"The hygiene, environment, and service were all excellent. However, the facilities weren't perfect. The TV was on top of the sofa facing the door, making it awkward for children to watch. Also, the soaking tub was too small; it was very tiring for adults to use."

"First, the pros: the rooms were large, nice, and clean. 👌 The cons: the lobby was messy, and many people were smoking there. 🚬 The hot spring tickets were included, but we couldn't get in because it was too crowded; they told us to come back in the morning. The elevator smelled strongly of rotten cafeteria food. The breakfast food was mediocre. This isn't the chain Joya Hotel; it's a bathhouse hotel."

"This hotel offers a fantastic overall experience. The service is thoughtful and attentive, and the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and well-equipped. They even have a kids' play area! There's a great selection of snacks, a coffee machine, and a rich variety of breakfast options, including the delicious Datong-style knife-cut noodles and lamb offal soup, which were highlights. The location is also excellent, making travel and getting around incredibly convenient. My stay was comfortable and hassle-free. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit."

"Facilities: The hotel seems newly opened; all the facilities are brand new. Cleanliness: This was disappointing. Upon arrival, the front desk said they had assigned us a cleaned room, but the toilet was disgusting and hadn't been cleaned at all before we checked in. However, the staff were very responsible and quickly called someone to clean it. Service: The front desk staff were welcoming, and the female manager was attentive and responsible. The breakfast was a bit too simple, and the restaurant was small, with only 6 square tables and 1 round table. During the summer peak season, you might have to wait for a table in the morning."

"A fantastic stay at this guesthouse! The environment was wonderful, and the bedding and towels were incredibly comfortable, especially the towels – so soft and smooth! The hot spring was a delightful surprise; the butler even provided disposable bath bags, which were wonderfully relaxing, leaving my skin feeling smooth and supple. The butler service was meticulous and attentive, always ready to help. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with my stay and highly recommend it!"
