The room also came with a smart voice assistant from Hampton. There's a public washing machine and dryer available, and a robot even delivered fruit that I redeemed with points. The breakfast was rich and exquisite."

The front desk and room service were excellent, always responding promptly to our requests. However, the dining staff left much to be desired; they seemed indifferent and were constantly chatting at the cashier counter. We had to go out and find them repeatedly for anything we needed. That's why I can't give a 5-star rating for service, as it was let down by the dining department."

"This is such a relaxing place, not too crowded, which made for a great experience. The surrounding greenery is really pleasant to look at, perfect for us to unwind on a weekend after a busy week. 🥹 Even though it rained the entire time we were traveling to the hotel and upon arrival, the rain stopped after we finished afternoon tea, so my friend and I went to the pool. The infinity pool is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast was also excellent and very thoughtfully prepared. The staff were very kind and helped us with all our luggage. After checking into our room, we found complimentary fruit, dessert, and a mini-bar, which were all very considerate touches. The only downsides were: there wasn't a mini-fridge in the room, which made it inconvenient to store our face masks and snacks. Also, the TV couldn't cast content."

We had to arrange a room at the last minute, and Xiao Wei at the front desk was very responsible and helped us resolve the issue. Because of our personal reasons, our check-in was delayed for so long, and Manager Su even upgraded our room – the service was incredibly heartwarming! This stay completely exceeded our expectations! The room was over 70 square meters, with underfloor heating and a smart home system. The selenium-rich private hot spring bath could accommodate four people, and my skin felt smooth and supple after soaking. The breakfast was plentiful, and the service was excellent. There was also a family-friendly experience at Milk Hill. From arrival to check-out, we were taken care of attentively. I got Xiao Wei's WeChat contact information, and I'll definitely be a regular customer!"

The unique glass walkway in the park is actually a glass boat pathway over the lake, where you can ride small boats through glass waterways, offering a novel and incredibly fun way to enjoy the lakeside scenery. It’s a one-stop shop for dining, accommodation, and entertainment with abundant recreational activities, making it perfect for a short getaway. Highly recommended!"

"Had a really terrible experience. As soon as we opened the room door, there was a strong musty smell that wouldn't go away even with the windows open. And there were no screens, so when we opened the windows, mosquitoes flew right in. The air conditioning was noisy and didn't cool at all, so we barely slept all night. Breakfast ended at 9 AM, which meant we couldn't even enjoy a lie-in on our vacation. The hot springs pool was too small and not very enjoyable. To top it all off, our car was scratched in the parking lot. The hotel manager refused to compensate us, using the excuse of 'cooperating with us to check the surveillance footage,' and was incredibly rude about it."

"Very spacious rooms with double queen beds. Closed to city center and night market area by walking distance. The hotel offers pickup and drop off service which superb because we came as family of 10 people with many luggages and a wheelchair thus need to be done in two rounds, thus really appreciate their service and hospitality. They also offer free mineral water bottles just outside the lift area. High recommended and we definitely will stay again when we visit Dayi again."

The room was spacious, with two bathrooms, two balconies, and a walk-in closet right by the entrance. 4. The service was great; both the front desk and housekeeping were very good. Cons: 1. "First off, I have to praise the service. From the moment we arrived at the B&B and they helped with parking, to the full escort during check-in, and even freezing and cutting fruit for us – all the little details were really satisfying. Coming here in the summer was definitely the right choice. Even though it's tucked away deep in Huashuiwan, a bit secluded, that's exactly why it's truly surrounded by greenery and a perfect summer escape. Finally, I personally think it's a great spot for photos (see for yourself in the pictures). Anyway, we all really loved this place. This trip was a bit rushed, as we only arrived at 9 PM the night before, stayed one night, and headed back the next afternoon. Everyone's already talking about when we can come back and stay an extra day."
