"Manila Ninoy Aquino Uluslararası Havaalanının tam karşısında hava alanına indikten sonra yürüyerek gidebileceğiniz bir konumda çok yakın.Boracay a gideceğimiz için 1 gecelik aktarma olarak kaldık. Personel çok ilgiliydi odalar temizlik olarak çok iyi değildi. Ancak bizim için duş olsun yakın olsun yeterliydi. Bir şişe suya 150 peso aldılar çok pahalıydı gerçekten. Kahvaltı da çok çeşit beklemeyin. Hotelin hemen arka caddesinde çok lüks bir alış veriş merkezi var. Bu AVM nin içinde casino da var ve paranısı burada pesoya çevire bilirsiniz. Yakınlarda başka exchange maalesef yok. NOT. Eğer aktarma yapacaksanız ve biletinizde eğer terminal T4 diye bir ibare var ise başka hava alanına gideceksiniz ve bu araç ile 15 dakika sürüyor. Biz uçağı kaçırıyorduk ."

"I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair. 2. The wall got painted falling. 3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working. 4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it. 5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair). 6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay. 7. No fridge, and iron. 8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security 9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it. 10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi. 11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble. Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night. Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel."

"Reception is amazing. Compliments to Nicolle, she is very attentive and gives out amazing vibes ! Lobby area can be improved as it is quite small. Housekeeping needs many improvements. I booked 2 rooms...1 for me and my wife (floor 6) and the other for my parents and siblings (connecting room at floor 3). Floor 3 housekeeping @ Karen is fantastic! My parents loved her and even gave her a tip as she go the extra mile i.e. really clean the room and even arrange the towel into some design! My cleaner on the other hand is not good, my cups did not get cleaned even after I have used it with tea in it. Please take note level 6 housekeeping."

"Urban Travellers Hotel is a nice place to stay with decent amenities that make for a comfortable visit. Rooms are nice albeit a bit outdated. The air conditioning was cold and nice, I had to lower it since it's a bit to cold for me. Also has a separate table which you can use to eat at and has a separate wardrobe for your clothes. If you are a light sleeper, the room I was in was leaking in noise from the main road,so bear that in mind. It wasn't too noisy that you can't relax but you can definitely hear cars honking and passing by. Complementary breakfast is 1 viand and 1 egg, it is paired with garlic rice and pansit which are unlimited. Soup is also provided. Coffee is unlimited too if you are into that."

"This is my second time, and the service was good. The package also allowed us to check out at 2:00 p.m. instead of the usual 12:00 noon, which was very convenient—especially after a long flight, since the place is near NAIA. We will book again."

"Got this room last 11.11 sale, this is beyond expectations. Staffs are friendly even if there are so many people checking-in. Cons is that, I called the front desk twice for a hair blower but unfortunately, it didnt come. I hope simple things like that is readily accessible if needed. But overall experience is 10/10! Will come back soon. Thank you for having us!"

"6th floor elevator not working..if you have baggage dont go 6th floor..staff are not considerate they ask if we have luggage but still they put us on 6th floor..wtf ..from 5th floor you will take staircase going 6th floor"

"The location is great, since we have our event at SM MOA Arena this hotel is just a walking distance to the arena, service and cleanlines is good, but some of the amenities and equipment is not working well, one of the tv is not working, and the door handle seems like needed repair although it is still working well. One plus point is the refrigerator is working so well even the freezer is working well. Overall everything is good while we stay here."
