"The hotel's location is excellent and the staff are warm and professional. I was very satisfied throughout my stay. Amity arranged rooms on the same floor with fruit and amenities, Yoyo quickly handled check-in, and Jade processed my check-out and bill quickly. It was a good stay. After checking out, I realized I'd left my tablet in the room. When I went back to the front desk, they handled it very quickly. I also happened to run into the cleaning lady in my room who was very helpful in looking for my tablet. I'll choose this hotel again next time I'm in Fuzhou!"

"Very comfortable, the room was packed with thoughtful details, such as the hairdryer on the vanity, a recessed space for toiletries, a night light, and a niche in the shower. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, the shower pressure was excellent, and the water temperature and flow were very comfortable. The bedding was also very cozy. It would have been even better with a bathtub. There's a direct door leading to the West Lake wooden walkway. The location is superb, very convenient for getting around, everything is close by. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fuzhou."

"Found this 400-year-old house in the ancient city, a quiet oasis amidst the hustle and bustle. It's said to be designed by the renowned Asian designer He Huawu, and the historical essence is truly evident in the spacious common areas. You can read, enjoy tea, or practice calligraphy here. The rooms are rustic, beautifully restored to their original charm, and very comfortable. There's a large collection of books available for guests, which I loved. The aged white tea was mellow and smooth. The in-room facilities were comprehensive and decent. If I could suggest improvements, I'd say the shower hot water control could be more flexible, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom could be a bit higher."

"I stayed for two nights, and I must say it was really clean. The cleaning lady did a fantastic and meticulous job. The buffet for supper was also quite rich. However, this room key was truly a nightmare. When I went back in the afternoon, I asked for a ticket [presumably for re-entry], but they didn't swipe my room key or give any instructions. Yet, I could swipe my card inside the elevator. I thought it must have been swiped already. When I got back to my room, I found I couldn't open the door. So, I took the elevator down to the front desk. After getting in, I realized I couldn't swipe the card. There was no one else in the elevator, and no matter how I pressed the buttons or swiped the card, nothing happened. I was stuck for about two to three minutes. I have no idea how this card system works, why I could use it to go up but then got trapped in the elevator when trying to go down."

Luckily, since we checked in at the tail end of the holiday, there weren't many guests, so we weren't disturbed at night.
