautiful and run extremely well by a lovely family who provided wonderful hospitality and made some delicious food. I'd certainly recommend staying in this hotel and I hope to return again in the future.

Clean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!

I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la.

設施：房間設施齊全，配備了電動升降桌和可調節的枱燈，辦公起來非常方便可惜忘了拍照了，而且牀頭櫃還有無線充電，很方便，也有洗衣房和健身房 衞生：房間衞生乾淨整潔，床鋪乾淨， 早餐：早餐廳設計的很好看，菜品也豐富，服務員態度也不錯，主動詢問是和茶還是熱水 環境：環境很好，房間是南邊的，可以直接看到奧體中心，交通也很便利，臨近兩個地鐵口，附近也有多個公交站出行很方便， 服務：服務熱情，前台的男生ashy入住時介紹的很全面，問詢怎麼去地鐵站也告知的很詳細 本次入住體驗感很不錯，出行方便，設施也齊全，下次有時間還會過來

Reception service is reasonably good, fast check-in, staff are friendly but speaks very basic English, hood enough by China standards. Stayed in the same hotel during opening a year ago, the room condition has since deteriorated but kept decently clean by very hardworking housekeeping staff. Hotel does not have any facilities hence nothing to comment. I stayed for 9 days this time round and the breakfast menu hardly changed throughout, bored with the same offerings after 2 days. Restaurant is very short staffed, with the same lady manning the noodle station & eggs station is also clearing tables. Only 1 staff handling the entire restaurant at most time. Perhaps due to competitive pricing offered, expect to encounter some low end guests with very uncultured behavior. Overall, it's a decent stay and good value for money.

非常nice的國風古鎮，以李清照的故事為背景，結合了濟南的泉文化。每天不間斷的表演，園區內隨處可見的npc互動，非常適合親子遊玩。可惜，因為時間原因，沒有看成泉秀表演和無人機表演，衹能以後再來了。服務方面是我去過的幾個古風小鎮中的No.1，未入住之前古城顧問王思彤提前添加了好友，節目之前會發消息提醒遊客。因為我我們入住的景區內客棧，入園的時候可以辦理行李託運，不用自己拎着行李走進去，協和必須點贊。早酒集也是一個亮點，可以變吃早餐邊聽戲曲。
