A well-deserved 5-star hotel and a boost. Excellent location in the heart of Casablanca. There are many supermarkets, restaurants, money changers and various stores in the vicinity. Free parking available. Welcome to the most wonderful of all the hotel staff, and they overcome all the difficulties. Beautiful spacious rooms with elegant furnishings and decor. Bathrooms are spacious and clean, including everything a tourist needs. Poor breakfast is very simple for a 5-star hotel.

I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of my friends. It really is as good as they say. Everything was great. The hotel is very well maintained and clean, the beds are very comfortable, the rooms are convenient and modern, the food was great. Especially the room service staff were very kind, helpful and smiling. Food always arrives hot and all delicious. For this reason, I ate my dinner at the hotel every day of my stay. Next time I will choose to stay in this hotel again. Thanks for everything.

I liked to credit Trip for offering a good value rate for this stay including breakfast We arrived early at the hotel and was told to wait 15 minutes for the room, reasonable request....the room was cleaned, well stocked with 2 complimentary bottles of water included. Bedding was comfortable.......my only beef was at breakfast....one of the coffee machine was not working causing long wait times....my spouse is a tea drinker and hot water at the dining station (hot water kettle) was not always available and requires refill......selections at the food stations are hits and misses....could improve in replenishing food.. an ok breakfast....btw, butter is a luxury in Morocco and not well stocked. I would consider staying again if the price is right

Absolutely horrible stay! -Air conditioning did not work and room was hot and stuffy the entire stay. Windows don't open -Room was dirty -- walls and floor was filthy and scuffed up. Floor were never vacuumed. There were even finger nail clippings on the floor -Front desk staff would not allow friends staying at a near by hotel to come up and hang out for a bit before going to the next spot. As a result, we decided to hang around in the lobby and chat and then we were kicked out of the lobby! I paid money for a dirty room and for staff to treat myself and my guests poorly. It was very embarrassing!

This is honestly the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at, the rooms are dirty, the beds are filthy and the bathroom had an uncomfortable odor. The staff are rude and we were told at night that we had to switch rooms, they refused to tell us why. If you plan on communicating in English with the staff, you need to consider another hotel as they don't have the necessary language skills to communicate in English. I also wanted to make a complaint about a member of the staff for the way I was treated and he refused to give me his name. The only positive about this hotel is it's decent location, however, there are several other hotels really close by to consider and I wish that I had picked another one. A few tips for you guys that still decide to book this hotel despite all of the above is to not use the taxis in front of the hotel as they try their very best to rip you off, there are more taxis around the corner by the Casa Port train station, use those instead. If you are able to skip the hotel breakfast, you should do so, the selection is poor and the food tastes really bland, they also water down the juice. There are some nicer places to have breakfast around the corner at the Casa Port train station.

June's Casa is cooler, and sitting on the balcony is cooler than in the room. Turn right 30 meters downstairs to the convenience supermarket. Just in the days when the outbreak of foreign flights was severe, I had to change my ticket and stayed at the hotel for two more nights. Terrible. Old dirty furniture. Stale linen with hair from past guests. Lamps infested with flies. Doors that do not close from the inside. Insects everywhere!!! Unsanitary in the shower!!! Water barely flows. One towel. Desolation and devastation, which are not visible in the photo! Mold and mildew on the sink. Bare electrical wires. The hotel has come in the years. The shower bracelet could not be put into the stop because it was not available. The outflows were closed. The window could not be closed unfortunately! But: The rooms are large and every day the room would be well cleaned. The bed linen was fresh and every day there were new towels. There are parking places in front of the door. The location is good. Nearby is the train station and the port. It was okay for three nights.

We had the best stay at Ryad 91. Everything was always spotlessly clean. The food was very good and always on time. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. The staff is always there to help and nothing is too much for them. Friendly, helpful service from every staff member. We loved sitting outside on the terrace or just having a very delicious cup of coffee at their restaurant. Really an amazing place to stay as well as very centrally situated, 5 min walk to the station Casa Port. Thank you Ryad 91 for our lovely stay.

Very friendly staff helped with our bags as soon as we arrived. We booked a senior suite and were amazed at the size of the room and bed. Very comfortable bed and had most of the amenities we were looking for. The kitchen was lightly stocked with utensils and the likes. Large refrigerator was a plus. There was a coffee maker but no pods to use in the machine ( I never asked the hotel for assistance but maybe they would have accommodated). My wife and I were only here for a short layover so I didn't ask for much but it met our needs. I would stay here again.

Before I traveled, I searched for hotels on Baidu Map. The neighborhood is relatively concentrated. When I first arrived in Casablanca, I went out from the port train station and walked in this direction. It looks like the hotel looks good. It is a building and the room is very simple. It is the kind of cement-made tiled bedside table and desk, which is slightly worse than domestic express hotel chains, but it is also considered clean. The location is good, a few hundred meters southwest is Pigeon Square, two or three kilometers northwest is Hassan II Mosque, one kilometer north is the port train station, and two kilometers east is the Casa train station. The airport has direct trains to the city, either at the Casa station or at the port station. The photos in the room were gone, in the same style as the corridor, on the same floor and wall.

When checking into the hotel on March 24, 2024, the hotel manager told me that there was no room for me because the hotel had some problems with the rooms. I was offered to spend one day and night in another hotel, which turned out to be of poor quality. I only got into my room at this Windsor hotel on Monday. This was very inconvenient for me. Otherwise, the hotel left a good impression, it was conveniently located, my room had windows facing the courtyard, so there was no noise from the street. Breakfast is monotonous, the same thing every day: pancakes, pastries, eggs, processed cheese, tea, juice. Pigeons, a cat and a rooster live in the hotel courtyard, so in the morning the sounds were like in the village.
