我從不給任何酒店評價，但也是因為這個酒店對瀋陽印象很好。 首先酒店地理位置很好，做為來瀋陽旅行的人，選在了青年大街沿線居住；其次酒店坐落在文安路里，網紅美食可以一網打盡。酒店大堂寬敞温馨，是當代年輕人喜歡的輕奢風格。酒店設施也很齊全，正巧有幾件衣服要洗，去參觀了洗衣房，設備大牌而且用品齊全，可見酒店的用心之處。還有健身房配套，器材很新，可以滿足自律人士大快朵頤之後的運動需求～我的房間外面有一個小露台，來瀋陽當天夜裡下雪了，早上一看陽台雪景靜謐浪漫。 工作人員熱情周到，遇到的所有服務人員都會面帶微笑的和你打招呼。從裝修到服務都無可挑剔，住得特別舒心！ 真的很推薦大家來住！瀋陽好，以後還來！

每次來都是第一選擇，還推薦過朋友來，衞生乾淨，交通方便，離醫大一院也方便，免費升級了户型，還多贈了一份早餐，客服很和善，有問題立刻解決，很細心周到。房間設備齊全，衞生間淋浴自帶音樂🎵，早餐是七點開放，但是我們下去時已經八點多了，一點不耽誤口感。

The price reflects this as well, while still being expensive for a city like Shenyang. The staff are very friendly. They agreed to a late check-out. Breakfast is really poor for the price: the fruit juices come from cartons rather than being freshly pressed, the pastries are industrial, and the fried eggs are overcooked. I would recommend avoiding it.

Ok, location is good, because all the luxury brands are directly downstairs, but hey if you're not there to splurge, no point~ because getting to other popular shopping malls or tourist attraction, there's just no advantage. You may think you get VIP or warm greeting service, but honestly... only if you're lucky AND SEEN and if it's like from 12pm to 3pm? Cause i think that's when their staffs are alert. Next on, check-in is normal, nothing special, remember to pay a deposit. Next on, going to your room, someone will help you with your luggage to your room, which is great, because the floor is so carpeted it is hard to drag the luggage if it's really huge and heavy. Next on, the room... I have so much to comment. First of all, furniture looks old. Toilet is great (+1 point) because it is indeed the biggest and most spacious one i have seen. The cleaning folks does a good job cleaning the toilet BUT! i just cannot understand why can't they just change the smelly damped pillows???????? it's already there when we first checked in. It smells horrible, like your teenage cousin's wet sock after soccer practise in a shoe that never dried after washing. Gross! The really funny part is, you would imagined for such a huge room, the TV would be reasonably sized considering the distance from the bed. HAHAHHAHA, it's so small. I finally understand what it means by 'when someone is speechless, they really would laugh'. 人在无语的时候真的会笑. Like, you are a 5 star luxurious hotel but you can't give a bigger TV that has more modern functions???? Am i still living in the 2000s? Ok fine, maybe they have no budgets for upgrade, fine... It's not like we travel halfway across the globe to watch TV in bed. Next, TAKEAWAYS. Like this really made me so angry, they literally take no responsibility in helping you bring up the food. I mean I don't mind going down to take it myself but let me know i have to! They literally left my stuff there 30 mins until i called them. And the ridiculous part was the delivery guy actually took a photo to show me how he had already passed it to a staff and informed them to deliver it up! Next, their restaurant. Paid for a course meal, and instead of the dishes being served up one after another, they served everything up at one go... wow, ok fine no big deal. BUT dessert took 30 mins and not served. Do you know what is a coursed meal? Do you need to retrain your staffs? Do you think we could have finished the dishes so quickly? Aren't we supposed to savour the dishes and take our time because your head chef took time to design the menu and wine pairings? Like your service really defeats all purpose of us opting to have dinner there. So the irony is we were rushed through our food; we literally felt like we had to speed up because what if the dishes went cold. Then they took forever to serve dessert and we already told them we need had a movie coming up and we were running late. BAD SERVICE. Overall, my review for this hotel is that, you're lucky you HAD GOOD REPUTATION & BRANDING in the past, but you are FRAILING. You do not deserve 5 star in almost all areas non-related to location. Yes, you may be considered luxurious because you're at the most prime area of Shenyang but so what? Your service and facilities are at most mid-range 4 star. Even 4 star hotels now have robots that would deliver takeaways and TV bigger than yours, and their pillows are clean, what an absolute joke. OK, maybe let's not get so negative, last redeeming factor: you do have a nice view of the city. For service, you may want to learn from your peers like Sofitel, Atour or Serendipidia. You're welcome.

This hotel is amazing! The staff was very attentive, especially Eric Jin, the manager of the concierge department, who helped me solve my personal problems and other travel questions very well. He took the initiative to attack, which exceeded my expectations. I often fly and travel all over the world, and this manager stands out among the many people I have come into contact with over the years. He is definitely a pearl of Shenyang. This manager is definitely a valuable asset of a Swiss hotel. With his way of thinking and motivation, he will be very successful in the future. Very, very touching. Lovely experience. The staff were helpful, I arrived early and they managed to give me a room. The breakfast spread is amazing! It’s right in front of the subway station and I could walk to the theatre opposite, which worked out really well as I was there to attend a concert. There was even a little rooftop garden at the restaurant level. Didn’t have time to use the amazing fitness facilities. Would love to stay again.

We stayed as Family with 2 children at the Hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. Also the rooms are comfortable and clean. The Hotel Location is close to the Train Station and some of the Tourist attractions. Unfortunately, there is not the „real pulse of Shenyang“, as it is More in a „railroad like“ area. 入住瑞峯國際酒店，交通比較便利，服務人員熱情，服務周到，有禮貌。推薦同事過來有續住了兩晚，整體住下來，很滿意。早餐是自助餐形式，味道很不錯，主要是選擇性比較多。再來説説房間，中規中矩，設施壞境溝通，衞生感覺整潔。有機會過來，還會選擇入住！最後添加了大堂經理微信，有事溝通起來比較方便，處理問題高效！
