"The service at the establishment was exceptional. They provide towels and blankets for your comfort, which is a nice touch. The security guards are very accommodating and attentive to guests' needs. Although the lobby has limited space, it is still functional and serves its purpose well. Cleanliness can vary depending on the room, but in my case, my room was generally clean, with the exception of a few cockroaches I noticed. While this was somewhat off-putting, it did not significantly affect my overall experience. Upon check-in, you will receive a keycard along with a key for the spacious drawers, which is quite convenient for storing your belongings. It's worth noting that there is no internet connection available, but the mobile signal in the area is decent, allowing for basic connectivity. The shower room is separate from the comfort room, which some guests may find preferable for privacy. The air conditioning unit is a bit loud, but it is bearable; I found that wearing earphones while I sleep helped to mitigate the noise. Lastly, the location is perfect, situated within the Makati Central Business District, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers."

"It's a great hostel in a good area compared to some other hostels with the same price as z hostel. Got it recommended by a friend and was definitely worth it."

"I got the top bed and the AC was on the lower part of the wall near the floor. The designer should have considered the fact that hot air rises and cold air sinks so it was very hot and uncomfortable lying down and trying to sleep on the upper bed bunk. Even if i opened the curtain, i still didnt feel the cold air coming from the AC. If i may also suggest, please sell bottled water if you cannot provide free water because for people like me who came straight from the airport and arrived at 3am at the hotel, i couldnt get out and walk for like 5mins to buy water from a convenience store. It would have been nice if you sell drinking water on site."

"The staff is really nice, helpful, and friendly. They try the best to interact with all the people as my observation and try to remember our name as well. The location is good for me as it is under visitors gather point and walk out u can see many visitors as u also easy to find a foods especially to who not really cannot accept local road foods. They also offer free walking tours around the area and explain to u. Opps not to forget the free welcoming drinks. Probably, if they can indicate the name of drinks, it will be much helpful as I do not know, and too hard for me to remember when staff told me during place order. The room i booked is dorm for 4. They do offer me a free lock to lock the locker rather than I need to buy the new one. Highly appreciated. But I found the locker is dirty with maybe detergent , i am not sure, but my bag all has been full with the unknown dirty and I need to use my own one time deal tower to clean it . Really sad. Probably, future staff need to check the locker condition besides the bed. Overall, if u are looking for party night and knowing more new friends, it is good options, but if you prefer a quiet environment, u may need to reconsider."

"The staffs were very accommodating. The place is accessible to markets and malls. There are only 3 issues. First is wifi in the room is not good but there’s a good connection in the common area which is a good place for working along with other people. Second is the ladder for upper bunk bed. I think it’s not safe as the ladder is just a steel bar which is difficult to step and might easily get slipped. Third is no table and chairs inside the unit. And i think the plug beside the bed is not safe if someone forgot to unplug while asleep. But overall it was a good stay, i was able to work well in the common area and had a good time."
