"Manila Ninoy Aquino Uluslararası Havaalanının tam karşısında hava alanına indikten sonra yürüyerek gidebileceğiniz bir konumda çok yakın.Boracay a gideceğimiz için 1 gecelik aktarma olarak kaldık. Personel çok ilgiliydi odalar temizlik olarak çok iyi değildi. Ancak bizim için duş olsun yakın olsun yeterliydi. Bir şişe suya 150 peso aldılar çok pahalıydı gerçekten. Kahvaltı da çok çeşit beklemeyin. Hotelin hemen arka caddesinde çok lüks bir alış veriş merkezi var. Bu AVM nin içinde casino da var ve paranısı burada pesoya çevire bilirsiniz. Yakınlarda başka exchange maalesef yok. NOT. Eğer aktarma yapacaksanız ve biletinizde eğer terminal T4 diye bir ibare var ise başka hava alanına gideceksiniz ve bu araç ile 15 dakika sürüyor. Biz uçağı kaçırıyorduk ."

"Seyahatinizden önce dinlenmek için ideal bir yer! Ziyaretimizin tüm süresi boyunca her şey yolunda gitti. Dennis, check-in işleminde bize yardımcı oldu ve misafir ilişkileri müdürü Bayan Christine, erkek arkadaşımın doğum gününü olağanüstü özel kılmak için harika bir iş çıkardı. Tüm isteklerimiz tereddütsüz kabul edildi. Ayrıca, adı ”N” harfiyle başlayan bir görevli (üzgünüm, adını hatırlayamıyorum) yardımında proaktifti. Resepsiyondan çatı katındaki havuz bara kadar herkes naziktir. Ertesi gün uçuşunuzdan önce dinlenmek için mükemmel bir yer. Terminal 3 sadece 10 dakikalık kısa bir yürüme mesafesindedir ve bu konumdan kolayca erişilebilir. Asansör biraz zaman alsa da, genel olarak harika bir deneyim yaşadık. Şiddetle tavsiye edilir; kesinlikle gelecekteki gezilere geri döneceğiz."

"Hizmet mükemmel ve odalar muhteşem. Körfeze bakan güzel bir manzaramız var ve yatak inanılmaz rahat, ayrıca gerçekten temiz. Dışarıdaki kulüp de oldukça etkileyici, ailemle unutulmaz bir deneyim yaşadık ve içecekler de çok lezzetliydi. Havuz da harika çünkü çocuklarımın eğlenmesi için mükemmeldi, 1,2 metreye kadar uzanan farklı seviyeleri vardı. Ücretsiz kahvaltı da beklentilerimi aştı, beklediğimden fazlasını içeriyordu ve tadı harikaydı. Genel olarak, çok unutulmaz bir deneyimdi ve en çok eğlendiğimiz zamanları şimdiden hatırlayacağız! Bir dahaki sefere tekrar geleceğim!"

"This is our second time at Golden Phoenix. The first time left us impressed. It's not one of the expensive hotels in the area, but gives almost the same experience. Breakfast buffet is more than ample, and room service menu is not too expensive. Beds are nice and comfy. Air-conditioning was great! Brr! Some rooms and common areas look old, but they are clean and okay. Staff are nice, helpful and courteous. At our last stay, some requests were quite slow to be attended to but understandable as they were fully booked. During our first stay, and they weren't so packed, their service was very prompt. Overall, it's a great option for us when we need to be in the area."

"Eşim ve ben oğlumuzla birlikte orada bir gece kaldık. Oda temizdi ve banyoyla birlikte güzel kokuyordu. Ac da soğuktu. Benim tek iki şikayetim, duştaki sıcak suyun sadece yeterli olması ve tutarlı olmamasıydı. İkinci şikayetim ise asansörden koridorun sonundaki odaya giderken küf kokusu, sonra pişmiş yemek kokusu, sonra boya kokusu ve bir başka sefer çoğunlukla boya kokusuydu. Dokuzuncu katta kaldık ve yanımızdaki odadan boya arabası olduğu için resim yapan bir adam çıktı. Eşim hamile ve üç yaşında bir oğlumuz var, bu yüzden endişelendim. Bunlar benim tek sorunum, aksi halde çarşaflar ve yatak rahat, penceredeki kilitler iyi, iyi televizyon sinyali ve televizyon netliği. Açık büfe kahvaltı o kadar da iyi değildi. "to rate my stay in General, this Hotel can be promisinmy wife and kid loved the pool set up at day and night. Rooms have a cold aircon and working hot cold ahower. Sira ang Vault sa room 805 kaya diko napakinabangan to keep my valuebles. Medyo mainit lang sa lobby that wont provide you relief when one comes in from the busy , dusty and humid thoroughfare outside. One instance that actually annoyed me as a guest is on my second night of stay March 15 around 11PM, i enjoyed drinking at the Sky Bar and went down outside the front parking to have a smoke before calking it a night, when a guard of the hitel asked me to transfer my parking. The fact that i dont driink and drive plus i dont really have my car keys with me, i politely refused. Fact number 2 was earlier at 10Pm i wasnt able to park on the side which is vacant but a Taxi was blocking it so the earlier guard told and assisted me to park almost at the lobby front. I actually requested the other day to the other guards to let me park by the front parking instead theire parking space several meters away from the hotel. But this particular guard on March 15, is actually insistent and showing me actions of dissappointment from my refusal to his instruction..i told him that he should have informed the front desk and the desk to call me at my room earlier before i went to skybar. His gestures and show of dismay brought me a feeling of awkwardness and ask him what he would have do if i didnt went down and went staright back to my room after the skybar. But just to settle the score, I finally gave in and went up 8th floor to get my car keys and drove drunk my car and transferred to the slot where we agreed. Aside from this disgusting experience, i recommended this Hotel to my friends and by my photos they are actually impressed specially the hanging pods which is a unique feature of this cute and Aaffordable hotel."

"This is a nicely located hotel in Manila Bay. It is about 20 mins drive from Manila Airport via Grab. We did not encounter any traffic jam on Friday afternoon about 5pm as well as on our way to manila airport on Saturday 730am. Check in was ok. Room generally was on compact size so as the bathroom. But everything is as expected from a 3 star hotel. My only complaint would be why not offer shower gel? It is very old fashion to give small soap bar. Hotel rooftop bar has a great view over manila bay (sunset was good) as well as some city centre view. Anyway the main selling point of this hotel is its proximity to the Mall of Asia in Manila Bay. It is a huge modern new mall with hundreds of shop in it. A lot of food options as well as supermarket. The hotel offer a free hourly shuttle service to the mall which is handy for guests. Walking to the mall is about 10mins at most. Overall, this is safe and good hotel to stay in Manila."

"The positives: close to airport and easy check in. The negatives: no toilet paper or towels (eventually resolved), wardrobe too smelly to hang my clothes, pillows they should've chucked ages ago, BABY COCKROACHES! NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE PRICE."
