Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ***** hair right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced

A brilliant choice for hotel in a great location. It's right in the middle of Mong Kok and has a great subway connection to the rest of the city. The price we paid was on the cheaper side of the ”high-end hotel” range, but they upgraded us straight away to a kitchen suite room with Club Lounge benefits. Even without this though, we'd recommend the hotel wholeheartedly; the service was perfect and the breakfast was great. Will definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Hong Kong.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel as it was centrally located near many hot spots of Hong Kong. MTR station at walking distance. The MOKO mall was connected to the hotel. Many restaurants were just within 5 min. walking. The service of the staff was excellent. The outdoor swimming pool is open till 21:00 in the evening, which we loved a lot as we could cool down after a busy day with lots of walking. The hotel is very clean, beds are comfortable and the sheets were soft. Recommended for all families. Will stay here again the next time!

Great Hotel. Its our third stay at Regal while attending a conference and we are very pleased with the experience. Front Desk Manager Francis went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable. We are very grateful for his wonderful presence. The bed could do with a little upgrading. The mattress was a tad too hard while the pillow was too soft that we needed two for our heads to feel comfortable. But overall, we are happy with our stay and will definitely come back.

The buffet is nice as well, plently of food options with a 50% discount px for stay-in guest. The only cons is the toilet is not smelling well.

It is a well located hotel between two metro stations and short walking distance to bus terminus to all Hong Kong. The room is comfortable with some nice recycled amenities. However, there was a huge big stain in carpet, and the housekeeping didn't clean our room, saying that it was off hours. We left the room for the city at the day at 12h, so it was a bit early to finish the services, I guess. It has a very useful service of hotel shuttles to some key areas of the city, so its a plus.

The location of the hotel is great, is nearby the bar area to go walking but not close enough to get noisy at night. Even though there were a few buildings in front, we still had a nice view of the ocean. You can also walk to the Ferry area, it takes about 15 minutes and it’s easier to walk than wait to find a taxi. The room was very clean, the shower was absolutely amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was polite and assisted with the requests we had. When we arrived at the room, it smelled a bit musty but it went away after we turned on the AC for a while. Would only like to point out that there are no free power outlet adapters available, however you can purchase them at the hotel for 140 HKD.

Below expectations for a 4 star hotel. The double bed was two twin beds joined together. Seemed like the hotel only just ticked the boxes to get 4 stars. Glasses only had space to be placed under the sink, no place on the sink. There was no other space to place towels than above the toilet. The room was very small and dark, a bit worn down. The restroom looked clean, but was smelly. Public toilet smelly.

The location is excellent. There are many shopping malls around the hotel, MTR is next to it and bus terminal is actually under the hotel. So it is so convenient to everywhere in Hong Kong and China. Staffs are very polite and helpful. And the hotel is well maintained but some of the areas need to look into it like the temperature of the Air-Con that can't be adjusted and the water was not running smoothly in the bath tub. Anyways, we enjoyed our stay in Nina Hotel.

Great hotel not far from restaurants and the metro. It is a perfect location for the Pier as well since we had to be there for an event the next day. It wasn’t easy to find a taxi early morning. They offer a nice breakfast buffet for 132HKD. Rainfall shower, which was nice and warm. We had an amazing view from our room. I do wish checkout could be 12p but hey it was all good. Easy check in and out process. Great access to where we needed to be on our day two as well!

Hotel staff provided good services in every encounter. Walked 15 mins to nearest subway station. Many restaurants nearby. The hotel room and facilities looked rather old but clean. Bed was very comfortable. There are many bus stops nearby to different parts of the city. But the nearest bus station to/from airport is 15 mins walking distance away. The hotel does provide free shuttle bus to Mongkok subway station every hour. The drop off point is 3 mins walk from airport bus station. It takes about 40 mins to airport by the airport bus and costs HKD34.5 per person. The airport bus frequency is every 10-15 mins. The hotel shuttle bus+airport bus (A21) option takes about 1 hour in total door to door including 10 mins waiting time for the airport bus.

We booked for a double bed but they gave us twin beds. We called the reception to change it and they kindly upgrade us to a bigger room on the top room. It’s a minor mistake but they handled it well. The interior design is classy and new. All the electronics in the room can be control by tablets which is very convenient. We had the spa there. The couple spa room is a bit small and the therapists are the best we experienced in HK hotels. Highly recommend the spa there.

My family and I had spent one night at Regent HK and we had a wonderful time there. The hotel was new and has a the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. The harbour view was just stunning, and we enjoyed our time celebrating my son’s bday at this hotel. The front desk staff especially Ray Cheung, were fantastic. He was particularly friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. We also went to the outdoor heated pool and had an amazing time. The staff and service were just great. We’ll definitely go again very soon.

As it was my partners first time in Hong Kong we decided to stay in a club room at the MO. This was my first time staying at the property and my first time staying at any mandarin oriental. I was very impressed. Our room was nice but nothing too special; however, the club lounge was phenomenal. The afternoon tea (Picture) was incredible and we also really enjoyed the Champagne and snacks in the evening. I sincerely recommend upgrading to a club room. The Club lounge was a real highlight of this hotel.

It's my 2nd time to stay in this hotel because I was satisfied during my first stay but this time I'm very disappointed because they already pulled out all there towels as they have an advocacy for the environment. They only now provide disposable towels which is so thin and very inconvenient if you have long hair and no toothbrush and toothpaste. And when you check out and you have to temporary leave your luggage coz ur flight is in the afternoon or in the evening they will charge you per hour. That's how they accommodate thr guest after. Disappointing. I'm not staying here again. I will stay back in charter house causeway bay.
