"房間：我們定的是私湯套房，房間面積大，有露天的私湯池子，室內還有大浴缸，整體是暖色調，蠻出片的，衞生程度也可以，私湯池裡麪是那種有一個台階的，整體不是很深，池子雖然衞生程度可以，不過底部瓷磚看着也有點舊了。房間還有個大陽台，晚上不是很吵，被子也蓋着蠻舒服的，不是那種很悶的（有的酒店被子蓋了特別不透氣）。另外我備註了是給老公過生日，所以酒店在房間裏簡單佈置了一下公共湯池：整個流程（換衣服、泡、洗）都還不錯，池子數量不是很多，特色的湯池是三四個吧，好在這個週末人不是很多，所以整體舒適度可以的下午茶：定套房送的，整體還可以吧，無功無過早餐：整體口味可以的，不過還有提升空間，有些菜品數量、種類可以再豐富一點酒店附近：人少、安靜，點外賣很方便"

"週末突然想去湯山泡温泉，搜尋得知湯山的温泉一號温泉最理想，就搜到了離一號温泉最近的温泉一品酒店，地圖上看這個酒店離一號温泉最近，果斷定下來，週五下午就到了，前台小姐姐熱情接待，因為剛過大年十五，過了春節的鼎盛時期，小姐姐還給升到了最好的房型，感謝你。到酒店後出來看果然就在一號温泉隔壁，但這裏也是真温泉，而且有不同種類的十來個池子，沒必要再去一號温泉，就在本酒店泡温泉，本酒店的温泉票88、一號温泉128，雖然很近但還要走過去，就買了88本温泉的票，當然小姐姐也介紹説房間內的池子也是温泉水，而且都是有檢驗標識的，很高級啊。酒店外面就是遠近聞名的金烏温泉公園，定時免費的温泉池子，附近的居民都來免費泡腳，真是個寶地，過一段時間再來。感謝小姐姐的熱情接待和周到服務，點了外賣還有機器人送餐到房間，噢，還有，早餐也很豐盛👍"

"This post i will review the room and will post moments about our experience separately. We are happy with the child friendly room. The edges were covered with foam to avoid child head injury. The hotel is so thoughtful in providing children size bath robes, and children dental kit. This is the first hotel that i’ve visited that has this facility. Fresh fruit are given everyday as well. Breakfast serves variety of Chinese cuisine. Areas to improve: more variety of dishes to choose during dinner service at Ziqing Restaurant"

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Racha Mankha, and I can’t recommend it enough! This hotel is a hidden gem, offering a secluded and quiet retreat that truly embodies peace and relaxation. The ambiance is simply delightful, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. One of the highlights of my stay was the food. I can confidently say that the Thai cuisine here is some of the best I’ve ever had in Nanjing! Each dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. Additionally, I indulged in their Thai massage services, and it was an absolute must-try! The skilled therapists provided a rejuvenating experience that left me feeling refreshed and relaxed. While the area may not have as many tourist attractions as other parts of Nanjing, the tranquility and quality of service at Racha Mankha more than make up for it. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway with fantastic food and pampering, this is the place to be!

This was one of our greatest experiences in China. They offered to upgrade our room for free but our daughter wanted the room with toys and a tent. The indoor private hot spring is brilliant. Realizing we don’t eat a lot of the food they offer for breakfast they offered to make us a western style breakfast the next morning. The location is really close to Nanjing Wildlife Park, which has a car route as well as pedestrian route and will keep you busy for more or less half a day. When you visit be sure to go Haomen Barbecue about 2km from here. We wish we could stay longer!

It's an amazing place! I would definetly recommend everybody to come and experience the amazing service they provide. The staff were extremely helpful, polite and they were predicting all our wishes and fullfilling all our requests. The territory of the hotel is big and beautiful. You can enjoy walking around, watching different birds, animals and fascinating scenery. The place provides Chinese style breakfast and it's very delicious. I stayed there with my 2 friends and all three if us sgreed, that it was the best service we've ever got in China for the last 6 years. Their hot springs are also quite nice. For sure planning to go there again.

Beautiful property surrounded by attractions for families and kids. We traveled as a big family and booked three rooms. My husband loved it so much that we extended our stay for one night. Pros: -New and luxurious facilities. -Top service. Everyone seemed loved their job and good at what they were doing. The front desk, Ms Ivy Chu particularly, coordinated our stay with a great manner of professionalism. The fellow who cleaned our room noticed my daughter crying over a lollipop and comforted her by offering some snacks. I greatly appreciated the hospitality. - SPA is top notch and a must try. Cons: - Depends on your taste. The place is away from the city center and was really quiet at night. I almost felt a bit scary, but my husband loved it. - Not many choices of restaurants within and nearby the property. The restaurants were unreasonably expensive. However, the breakfast buffet was a highlight, huge selection of food and all delicious.

酒店相對避世酒店面積沒有想象的大與其説度假酒店不如説泡湯酒店不過房間面積很大好評設施維護總體到位這麼多年還好評很多有目共睹泡湯愛好者優選度假屬性略低不想吃酒店周圍還是有不少外賣的早餐很不錯不多見的點餐制比裸心堡的態度更認真點不過選擇有限麪包愛好者會覺得缺點什麼麪點全季水平建議直接取消包子類的服務人員總體熱情入住時有點基礎失誤年輕人理解老年人可能就比較犯嘀咕後續還算比較到位攜程套餐的下午茶可以精緻點或者取消吧房價降一部分總體對於一晚3000的價格來説目前的體驗能有一些成本控制的因素還是值得體驗的

整體非常滿意。先説説看入住，我是提前一天定的，入住當天早上的10點發送了進園車輛需要的二維碼（4號門進園很絲滑。）入住過程中給我升了房，據説是房子的面積會更大一些，而且有浴缸，我最喜歡的是有兩個可以刷牙洗臉的水池，因為我們帶了一個7歲將近8歲，身高1米25的孩子，所以也送了一套小朋友的牙具，拖鞋以及浴袍進房間。整個設施沒得説，我非常喜歡他們這種具有一點主題的設計。我們的套餐是包含早餐的（小朋友1米25，補了60塊錢早餐費用），早餐也是中規中矩，還不錯。選這個酒店主要是因為它的泳池很吸引我，關鍵是游完泳的旁邊就是兩個温泉池。對於我來説不用給孩子游泳換一件衣服，温泉再換一件衣服來説這個至關重要。另外游泳下來的話，這個泳池很適合小朋友來玩，有兩個0.6m的小童水池。連通一個1m4~1m5的漸變泳池。泳池的頂上和泳池的池底設計我都很喜歡，頂上是bling bling的星空，池底的瓷磚實在太好看了，孩子學游泳的過程中，我就一直在泡水，盯着瓷磚看。我這個房間有陽台，陽台上有專門晾衣服的可移動架子，所以非常友好，我把它搬進房間了，因為晚上冬天開了空調，比較乾燥，三個人的泳衣在前一天晚上游泳，第二天早上8點鐘就全部乾透了。房間裏還有咖啡機，附送了兩個膠囊。小冰箱裏的飲品是可以免費使用的。晚上游完泳太累了，就點了一個餐進房間，服務也非常好，海鮮炒飯味道不錯。白天去抱抱樂園玩了一個小時（出示房卡就可以），然後就去了陽山碑材這個景點我還是蠻喜歡的，他的互動做的很多，個人覺得下午1點鐘~2點鐘去的話，活動還是非常多樣的。以後會再來的。

I was surprised at how big, spacious, and well-designed our room was. I love that the bath and toilets were separate and the toilet has a smart function. Furthermore, they were also arranged separately from the hot springs tub in the room. The pool itself was big enough for the two of us, which wasn't evident in the hotel photos when I booked. The buttons for the hot and cold water were timed, which means that I can leave them running while I prepare to soak. There's a huge waterproof sofa next to the tub, which makes for a convenient place for putting things like food, towels, bath robes or phones. The only thing they missed was offering free tea to guests. I forgot to pack one so we went out to buy some. Outside, though, was empty and quiet, but the hotel was just 500 m away from the metro, so we went. The Chinese breakfast was abundant and the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly we hardly we hardly can speak good Chinese. We want to come back here again.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Collection Resort and had an exceptional experience. The staff were incredibly polite and provided excellent service. My room was terrific—very clean and well-sanitized. The complimentary bus service was reliable and convenient, with friendly drivers who made the experience even better. The food was also a highlight of my stay. The breakfast selection was perfect, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The Chinese cuisine served at the resort was equally impressive, showcasing authentic flavors and expertly prepared dishes. One highlight of my stay was the hotel’s professional photographer, who took stunning photos with a unique Chinese theme. The location of the resort is perfect, offering numerous picturesque spots for photography. Overall, I highly recommend the Radisson Collection Resort for its outstanding hospitality, excellent dining, and beautiful setting.

There are 2 Hotspring with temp around 41°C. The big one was functional . really enjoyable plus clean. Kids customised room located quite far from hotel lobby,but very clean and very nice . Bar fridge was empty . Swimming pool /sauna great. Limited western dish /vegetarian option available for the breakfast buffet . Dinner no western dish or vegetarian option available. Staff professional/ very nice /helpful . Autograph hotel (marriot ) located within walking distance from westin ,a big thank you to the staff for referring us.

We loved our stay at this IHG property. The staff were attentive and professional. They explained to us when checking in how to use the Hotspring in our room and where to find some of the different facilities. The room was clean the bed comfortable. We enjoyed breakfast the next morning, the restaurant had many Western and Asian choices including sausages, bacon etc. There were also noodles and even chinese rice packets to celebrate the Chinese festival at the time. We used the hotspring in our room in the afternoon of checking in and it was fantastic. It filled in around 30 minutes and was large enough for 4 people. We tried to use it again the following morning before checking out. However, there was no hot water. The front desk explained that the hot water was switched on at 8am, however, by 11am there was still no hot water. This was very disappointing. Overall, we had an excellent stay and would consider returning to this Voco property.
