All the list of amenities are provided and if requesting for other item not included in the list, the hostess can readily and immediately provide for your convenience. The location is most convenient for me since I have a transaction at DLSU-M and other nearby places. The hotel is also squeky clean before we entered the room and everything is tidy and well-kept. "A unique old hotel where some rooms have a car garage. Fast and satisfying service. There is no elevator for rooms on the second floor. So those bringing large suitcases will be helped by the hotel staff. What I like about this hotel is its security, where there are security guards who always guard and supervise every guest. I especially admire the friendly and attentive female security guards. For the room, I said it was okay because it was quite spacious, clean, and comfortable. I didn't try the breakfast so I can't write a review for it. This hotel is close to a small jeepney terminal and a night market, there are also many restaurants and malls nearby. Just a 10-15 minute walk. When I checked in, I was asked for a 5,000 peso deposit (very large). Since I didn't have enough pesos because I was leaving Manila the next day, when I said I was giving a deposit in Ringgit, dollars, or yen, they allowed me not to give a room deposit. I also don't understand why the deposit was so large. When I gave Ringgit and asked for a receipt, the officer at that time didn't give it and returned my Ringgit. It was very suspicious not to want to provide proof of receipt."
