"It is with real disappointment that I have to leave a negative review but after the service we have received was appalling the customer service of some of there staff would have to be looked at if they were mine or booking was mixed up which made it look like we had only paid for 1 room for 2 with 1 breakfast which was not the case, but was hounded by staff while eating breakfast to show proof that I had paid for 2, by the time I returned my breakfast was cold so left it to then find that we had also been locked out our room so had to get one of the cleaners to sort it. The last day we'll we went down for breakfast to find it a complete nightmare no food left no cutlery, no plates, no where to sit because there were plates, cups and rubbish everywhere 😢"

"We stayed in March 2024 had a good experience then, but this visit last weekend 11th May 24 was very disappointing we found the room dirty with insects crawling around under the bed, we asked to change room which we did but found the same problem which i pointed out to the night receptionist, he came up with a 3rd room clean luckily at midnight, now very tired we slept well and spoke to reception at check out who offered us a complimentary Breakfast which was nice but doesn't make you want to return again if the rooms are presented to you so dirty please see photos i did write to the hotel manager on 13th May but as yet have received NO reply"

"This isn't my first stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, the customer service hasn't improved. Even ordering a simple drink from the bar was met with a frown. I stay here only because it's convenient for my business needs, but it's disappointing that the staff seems so disengaged, which leaves a negative impression. The breakfast was dry and unappetizing, almost like eating rocks. Given the standards of Ibis hotels, I'm quite shocked at the poor condition and service here."

"Breakfast is fight for what's left at grab a snack on a morning - holes in the curtains - stains in the bathroom. Super friendly staff but have to wait for them to finish chatting to eachother first appreciate that but some of us are also working aswell. Towels wasn't enough in room asked for some had to go back down and re ask to carry them myself - shower gel empty asked refill never happened stayed two nights more of a bedsit"
