The staff was amazing, helping everywhere they could. The place itself is awesome, and the beach and the wharf being this close is very cool. The pool's tiles are a bit dirsty and aometimes you can see mold between them, that would be nice to get rid of, and even though the place is pretty expensive, kayak or boar or stand-up paddle are for rent for pretty high prices (1000php an hour), and not just free for guests of the hotel like is usual, making my head tilt. Massage prices about 5times the normal rate as well. Strange. It would also be amazing if we could enter the rooms with the room key from the pool side when it's a pool view, but that ship has sailed when they built the place, hah. As i said though, staff auper nice and helpful about anything. Place really nice and cozy. Beach super pretty and sky amazing at night. Recommended for some luxury stays :)

We loved our stay in Zuri hotel . We are a family with 2 kids. We had the family room which was very spacious and beautiful. The staff allocated us a room very close to the restaurant and pool which was very comfortable . Staff was always friendly and polite . The pools were incredible . Kids loved the kiddies pool and we all loved the infinity pool with the pool bar. But others were also great. Breakfast was good , there was plenty of choice . I only missed better coffee , but you could order for an extra price. Location was ok . In a quiet neighbourhood not too far from the city. We walked a few times to the hotel , but there was always the possibility of getting a Tuktuk to the city. Views were stunning I would highly recommend people to go !

The staff operating the hotel were very accomodating and friendly. They gave good recommendations for places to go and what to do in the Island. The beds were quite comfortable. Originally, we booked twin beds but they offered to merge them together. We had the most restful sleep. Kudos!!

Yatağım o kadar büyüktü ki, 4 kişi sığabilirdi😅 Oda temizdi ve tüm olanaklar çalışıyordu. Son gecemde yüzdüm ve havuz tamamen bana aitti😍 Personel nazikti ve şehirde yolumu bulmamda bana yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltı yaptığım yemek alanındaki personel de nazik ve yardımseverdi. Konum olarak, bir alışveriş merkezinin önünde (orada bazı kişisel eşyalar aldım ve akşam yemeği yedim), bir spa'nın yakınında (orada sauna ve masaj yaptırdım) ve seminer mekanımıza 5-10 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Ayrıca havaalanına da yakındı, 5-10 dakika minibüs yolculuğu mesafesindeydi. Yani çok uygun bir yerdi. Genel olarak, keyifli bir konaklama geçirdim. Teşekkür ederim.

Otelin kendisi güzeldi ve yemekler iyiydi. Ancak otelin yanındaki horozları çok uygunsuz ve rahatsız edici bulduk. Gece boyunca gürültülü oldukları için düzgün uyuyamadık. Gürültüyü engellemenin bir yolu yok. Odaları değiştirebildik, bu yardımcı oldu ancak otel tam dolulukla çalışıyorsa sorun olacaktır. Yaklaşık 24 oda horozların çıkardığı gürültüden etkileniyor. Otelin yanındaki bir arsada horozların konuklara çok fazla rahatsızlık vermesi üzücü. Bu otelin sahibi olsaydım, kesinlikle horozlar hakkında bir şeyler yapardım.

This is a bit of a special place. The hotel is right at its own private beach. It‘s very isolated from everything else which can be nice if you don‘t want to leave the hotel at all. We wanted to go to the town some evenings and that is a bit of a challenge. You first have to take a golf car (which only runs until 10pm) and then change into a tricycle. The tricycles won‘t go directly to the hotel because the last bit of the road is too steep and winded. The other option is to walk along the beach for 20 minutes instead of using the golf car for the last bit, which we did a couple of times. It‘s not too dangerous but there are stray dogs. The food in the hotel restaurant was Italian and just ok, nothing amazing. The service was not great. Two women seem to know how to run a hotel but the rest of the staff were rather useless. They often seemed annoyed, even when we were just ordering food. We once asked about the zipline that is literally next door and they didn‘t know anything about it (price, time, how to get there). They organised a tour for us, which was great, but messed up the booking somehow so the tour guide thought we were only two people instead of four, which resulted in less food for lunch. And then they even charged us more for the tour. Our room was fine. Clean and no bugs. Yes, you can hear everything but we didn‘t mind that. The room was only made up on request though. The whole area is beautiful but there were a few things that annoyed us. So I wouldn‘t come back.

Overall, average hotel. I was disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again. Room: stayed 5 nights. The room has a mold smell upon entering that persisted even with the bathroom door closed. The toilet also flushed very slow and sometimes required 2 flushes. Room was spacious, and otherwise quite clean and comfortable. Quite dated and furniture had lots of dings/scratches which doesn’t really matter. Staff: I always try to be friendly to service workers because I know their work is hard. The staff I encountered seemed grossly disinterested. On the day of check in, I asked for some water (as I had to wait a few hours till check in), and was asked to pay 65 php for a bottle, but I witnessed another guest receive one for free. Not sure what happened. Also had some communication issues regarding laundry that I had done with the hotel. Perhaps the staff is overworked.. I didn’t experience the friendliness that other reviewers speak of. I do want to shout out Mou, the activities/tour coordinator! She was very friendly, and helpful in planning my activities. She helped address an issue I encountered with my tour very promptly and efficiently. Thank you Mou! Also thank you to the security guards who helped me call tricycles! I wouldn’t stay here again, nor would I recommend anyone to stay here. Suggestions: I think communication needs to be improved. If a staff member is busy, it is OK for them to let the guest know that it will be a moment. Would also recommend addressing the mold smell in room 320.
