"這次出行盲選的酒店太絕了！位置超便利，步行5分鐘就到地鐵站，周邊吃飯逛街都方便🚶♀️ 前台小姐姐態度超温柔，辦理入住超快，還主動推薦了本地小眾打卡點。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒服，枕頭高度剛好，睡了個好覺💤 衞生間乾濕分離，熱水充足，洗漱用品品質在線。早餐種類豐富，中西式都有，食材新鮮味道贊。唯一小遺憾是走廊偶爾有輕微腳步聲，但不影響休息。性價比超高，下次來還選這家，已經推薦給朋友啦～"

"Clean modern hotel, large size room, breakfast reasonable, but all of this is meaningless when the room was like an oven and the air con not only didn’t work, but the cold setting kept automatically jumping back up to 25 degrees and actually warming the room. The main purpose of booking a hotel is somewhere to sleep for the night, and when it is way too hot too sleep, then that is a major drawback!"

"這家酒店住得特別舒服，從進門開始就覺得省心。前台工作人員態度親切，辦入住退房都快，不用等半天。房間收拾得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點異味，床單被套摸着手感軟和，睡一晚特別解乏，房間還有沙發。衞生間乾濕分離做得好，熱水來得快還穩定，洗漱用品也夠用。早上的早餐種類也很多，熱乎又管飽，出門逛景點前吃一頓特別踏實。而且位置也方便，步行到附近的公交站、超市都不遠，下次來這邊玩，肯定還定這！"

"常來濟南，也算略有閲歷，朋友力介這家，也是帶着些許期待吧。導航進院車位寬綽讓我放鬆了許多，登記都這樣吧，前台都很禮貌，但旁邊的茶水和小吃確實解決了一路的疲憊，尤其是那個奶香味的小麻花，抵餓解饞，絕對推薦。老闆好像有懷舊情懷，民國風情的旗袍照片，幽遠肅然的清末府邸照，百年前的唱片機，雅緻的咖啡廳裏竟然還有一組閲兵式上的步槍（模型哈），真是應景當下的國際環境。住的感受沒有説的，安靜、衞生啥的都很棒，關鍵人家百米之內就有濟南天花板級的海鮮自助豐卓會，蓮花購物商場，到齊魯軟件園也不過一公里，真心話，確實是我們出差人的首選，我也推薦一下！對了，人家停車是免費的，還有早、中餐是包含的，別浪費了哈。"

"地理位置:離國際會展中心特別近，步行五六分鐘就到。完全不需要任何的交通工具！綠色出行即可。 服務態度:前台的小姐姐和小哥哥服務態度都特別好。訂的是無早餐房間，Check in的時候， 前台的小姐姐免費為我們升級了兩份早餐。第二天是晚上8點的火車，前台的小哥哥讓我們可以在酒店大堂等待。 驚喜: 1.Check in的當天，為我們提供兩杯特調雞尾酒，Very surprise. 2.Welcome fruit.Very nice. 3.cute bird."

"I found what looked like an engorged tick or bedbug crawling up my bed. The hotel is pretty and I booked it for 1 night as a luxury treat so I could get a good rest for my layover stop to another destination. My room smelt like stale smoke unfortunately, though I had asked for non-smoking. I paid extra on my booking for breakfast and had to wake up at 6am, eat breakfast at 6.30am and go to the airport at 7.20am. My room had a bathtub so I took a bath before bedtime and went to bed at midnight, I got up to go switch the lamp off at 1am and found this bug crawling up the side of my bed going towards me. I think it's either a tick or a bed bug, the body was full of blood. It had 6 or 8 legs, difficult to see but I took a video which doesn't allow me to upload. I don't have any problems with normal bugs such as spiders, but if it is a tick or bedbug it is a big problem. I was really worried there were more hiding inside the bed, I called reception for help and they looked at the bug which I caught in a glass cup. They apologised deeply and changed my room, so I had to move at 1.30am. I explained I was already tired and have to wake up early. In the new room I was unable to sleep as I kept worrying about bed bugs. I got up multiple times to check my bed. And there was a noisy couple next door talking loudly until very late so I couldn't sleep. For a luxury hotel you should not need to loose a whole night's sleep because you are worried about bedbugs or ticks biting you. Nor should be able to hear noise from other guests through the wall. I was extremely exhausted the next day and did not have any appetite. I asked if they could refund the extra I paid for breakfast because I couldn't eat it, but they said it wasn't possible. So I forced myself to try eat 1 egg and some small rice porridge but couldn't finish it. Really expensive to pay for breakfast and hardly eat, it's a shame they couldn't refund the breakfast considering I had no sleep. For a 5* hotel, I would like to have good rest and peaceful sleep. But it was not like that. The staff were very kind and helpful, but it's not so easy to travel here alone. It was not easy to book a taxi for the following morning to the airport and it took 40 minutes of assistance, the man was very kind and helpful, but the hotel should make an easier system for foreign guests to book taxi. When I first arrived in Jinan airport, I had no idea how to get to the hotel. There is no ATM inside the hotel so you cannot withdraw cash, and you cannot pay with foreign card to book a taxi. The shangri-la website did not provide any details for public transport. It simply said bus transfer was available but did not say which number bus. I would give the details here but I have forgotten the route name and bus number now as it was hectic and I was very tired, sorry. I had to waste a lot of time trying to ask for help at the airport as the staff did not speak English. Luckily someone helped me. The bus will cost 20yuan and take you into the centre where you will see the intercontinental hotel and a large shopping mall on the left side of the bus, get off at that stop, it takes 1 hour. From there it's only 5 minutes walk to shangri-la. For a big hotel they should provide easy instructions on the website to guests. The staff apologised deeply for the bug on the bed, and offered 10% reduction of the room rate. Although when I checked out no refund was given and they didn't mention anything about it, I think they just charged full price. Personally I think 10% is not enough anyway. Nobody wants to change rooms at 1.30am because of bugs crawling on the bed. I didn't get any sleep at all and felt itchy because I kept thinking about bugs and couldn't eat the breakfast. I was absolutely exhausted the following day so I was unable to do anything at my next destination and had to waste 1 day more to rest. Unfortunately not an easy experience at the shangri-la."

"我們此次行程是去山東省博物館和城子崖博物館，因為這個位置離省博比較近，衹有1.7公里，酒店附近餐館非常多所以選擇了這裏。酒店裝潢以紅黑米色為主，很有藝術氛圍，房間設計很有特色，設施齊全，床品舒適，服務也很貼心，房間放了很多瓶飲用水，還有機器人送餐服務，服務人員禮貌專業，特別喜歡他家的拖鞋，質量堪比五星酒店，非常厚實柔軟，一紅一黑，非常漂亮😻很喜歡，臨走時特意找酒店要了一雙😜。因為之前查酒店請假髮現很多在吐槽酒店停車問題，所以我們提前就聯繫酒店做好車牌登記，獲得停車場位置，很順利就停好車了，衹是酒店停車位有點少，建議增加些。總之，這是一家非常值得推薦的酒店！"
