Hidden within the ancient city, perfected through design. Min Yue Xiao Zhu, a living courtyard residence that breathes.
Situated beneath the iconic Clock Tower of the ancient city of Weishan, the meticulously crafted Min Yue Cottage has quietly taken root. This 740-square-meter garden residence is like a slowly unfolding scroll, seamlessly blending traditional textures with modern language, continuing the warm essence of “Spring and Autumn in the Small Town” and illustrating the coexistence of everyday life and poetry within a “living ancient city.”
The courtyard features a ring-shaped layout, creating a tranquil oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city. Step inside, and you’ll discover a world of wonder: magnolia whispers, cypress dances, and scenes of all four seasons come to life like paintings. In addition to fourteen themed guest rooms, there are coffee bars, bookstores, tea rooms, fitness areas, and a multi-functional hall. High-end system soundproof windows and doors, smart living equipment, and American “Simmons” mattresses are integrated into the details, ensuring a sense of comfort and peacefulness.
Step out of the door, and you’re immediately immersed in the vibrant atmosphere of “Yaohua Wei Shan.” There’s Yuan Shi’s lamb rice noodles, Lao Wang’s river-crossing vermicelli, and Su Lao San’s ancient noodles… The unique breakfast offerings at the inn transport you back to a time when the warmth of a bowl and a fork was all that mattered.
Walking along the ancient cobblestone streets, the echoes of the ancient music played on the ancient towers linger in the air. Explore the handcrafted incense shops and plant dyeing studios, visit the Confucian temple and museums, or step into the Wen Hua Academy and the Vanguard Bookstore – the fragrance of ink is just a short walk away. Returning to the compact teahouse, sipping tea and reviewing documents, it is truly: a scroll of poetry and a cup of tea, the essence of human joy lies in simple pleasures.
