"This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with online reviews that differ from the actual situation. The front desk first mentioned strong winds the previous two days, then explained how strong the winds were this morning. I refused to accept their explanation and moved rooms. Never mind, I cleaned the tables and chairs myself. The funniest thing was that when I saw the porridge for breakfast and tried to get a bowl, there was sand in the bowl underneath. I told the waiter (and they took it away). Hotel cleanliness really needs to be brought up to standard."

"The private hot spring courtyard was excellent, and the breakfast tasted great. It's very close to Bailu Hot Spring, less than a five-minute walk from the room. Bailu Hot Spring is a pure natural sulfur spring, visibly authentic. While sulfur springs do smell like rotten eggs, don't worry, these minerals will leave your skin feeling smooth after soaking. The outdoor courtyard has good ecological conditions, but there were many mosquitoes. I suggest adding mosquito repellent lamps. The courtyard lawn could use more maintenance, and the staff in the hot spring area, especially those in the pool area, should receive more training on service awareness."

The hotel is surrounded by dense forest, and the rooms are quite clean, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable sleep. ♨️ There's a wide variety of natural hot springs nestled in the woods, and after a soak, I felt completely relaxed and refreshed. The unique glass walkway in the park is actually a glass boat pathway over the lake, where you can ride small boats through glass waterways, offering a novel and incredibly fun way to enjoy the lakeside scenery. It’s a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment with abundant recreational activities, making it perfect for a short getaway. Highly recommended!"

"I feel like the hotel management quality has declined recently: 1) When I was dropping off my luggage at the lobby entrance, there was no bellhop to assist. The security guard just stood next to my car with an umbrella, staring at my trunk without moving. I couldn't tell if he wanted me to drive away or something else – it was really odd. 2) There were stains on the bed base in the room, possibly left behind because they couldn't be cleaned thoroughly. The TV couldn't screen mirror; it was an old model that only showed live broadcasts, which I confirmed with the front desk after calling them. 3) The hot milk dispenser at breakfast was empty by 9:30 AM. Overall, it was a very basic and underwhelming experience."

Hearing that the child had a cold and a mild fever, he took the initiative to upgrade us to a double room for free. I was really touched🥺completely I was surprised 😂 I have to praise the boss for his kindness and love 👍 Thank you for this unique and warm B&B, which allows us to encounter all the beautiful things. "The hotel facilities are relatively new, and there's underground parking, which is very convenient. There aren't many dining options nearby, so if you're not eating at the hotel, you'll need to go to Huashuiwan Town. The hotel breakfast offers a good variety, but almost all the drinks are close to their expiration date. I'm not sure if they intentionally bought expiring items to cut costs or if they simply overstocked when they opened. The pastries at breakfast don't seem to store well; it might be better not to offer them if they can't be kept fresh. Freshness is key, and quality shouldn't be sacrificed just to offer more items. However, I can understand this, as the guest flow isn't as consistent as in urban areas. Also, housekeepers should check for hair under the sheets when cleaning. In my room, there was hair from the previous guest."

"The room's facilities and furniture were too old; the carpet was dirty, and there were many yellow water stains on the walls. The room smelled unpleasant upon entering. The receptionists and staff were extremely rude and showed absolutely no service awareness. Hot water was almost nonexistent; it took more than twenty minutes for the tap to produce any hot water. The hotel's corridors, lobby, and elevator area were pitch black at night, and the entire hotel was deserted with almost no guests. I so regret staying at such a terrible hotel when I went to Xiling Snow Mountain!!"

I made the reservation about one month in advance, and the payment was charged according to the policy just 2–3 days before check-in, which felt very convenient and reassuring. The rate was around 2,xxx THB per night, offering excellent value for the overall experience. Although the staff were not fluent in English, it was hardly an issue at all. With the help of translation applications, communication was smooth and effortless, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness spoke louder than words. The bed deserves a perfect 10/10 — incredibly comfortable, inviting you to sink in and enjoy a deep, restful sleep. Waking up to the view was another highlight; the scenery was simply breathtaking, easily a 10/10, and made every morning feel calm, refreshing, and almost cinematic. Breakfast was served in a traditional Chinese style, offering a delightful opportunity to immerse myself in local flavors. It was a comforting and authentic way to start the day, perfectly complementing the atmosphere of the stay. Overall, this hotel delivered far beyond expectations — a harmonious blend of comfort, value, and memorable moments that made the entire stay truly special."

"The staff was very friendly, we had a pleasent stay the whole time we were there. The room is well heated and they provide noise cancelling earplugs for sleeping, toothbrush, soap and towel. They also helped us with shuttle car arrangement from xiling to chengdu early in the morning. Overall a 10/10 experience from my family."
