"This is the first time I've encountered a hotel with online reviews that differ from the actual situation. The front desk first mentioned strong winds the previous two days, then explained how strong the winds were this morning. I refused to accept their explanation and moved rooms. Never mind, I cleaned the tables and chairs myself. The funniest thing was that when I saw the porridge for breakfast and tried to get a bowl, there was sand in the bowl underneath. I told the waiter (and they took it away). Hotel cleanliness really needs to be brought up to standard."

"The private hot spring courtyard was excellent, and the breakfast tasted great. It's very close to Bailu Hot Spring, less than a five-minute walk from the room. Bailu Hot Spring is a pure natural sulfur spring, visibly authentic. While sulfur springs do smell like rotten eggs, don't worry, these minerals will leave your skin feeling smooth after soaking. The outdoor courtyard has good ecological conditions, but there were many mosquitoes. I suggest adding mosquito repellent lamps. The courtyard lawn could use more maintenance, and the staff in the hot spring area, especially those in the pool area, should receive more training on service awareness."

"The rooms were quiet and clean, and the service was excellent. We really enjoyed the unlimited hot spring access; both the kids and the elderly had a wonderful time. The breakfast buffet was extensive and catered to everyone's tastes. For lunch and dinner, they offered a rotating menu of three dishes and one soup, with no repeats during our five-night stay. Overall, we were very satisfied. The only minor drawback was that the bathroom drain was a bit small, causing water to pool during showers."
