Convenient location near Sharjah airport, unfortunately not really walkable due to lack of pedestrian space and fencing around the property. Helpful, competent, and very friendly staff. Rooms clean and well appointed. Bed mattress too hard and uncomfortable for me, air conditioning on the noisy side. A little bit pricey for what it is, but great convenience for an early or late flight.

Overall, the Sheraton Sharjah Hotel is in a nice location, The hotel staff seemed unmotivated and unwilling to assist customers. The receptionist was notably avoiding guests during check-in, and staff repeatedly asked for positive reviews, which felt unprofessional. It seems the only thing they are motivated about is having their names mentioned in good reviews.

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

Onun profesyonelliği sayesinde her zaman bu otelde kalıyorum. Kahvaltı deneyimi ise şimdiye kadarki en iyisiydi; çok çeşitli yiyecekler ve personelin ve restoranın, özellikle Roma, Ranjana ve Javed'in, mükemmel hizmeti ve misafirperverliğiyle harika bir deneyimdi.

Bad experience with checking in after sharing booking number on phone which took time & was showing concern for privacy on it but Mr. Rude shocked me with bad behavior saying I will not take the phone i was wondering why it took time even though name booking enough instead of asure concerns Mr. Rude instantly showing disrespect to customer & asked for other assist however Mr. Rude was definitely keeping acting with no manners I WAS EXTREMELY TIRED from international travel other wise definitely I will cancel booking thanks to him was first experience in such hotel name and definitely the last.

Stayed in this hotel for 10 days .Had a wonderful experience with this hotel . Staff in this hotel is very friendly . As this is hotel the facilities and ambiance was really good .

Bu otelde ilk konaklamam değildi ve mükemmel konumu, yemekleri ve hizmeti takdir etmeye devam ediyorum. Günlük temizlik odamı çok temiz tuttu. Tek küçük sorun, odanın penceresinin komşu binaya bakması nedeniyle biraz loş olmasıydı. Belki de odanın içindeki daha parlak ışık ambiyansı daha da güzelleştirebilir. Genel olarak bu oteli tavsiye ederim.

Sharjah International is the hotel for the airport of the same name. It costs about 35 AED to get there by airport taxi (45 AED in a limo) and 25 AED to get back by Uber. It is a tired tatty hotel that hasn't had nearly enough recent investment, but the staff are friendly and the rooms functional and pleasant. There is certainly no view or pleasant public space. Overall, if this is for one night before or after a flight, I would strongly recommend it, for its functionality, but for a leisure trip it is definitely not the right choice. Therre is also nowehere to walk from here.
