It was my second time staying there. The taxi people didn’t want to take me so I ended up walking there from the station. It will take you 40 minutes to walk but it is downhill. Obviously it is better to take a taxi . But if you walk, exit the station and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. Ignore the first turning and carry on to the next one. Turn left and walk to the end and turn left again. There is a row of five big building and the hotel is the last one. Very visible. The rooms are very nice with charging points next to the bed. Shower and toilet are excellent. The mattresses are VERY comfortable here. Room equipped with everything for showering, hair and teeth. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of foods. This time they gave me a Japanese themed room. I am 65 and not supple. So not practical for going to the loo. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleeping close to the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent

This is the nicest boutique hotel I have stayed in China. The staff are very friendly and hospitable, serves me tea the moment I step into hotel. Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. The location was also ideal—close enough to local attractions and amenities, yet secluded enough to offer peace and quiet. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. It’s more than just a place to stay—it's a destination where comfort, beauty, and warm service come together to create unforgettable memories. The 6-hour journey from Shanghai to Xiapu was truly worth it, thanks to the beautiful sunset views — both from inside and outside the room. Special thanks to the accommodation staff for the complimentary room upgrade (I originally booked a mountain-view room and was upgraded to a sea-view room). My mother and I were extremely happy and impressed by the excellent and friendly service. The staff even helped carry my suitcase all the way to our room and explained in great detail how to use the lights and the heater. I highly recommend this accommodation for your trip to Xiapu The accommodation is very affordable and includes breakfast for two. We also received complimentary fruits (bananas, oranges, cherry tomatoes) and cookies. This is by far the best value-for-money accommodation I have ever stayed at. When I checked out very early in the morning, one of the kitchen staff kindly prepared and brought me breakfast. I was incredibly happy because I hadn’t eaten yet that morning and was very hungry, as all the food and drinks I had packed in my suitcase were already gone. Thank you so much to all the staff for your kindness. I will never forget it.

性價比非常高的民宿！ 1️⃣地理位置： 距離霞浦高鐵站25分鐘左右的車程，網約車很方便，車費70-80元左右。 到東壁大約6-7公里，民宿可以借電頻車，開過去15-20分鐘，吹着海風欣賞沿路風景，停車也很方便，比汽車靈活自由。 去南線玩建議讓民宿老闆娘幫忙聯繫包車，路程單程就要1小時，包車費比滴滴還便宜一些，司機師傅也很好，安排行程，很有耐心，推薦 從民宿走到趕海的海灘也就10多分鐘路程，不想走路也可以開電瓶車過去，趕海工具老闆娘也會提供，根據潮汐老闆娘會告訴適合趕海的時間，真的可以挖到很大的蛤蜊 2️⃣民宿設施 相比東壁和南線的下尾角那塊，小皓海灘商業味沒有那麼濃，民宿老闆本地人居多，更熱情好客而且淳樸，房間視野極好，智能馬桶，也比較乾淨，還有洗衣機和烘乾設備，老闆娘還會幫忙烘乾衣服。我們住3樓套房，有電梯上樓，3房一廳，還有麻將機，下雨不適合出門的時候也有娛樂項目，開心！ 3️⃣周邊美食 民宿附近吃的推薦3公裡外的隴頭村海鮮酒樓或者三沙灣農家海鮮館，電頻車過去很方便，近一點的小皓霖海軒海鮮館也不錯，還可以電話訂餐送貨上門，這幾家都是價格非常實惠的，口味也好

I have stayed at this hotel when I visited Fu’an for the past three trips. The excellent service provided their staff are friendly and welcoming. I would like to compliment the following staff Bella, Cara, Susan and Betty for their excellent service delivery and attentiveness to customer during my recent visit in June. They helped me start my day with a hearty breakfast and warm greetings.

房间宽敞明亮，有冷暖空調， 卫生：干淨沒异味，最欣賞除了有沐浴露及冼发水外还有护发素提供，因為很多是不会有护发的，纸巾也提供的大方，在房間厕所都一大包，不像其他地方只-小卷， 服务：老板娘服务热情周到，发了很多游玩攻略及附近美食推荐。还包丰富的早餐，有稀饭，海鮮面，海带丝及油条等。值得推荐👍在住宿出门口右边有家三沙湾海鲜餐廳，味道不錯，价格也公道。

Good location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor. We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in. The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer. The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!

標題： 服務細緻入微，衞生乾淨整潔，地理位置優越 一家人去古田旅遊，選擇了這家酒店。從打電話詢問停車場位置的溝通過程，就可以聽出前台的服務禮節以及專業性，非常有禮貌回答利索，第一印象滿分。 位置： 沒得説，算是城東商圈核心，下樓就是吃的，左側有當地特色美食青草湯，右側有糖巢，拐個彎就到中天購物中心，兩邊街道都有吃的，非常方便。 房間： 我下單標準雙床房，酒店給升級豪華雙床房，空間寬敞，燈光很柔和不刺眼，裝修也不錯。 服務： 必須重點表揚！前台有個帥哥知道我們帶孩子，主動詢問是否需要小童拖鞋和牙刷，並推薦了當地美食及旅遊地區。併發了一份他們當地的服務指南給我，裏面吃的玩的介紹很多，真是太方便了。 總結： 從硬件到軟件都體現了酒店管理的專業和用心。雖然春節期間價格略高於平常，但絕對物有所值。已經推薦給親戚朋友，下次來一定再次入住！

Hotel location is ok, cleanliness of the room is good, every day the towel is changed and bathroom clean up. An point to note: the smoking room and NON-smoking room must clearly marked. It was unpleasant for a non-smoker to rest in a smoker room. The hotel cafe has been closed since Aug 2024.
