"The staff operating the hotel were very accomodating and friendly. They gave good recommendations for places to go and what to do in the Island. The beds were quite comfortable. Originally, we booked twin beds but they offered to merge them together. We had the most restful sleep. Kudos!!"

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and overall had a pleasant experience. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, which made us feel welcome. However, the room was quite small, which might be a downside for guests with larger luggage or those staying longer. Breakfast was simple with limited choices, but still tasty and satisfying. A good option for a short and comfortable stay."

"This is a true 'find'! A healthy walk into/from town, just far enough to be away from the traffic and crowds. Eighteen individual bungalows surround a beautiful pool. In my nearly two weeks there, I rarely observed more than one or two other people at the poolside, despite knowing that the hotel was well booked. A good breakfast is served in one of the best views imaginable. Magnificent sunsets without ever leaving your seat at dinner. Every one of the staff members was more than pleasant on each contact I had with them, from check-in to checkout. The only downside at all was the spotty internet service, but this is about as remote a location where it's even possible to access internet at all, so hardly a criticism, and actually, if you're seeking serenity, the lack of internet is a blessing in disguise. Silence is golden. Speaking of which, on all but a very few days of my stay, the silence at my bungalow or at the pool was almost palpable. "

MMisafir KullanıcıWe loved our stay in Zuri hotel . We are a family with 2 kids. We had the family room which was very spacious and beautiful. The staff allocated us a room very close to the restaurant and pool which was very comfortable . Staff was always friendly and polite .
The pools were incredible . Kids loved the kiddies pool and we all loved the infinity pool with the pool bar. But others were also great.
Breakfast was good , there was plenty of choice . I only missed better coffee , but you could order for an extra price.
Location was ok . In a quiet neighbourhood not too far from the city. We walked a few times to the hotel , but there was always the possibility of getting a Tuktuk to the city.
Views were stunning
I would highly recommend people to go !

AAnonim KullanıcıBeautiful place with a clean beach and christal clear water, a good service and average food quality. Difficult to reach, but any transfer is perfectly organized by Hotel management.
As nice as the location is and understanding that they need to have a own power and water plant, complex logistics, it is in my personal opinion heavily overpriced. Breakfast and food quality in general is nothing special, but priced as 5 Star resort in the Maldives, where you are pampered like a king/queen.
A boats trip for 500€ with a ham and cheese toast and on a wooden junk cutter is just not worth, as nice as all staff is.
I enjoyed the time, but would not repeat it. There are much better value for money offers in this luxury category.

KKaliannaThe resort was on an isolated island. Took 20-min car ride from the airport and 45-min boat ride from the port to the island. Our room was supposed to be ocean view, just right behind the sunrise villas. Unfortunately, the trees have grown high & hardly can we see the ocean. So best to go to the beach and enjoy the sceneries there. Not worth paying extra, unless it's sunset villa. Breakfast was acceptable, but in-room dining service need improvement. Especially, the cleaning up part. The swimming pool is under maintenance and I thought seafood & sashimi would be good, but nope, which is a bit extra disappointing. However, the general experience was good since the staffs are very nice and polite. We received different types of local snacks daily and turned out the kitchen made Filipinos food better than international ones. For morning hiking to Eagle Point, it's not really worth it, unless you have a drone to have 360-degree view. Intended to rate 3.8/5, but I got to see the sea turtle so 4/5 ~

The staff is fantastic, especially the reception team: incredibly friendly, always ready to help, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and activities. Big thanks to them for that!
The restaurant service is good, but the food was underwhelming—breakfasts were quite basic. Only a few dishes on the menu were tasty; the rest need improvement. They should really revamp their offerings.
The rooms are spotless, and housekeeping does an excellent job. The pool looks beautiful and well-maintained, but there’s an issue with unpleasant odors from the port, which sometimes makes swimming less appealing. The gym is poorly equipped—it could use more machines or at least an Olympic bar.

GGiorgiabgulReally nice resort only 10min away from the port by Tuc Tuc. The room very clean and with all the essentials for the staying. My room wasn’t exactly view on the pool as expected so I would have to say a little bit overpriced. Nice breakfast. They arranged me an half day tour of the main spots in Coron and they were really flexible. The only thing that often happens to me travelling solo is that at pool bar for lunch I asked half portion of a serving because it was meant to be for 2/3 people (in the Philippines they often have family sharing portions) but they said it wasn’t possible that they could serve me half portion but the price would’ve been the same and I found that annoying. Other than that they offer shuttle bus to the airport and everything else was as good as in the pictures!

The location is a little out of the way and you'll find yourself needing to catch a trike to the town as the walk can be far, but this is not much of an issue as it only costs about 50 pesos. If you find yourself having breakfast here, be careful as the food is not warm/hot leading me to believe they either prepare it early and let it sit for a while, or prepare it the day before. The double bedroom is rather small but shouldn't be an issue if all you want to do is sleep. But I would definitely invest extra money to get a bedroom with its own comfort room rather than going for shared facilities. Good value for the price and I would still recommend.

KKurzaOtelin kendisi güzeldi ve yemekler iyiydi. Ancak otelin yanındaki horozları çok uygunsuz ve rahatsız edici bulduk. Gece boyunca gürültülü oldukları için düzgün uyuyamadık. Gürültüyü engellemenin bir yolu yok.
Odaları değiştirebildik, bu yardımcı oldu ancak otel tam dolulukla çalışıyorsa sorun olacaktır. Yaklaşık 24 oda horozların çıkardığı gürültüden etkileniyor. Otelin yanındaki bir arsada horozların konuklara çok fazla rahatsızlık vermesi üzücü. Bu otelin sahibi olsaydım, kesinlikle horozlar hakkında bir şeyler yapardım.

Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter.
Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of.
I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou!
Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles!
I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here.
Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.

Расположение очень удобное, близко к центральной улице, но и не в шумном месте, нужно пройти минут 10, или доехать на трансфере из отеля, который выезжает каждые 30 минут. Завтрак разнообразный и вкусный, готовят панкейки и омлет по заказу. Если выбираете место чтобы плавать в бассейне, то лучше не сюда, он здесь слишком теплый и с большим кол-вом хлора. Отель не новый, но в целом все хорошо, каждый день убираются! Большое спасибо, нам очень понравилось 😍
