"I purchased this hotel room for my sister-in-law who had a next day flight and it was amazing. You call them to get picked up at the airport and they offer drop-off service too. The van used to bring you is a fancy Benz. Overall, a great experience!!! P.S. My 6-year old nephew said it looks like the hotel is made of gold🤭"

"I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair. 2. The wall got painted falling. 3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working. 4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it. 5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair). 6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay. 7. No fridge, and iron. 8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security 9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it. 10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi. 11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble. Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night. Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel."

"Since I have a plan to go to arena for volleyball match, the hotel location is really help me out with just 5 minutes walking distance. One female staff was not so friendly (I guess coz we check in at 4am since our flight land late) and helpful but the rest is fine, they actually provide great customer service so will definitely book there again on my next trip."

"We love the amenities - it just that in the hallways , it needs to be improved. But was great experience afterall especially at the resto bar and swimming pool area. Nice view."

Dışarıdaki kulüp de oldukça etkileyici, ailemle unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşadık ve içecekler de çok lezzetliydi. Havuz da harika çünkü çocuklarımın eğlenmesi için mükemmeldi, 1,2 metreye kadar uzanan farklı seviyeleri vardı. Ücretsiz kahvaltı da beklentilerimi aştı, beklediğimden fazlasını içeriyordu ve tadı harikaydı. Genel olarak, çok unutulmaz bir deneyimdi ve en çok eğlendiğimiz zamanları şimdiden hatırlayacağız! Bir dahaki sefere tekrar geleceğim!"

"Seyahatinizden önce dinlenmek için ideal bir yer! Ziyaretimizin tüm süresi boyunca her şey yolunda gitti. Dennis, check-in işleminde bize yardımcı oldu ve misafir ilişkileri müdürü Bayan Christine, erkek arkadaşımın doğum gününü olağanüstü özel kılmak için harika bir iş çıkardı. Tüm isteklerimiz tereddütsüz kabul edildi. Ayrıca, adı ”N” harfiyle başlayan bir görevli (üzgünüm, adını hatırlayamıyorum) yardımında proaktifti. Resepsiyondan çatı katındaki havuz bara kadar herkes naziktir. Ertesi gün uçuşunuzdan önce dinlenmek için mükemmel bir yer. Terminal 3 sadece 10 dakikalık kısa bir yürüme mesafesindedir ve bu konumdan kolayca erişilebilir. Asansör biraz zaman alsa da, genel olarak harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir; kesinlikle gelecekteki gezilere geri döneceğiz."

"We love the location! it is nearby with some stores it's just the outside area was not really good. We love the bed, TV and the bathroom was ”eh” but it's okay. Food have 2 options the hotel one or the kenny rogers."

"Check in early wasn't allowed even i am willing to pay extra. Had an option to pay for an upgrade the room then I can check in early. so thats what I did. What's funny is gave me 2 choices of the room style amd the onw I picked in the end was not available so I didnt habe a choice but to pick the other. Breakfast was not bad but by the 3rd day as I ordered a certain drink due to my throat inflammation and sorethroat onw of rhe waitress said it is not part of the drink options and the whole 2 days I was there I've been ordering it, so I was so confused. In the end we asked for another staff and they gave to us. Pls train the staff well and knowledge about what can be serve. Cleaning the room, one of the towel when I get back was left behind to my surprise but I didnt bother to check. Flushing toilet is not as strong. Concierge or the door guys, didn't automatically come to ask or bother to ask to help even I have some something big and heavy Their gym equipmentare not as smooth either. But still overall it is not bad in a way."
