"Great stay! The hostel is very clean and tidied. The kitchenette was usually very quiet. Beds are comfortable and well equipped.  You get a complimentary towel, that can be changed every 3 days.  Decoration style is quite unique as well. The hostel does not seem very social and it’s more a sleeping place. The Bad: Very noisy at night. You can hear the nearby karaokes and parties until late.  I would recommend it!"

"This was one of the best experiences we have had in Australia. We finally found a resort that values its customers and provides what you expect from a five star luxury hotel. "I have a good experience with Jensen hotel at the beginning but now the service is getting better and I can see so many tourists or traveler love to stay or increase the revenue per available room revenue might be increase , the cleanliness start to improve but I just worry safety for luggage storage cause i know is a short shift so u never know who is a guest or who is not as sometime something might missing when u off duty. I would recommend you to have a storage room however lease under the staircase is not so good cause u don’t know what is belonging inside the bag and people walk up and down but I believe in superstitious cause is not so good when u have a book or bible or something important and it could be fade. This is the recommendation and the room are great so I believe u don’t need to change anything like the working station but u can find from the big bro hotel causes this is what u pay and this is what u get and u should happy for the rate but just concern some where safe to store a luggage.  Beau,kris, Kristy,  Wrote at 6.57 am at challis hotel.  Pls do not copy and paste or submit and said is my work but use your brain and separate or know how to write the essay writing format or even the report . Stop copy me as I elaborate and apply in a dot point"

"The hotel location is extremely strategic! It is just within 5-10 mins walk to China town, Pitt Street Market, QVB and about 2-25 mins walk to Opera House. Tram stations are also just within few minutes walking ranges. Super convenient! We didn't book for the breakfast, as the surrounding has many cafes/shops with variety cuisine of breakfast. Although the hotel is a bit old, the overall cleanliness of the room is satisfying. One thing that we feel not that good is the space of the room is limited, the mattresses are less comfortable and the pillows are too soft for us."

"Fantastic experience! The staff were friendly and helpful and present. The room was clean and tidy and smelled nice. We stayed out late but when we returned there was someone still behind the front desk. The establishment is well maintained and modern. The linen and towels are fresh and clean. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The TV and ac works. The private bathroom was clean and presentable. I will definitely stay there again."

"Having had the opportunity of staying at a few other four seasons around the world and the sydney branch felt abit lacking. Service was straightforward at best. Shower screen had gaps where water leaked to the floor during a shower but was informed it always has been."

"Hotel Hacienda Redfern is perfect for an action-packed city break if you won’t be spending much time in your room. Although the room is quite small, it’s clean and comfortable, and the soundproofing does a decent job. "I booked a room for four nights using a stay voucher. The room was spacious and clean, and the photos shown on the website were accurate and true. We were pleasantly surprised by the full set of kitchen utensils, along with a microwave and even a dishwasher provided in the room. We had a very comfortable stay with daily housekeeping throughout the stay. The location is strategic, as it is just a five-minute walk from Green Square Station, which is only a short train ride from both the airport and the CBD. A really good deal for the price I paid."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the team members were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful from the moment we arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our visit truly relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommended!"

"The stay was great. They let us check in early. It was far enough out of the city to be quiet but close enough that it was a walkable distance into the city. The only negative experience was that the people staying next to us were extremely loud, yelling and stomping into the night and I found it difficult to sleep but that is not the hotels fault."

Wow, what can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing from the service from the Geo with a warm welcome and our luggage taken away from us at the door to the personalised service that we received at check-in. Walking in the rooms are simply amazing being so elegantly furnished and so clean and spacious. The bathroom had all the amenities you could even imagine and you could easily get stuff and order through the iPad. Their indoor pool and Jim is simply amazing and includes a spa with massage function and there’s also a specialty shower room and sauna room. The breakfast buffet was also a very high standard and you can order à la carte items which were very delicious. There was also a lounge room which is similar to an executive lounge open to all hotel gas and (Office) complimentary tea and alcohol drinks too. I’m definitely return to stay at this hotel and it is absolutely amazing. Thank you very much, Capella Sydney.

Çok rahat bir konaklama. Daha önce burada kalmıştım ve tekrar geldim. Aslında başka bir hostelde kalıyordum ama eski ve kirliydi, bu yüzden hemen üstümü değiştirip burada kaldım. Temiz, personel kibar ve nazik. Çamaşır odası kapısını açamadığımda hemen yardımcı oldular, bu da çok yardımcı oldu. Ayrıca resepsiyonda kiralık saç kurutma makineleri de var. Sydney'e tekrar geldiğimde kesinlikle onları kullanacağım.

İyi turistik yerlere yürüme mesafesinde harika bir konum. Oda temizdi ve duşlar ve tuvaletler hayal ettiğimden daha iyiydi! Paylaşmayı sevmem ama hiç de fena değildi. Henüz giriş yapamadığımda ve çıkış yaptıktan sonra bagajımı orada bırakabildim. Resepsiyon alanı hoş ve misafirperverdi. Havluların sağlanması veya en azından iade edildiğinde tam tutarının geri verilmesi güzel olurdu. Bunlar için ödeme yapmak ve geri vermek zorunda kalmak biraz garip görünüyor, bilseydim kendiminkini götürürdüm. Sydney'de ziyaret etmek istediğim çok fazla yer olduğu için aşağıdaki kafede yemek yemeye vaktim olmadı ama güzel görünüyordu! People there are nice! The lift at the main entrance is not obvious we have to carry our luggage up the steps. Hotel should indicate clearly so that customers can make good use of the lift instead of carrying heavy luggage through stairs

Disappointing Stay for a Special Occasion – Expected More from a 5-Star Hotel Stayed 4 nights with my daughter for her surprise birthday staycation. Upgraded to a Harbour Bridge View room on Level 23 ($715/night), but the view was mostly of a vacant construction site – very underwhelming for the price. Noisy interconnecting room and loud sports cars between 12–2am made it hard to sleep. Breakfast ($65pp) was below expectations – dried sausages and barely cooked bacon, though staff were lovely. Room service on our last night took nearly an hour – ordered at 7:38pm, food arrived at 8:30pm. As a solo mum, this was a trip we had saved up for a long time and wanted it to be truly special, but we were left feeling disappointed. Expected more from a 5-star hotel. The positive highlights of our stay was the lovely big bath and high-quality shower amenities, which added a touch of luxury. Fantastic location and beautiful walk along the waterfront!! For the price we paid, the view fell far short of what you'd expect from a luxury hotel. In hindsight, the lower rate Deluxe King Room overlooking the water would have been a much better choice!  -

Excellent location right in the city. The staff were fantastic. When I left behind a very expensive tea pot they did not hesitate to store it for it me, when I decided to have it posted to my address, they organized everything! It arrived safely and was pacakged professionally in a way that meant it was never going to be broken.

Excellent location - extremely convenient. Quick and easy to get everywhere thanks to proximity to the light rail, along with being walking distance from darling harbour. Unfortunately the hotel messed up our booking and there was no family room available upon our arrival but we were upgraded to a suite which was great. A shame we had to wait until 3pm to check in which is rather late in comparison to most hotels. The room itself was clean and tidy though I would say not really ‘4 star’. Overall it was a solid stay for our family of three but I would suggest the hotel is being a little cheeky with their ‘suggestion’ that room cleaning only happens every 4 days- I want my rubbish cleaned out every day thankyou!

We had a brilliant experience at the Langham for our wedding anniversary! I forgot how much I like the Langham brand. From the pink ribbon around the toilet paper to the sleep ammenities (we asked for the sleep pillow mist and the room diffuser) to the suggested third eye massage technique and the chamomile tea before bedtime, we felt totally pampered and taken care of. Reservation was made for our celebratory dinner with fine steak dinner over the fantastic view of the Opera House. In room breakfast was delivered on time and the quantity copious. The Spanish bell boy was helpful and friendly. We were also upgraded to a harbour view room to our delight. Location was convenient to walk either to Barangaroo or the Rocks, for ferry ride or metro. Very pleased to have chosen The Langham, it was absolutely the right decision for us!
