Otel genel olarak iyi ve güzel dekore edilmiş. Eksileri: İlk geldiğimde temizlik seviyesi iyiydi AMA yerde biraz saç buldum. Duş her kullandığımda yere su sızdırıyordu ve tıkanıyordu. Son gün klima bozuldu ve tamir edilmesini istedim. WeChat'te kimse bana cevap bile vermedi. "The hotel is located very close to Nanjing South railway station and metro, roughly 5 min. walk, very easy to find. The bed was very comfortable, free snacks, great amenities and the staff was really great. Bought breakfast the next day, I wish there was a better selection for the western buffet, the chinese one was okay. There was one thing I didn't like, for some reason on my second night, there was a very light cigarette odour on going, not sure where it came from as I checked everywhere in the room and even shutdown the central heating in case it came from there. It took me awhile to fall asleep as I'm very sensitive towards cigarette smells. Other than that, everything was great."

"I stayed at this hotel over a weekend, and it was completely sold out (fully booked). Having lived in Nanjing previously, I know this hotel is quite famous, but I honestly cannot understand the five-star rating. The room wasn't dirty, but it was incredibly poorly maintained. The lobby is gorgeous, and the first-floor restrooms gave me the impression that the whole place would be pure luxury, but the room itself was, at best, a three-star experience. The issues were clear: The wallpaper was peeling, the furniture was scuffed and worn, the ceiling was very dirty, and the sink was separating from the counter. The hotel needs a massive, urgent renovation to truly justify calling itself a five-star establishment! The location is excellent, and I have no complaints about the cleanliness. The front desk staff was very cordial and polite. However, I sent a message via the Ctrip app before my stay, and it was never answered. Upon arrival, we were offered an upgrade to a ”lake view” on the 23rd floor. Frankly, it was nothing special. The windows were not exactly clean on the outside, and the view didn't impress me. I appreciate the hotel for the upgrade, but much more improvement is needed. Hotel prices in Nanjing are quite high, especially the weekend I stayed due to the marathon. However, paying 355 yuan for a ok hotel was not worth it; I should have spent a little more for a place with newer facilities and better aesthetics. I've stayed in many hotels across China, and I can guarantee this one is nowhere near a true five-star rating. I thank the kind staff for their service, but the management needs to address the urgent maintenance issues. P.S. Oh, and for those who don't speak Chinese, watch out for those master switches! (Last pic) I pressed one before bed and all the lights went off, and I thought, ”Wow, that's handy! One switch to turn off everything in the room, I like it.” Turns out, that switch didn't just turn off the lights—it cut all power to the room. So, our phones were completely dead when we woke up in the morning! 🤡"

"Hello, The hotel is excellent. The breakfast is high quality and will satisfy all tastes, including those of Westerners. If you are coming for the pool, however, be aware that it is about 25 m long and very shallow, between 90 cm and 120 cm deep. It is likely that it will not satisfy regulars. The gym is problematic, as it is located next to the pool. The designer must have focused on aesthetics and forgotten about physics. Due to humidity, rust has caused significant damage, and many of the machines are badly damaged. The excessive rust poses safety and health issues that need to be addressed."

"Overall, our stay was nice. The hotel is clean, every noon they’re changing and cleaning staff in the room. Soundproof of the hotel may be not that good, but for me it was okay. The hotel is in 5 minutes reach to the subway. The location is pretty good, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. The minuses for me were: no toilet brush, bedside table on only one side. And although it is indicated that the room is designed for 2 people, there was only 1 chair at the table. There is also no phone to contact the reception. And there is no closet also, so it’s not convenient to store things."

I have my laptop and mouse on table, second day there is a mousepad placed! On table. I just desperately love this service detail. The breakfast has been known as the best breakfast buffet in nanjing for decades . We stayed in Asian pacific tower. The new building. The location is literally closed to everything. Comparing the price, the convenience, the breakfast, and the outstanding service, jinling hotel will be definitely my choice of stay whenever I travel to Nanjing."

"Small family run hotel close to the old city wall museum. Rooms have view to a Canal and the glas pagoda. People are very helpful and friendly. Although rooms are well equipped all looks a bit cheap. As there is no elevator staff was carrying our luggage upstairs."

"Great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. I booked 2 nights stay 10 days apart and they kept my luggage while I was not there. Location is great, just five minutes from the subway and train station. The room is not big but has all the things you need, even a wardrobe to hang your clothes and store your luggage. Both room and bathroom are very clean. The breakfast has a lot of options and the food is tasty. The hotel also has a laundry room with 2 washing machines/dryers and they provide soap to wash your clothes. I ordered a coffee on my phone and I had it delivered to my door with a robot! Great hotel, I totally recommend."
