"Well located. Looks fancy. Dated interiors for the room and not so clean. Very expensive mini bar and instant food offered in the room. Service was cold, as the hotel front desk receptionist did not smile not greet at all. All the staff also seem to ignore me and looked indifferent. Well located beside Wanda Plaza though. If there are better choices, give this a miss."

"I will only give this hotel a low 3 star hotel because only one small cafe on the second floor for breakfast. Reception service is bad because not even loose money changing service is available until customer demand to see the manager for explanation then they will start to arrange some loose change for you. Housekeeping is ok. If you ask whether I will stay again, maybe not I will look for other hotel next time in Ningde."

"住在這家酒店有空一定要去爬爬南漈山，步行2㎞就可到達，景色不錯還免票，我去時候龍湫禪寺的銀杏葉還剩一抹金黃，非常美！
優點：酒店位置很好找，有免費的地下停車場，對於自駕的朋友很友好。房間乾淨整潔，衞生做的不錯，沒有任何異味。衞生間乾濕分離，洗完澡出來不會弄得濕噠噠的。早餐做的可以，符合大眾口味，不會偏甜，北方人也吃得慣。
缺點：1、沒有掛衣服的地方，脱下來衣褲衹能搭在椅子上；2、吹風機太破舊，將就着用也還可以，但是影響心情；3、房間隔音非常差，遇到沒素質的客人就會一直吵到半夜才能睡。"

Manager Xiao Luan upgraded me to the sixth floor from fourth floor of hotel which offers a much better view of the sea beneath without added charge. Also explains very carefully how the gadgets in the ultra modern room works. Can watch TV and movies on screen operated remotely. Same with curtains which can be drawn by remote. Big plus is that toilet seat is heated. Room is also warmed by air conditioning which is a bonus, since the day I checked in is quite cold. From the room window, can get panoramic view of the sea beneath. Makes tea drinking by the window a pleasure. Breakfast is delicious and there is free flow of porridge and noodle soup which is cooked with oysters and other seafood. Also plus is that there is lift landing at every level, so no need to climb stairs to reach room. At the roof on the Ninth floor, can take beautiful pics of the bay below.

The best photographic spots are only a short walk away, and the hosts directed us to the best spots for the light and shadows photography of the sea-weeds and oyster farms. The room is spacious, and elegantly designed. And the roof deck provides a relaxing spot to watch the sunset and enjoy a cup of tea! The hosts are simply fantastic people! They are super friendly and helpful, even went out of the way to pick us up when we went to a wrong trail instead of simply giving directions over the phone! When they found out that we didn't really enjoy the local food, they offered to cook for us with a very minimal service fee added to the ingredient costs. Their food made us feel so much at home, and was so delicious! We would return for another stay if we visit Xiapu again!

I personally stayed in the ocean-view room, and waking up to the sound of the waves and the breathtaking sunrise was an experience I will never forget.
The attention to detail in each room was impressive. Every space was equipped with central air conditioning, a soft-lit vanity mirror ideal for getting ready in comfort, and high-quality branded mattresses that offered the ultimate sleeping experience. It was clear that the management had put great thought into ensuring guests' maximum comfort and relaxation.
One of the standout features for me was the tea house. Being able to sip on freshly brewed tea while looking out over the sea was a simple yet luxurious pleasure. Whether it was watching the sun dip below the horizon in the evening or enjoying a peaceful morning with the golden sunrise, the views were always stunning. This property truly offers a unique opportunity to connect with nature and unwind in style.
Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, this hotel makes no compromises when it comes to hospitality. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestion. MMisafir KullanıcıIt was my second time staying there. The taxi people didn’t want to take me so I ended up walking there from the station. It will take you 40 minutes to walk but it is downhill. Obviously it is better to take a taxi . But if you walk, exit the station and follow the road down to the bottom of the hill. Ignore the first turning and carry on to the next one. Turn left and walk to the end and turn left again. There is a row of five big building and the hotel is the last one. Very visible. The rooms are very nice with charging points next to the bed. Shower and toilet are excellent. The mattresses are VERY comfortable here. Room equipped with everything for showering, hair and teeth. Buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of foods. This time they gave me a Japanese themed room. I am 65 and not supple. So not practical for going to the loo. It is not the hotels fault so make sure you ask for a normal bed height if you are not used to sleeping close to the floor. The hotel is far from Fu’an itself, but a great place to stay if taking the train. As hotels go? Excellent

距離霞浦高鐵站25分鐘左右的車程，網約車很方便，車費70-80元左右。
到東壁大約6-7公里，民宿可以借電頻車，開過去15-20分鐘，吹着海風欣賞沿路風景，停車也很方便，比汽車靈活自由。
去南線玩建議讓民宿老闆娘幫忙聯繫包車，路程單程就要1小時，包車費比滴滴還便宜一些，司機師傅也很好，安排行程，很有耐心，推薦
從民宿走到趕海的海灘也就10多分鐘路程，不想走路也可以開電瓶車過去，趕海工具老闆娘也會提供，根據潮汐老闆娘會告訴適合趕海的時間，真的可以挖到很大的蛤蜊
2️⃣民宿設施
相比東壁和南線的下尾角那塊，小皓海灘商業味沒有那麼濃，民宿老闆本地人居多，更熱情好客而且淳樸，房間視野極好，智能馬桶，也比較乾淨，還有洗衣機和烘乾設備，老闆娘還會幫忙烘乾衣服。我們住3樓套房，有電梯上樓，3房一廳，還有麻將機，下雨不適合出門的時候也有娛樂項目，開心！
3️⃣周邊美食
民宿附近吃的推薦3公裡外的隴頭村海鮮酒樓或者三沙灣農家海鮮館，電頻車過去很方便，近一點的小皓霖海軒海鮮館也不錯，還可以電話訂餐送貨上門，這幾家都是價格非常實惠的，口味也好

MMisafir KullanıcıGood location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor.
We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in.
The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer.
The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!

GGavin Travis-The location is accessible, it's just behind Walmart and a few blocks away from Wanda Plaza. Ningde has shared e-bikes you can scan, so it's convenient to go around the area.
-The property is about 15 minutes to and from the railway station, longer if you take the bus.
-It's a renovated old building and it has no elevator (but shouldn't be a major issue since it's only a 2 story building. The room is clean, bed is comfy, good lighting, and I had a comfortable sleep.
-interiors and amenities might need updating for aesthetic, but honestly won't affect your stay.
-Check-in was swift, but could have used some help with my luggage and assistance in opening the door since I had 2 luggages.
Overall, I had positive experience and will definitely stay again in the future.
