"寧德這家酒店整體體驗不錯👍環境乾淨整潔，裝修是温馨的感覺，進房間就很舒服。房間裏的設備基本都有，投影效果不錯，我用來聽歌，氛圍感拉滿。早餐種類和家裡差不多，反正夠我吃了，吃得很滿足，吃完直接窩在房間看電影，太愜意了。老闆和前台服務都超讚，尤其是前台小哥哥全程笑容滿面，親和力十足，讓人感覺很温暖。停車也很方便，充電樁就在旁邊，對開車出行的人太友好了，性價比很高，下次還會選擇入住！"

"Good location, it's along the highway and not far from Wanda and Walmart. The room is just right, enough to move around. My only issue is the toilet, I think it can be cleaned more thoroughly. Other than that, the room itself is tidy and sheets seem clean and fresh. This is a reasonably priced homestay."

"最近入住這家酒店的體驗超乎預期！一進房間就被整潔明亮的環境驚艷到，地板、床鋪、衞浴都一塵不染，用品擺放規整，細節之處盡顯用心。酒店位置絕佳，臨近公交樞紐，周邊商圈林立，無論是出行遊玩還是商務辦事都超方便。尤其要誇誇老闆，從前台接待到離店送別始終笑臉相迎，主動幫忙規劃路線、推薦美食，熱情又貼心，讓人倍感温暖。 最讓人驚喜的是這裏對寵物超友好！完全打消了我帶毛孩子出門的顧慮。老闆一家更是熱情好客，從入住時的暖心問候，到離店時還不忘叮囑注意事項，全程都像家人一樣親切。帶着寵物住過這麼多地方，這家真的是各方面都無可挑剔，必須五星好評，以後來這邊還會首選！"

MMisafir Kullanıcı性價比非常高的民宿！ 1️⃣地理位置： 距離霞浦高鐵站25分鐘左右的車程，網約車很方便，車費70-80元左右。 到東壁大約6-7公里，民宿可以借電頻車，開過去15-20分鐘，吹着海風欣賞沿路風景，停車也很方便，比汽車靈活自由。 去南線玩建議讓民宿老闆娘幫忙聯繫包車，路程單程就要1小時，包車費比滴滴還便宜一些，司機師傅也很好，安排行程，很有耐心，推薦 從民宿走到趕海的海灘也就10多分鐘路程，不想走路也可以開電瓶車過去，趕海工具老闆娘也會提供，根據潮汐老闆娘會告訴適合趕海的時間，真的可以挖到很大的蛤蜊 2️⃣民宿設施 相比東壁和南線的下尾角那塊，小皓海灘商業味沒有那麼濃，民宿老闆本地人居多，更熱情好客而且淳樸，房間視野極好，智能馬桶，也比較乾淨，還有洗衣機和烘乾設備，老闆娘還會幫忙烘乾衣服。我們住3樓套房，有電梯上樓，3房一廳，還有麻將機，下雨不適合出門的時候也有娛樂項目，開心！ 3️⃣周邊美食 民宿附近吃的推薦3公裡外的隴頭村海鮮酒樓或者三沙灣農家海鮮館，電頻車過去很方便，近一點的小皓霖海軒海鮮館也不錯，還可以電話訂餐送貨上門，這幾家都是價格非常實惠的，口味也好

MMisafir KullanıcıIt is definitely THE place to stay if you are visiting Xiapu especially if you are travelling with a BIG group. The owners are extremely caring and pleasant. Our guest room on L5 is large, gorgeous and super clean! The first 民宿 that offers us a 55” television! Laundry machine and dryer are available on L6 with a huge veranda to air dry your clothes. The two electronic MJ tables were so inviting unfortunately we do not have enough players. Daily breakfast is provided, simple and enough to kickstart your day

HHenry7589Stayed on a non-local holiday/weekend, hence it was not very busy. Owner was kind to upgrade to a nicer room due to availability and gave a quick introduction to the possible activities on the island. Great place to be away from cities. Walkable to a few shophouses/eatery at night.

MMisafir KullanıcıGood location for watching sunset and it sits in the middle of Dongbi. Staff were friendly and helped us with the luggages, which was great since our building didn’t have elevators and our room was on the top floor. We didn’t know that the home stay had multiple structures and were told we couldn’t enjoy the amenities of others. So if you want to use the beautiful pools they prominently featured on their marketing materials please be aware and make sure you book the specific building that includes the pool. We did the booking in a hurry and did not pay much attention, so imagine our surprise once checked in. The room is also very dated and I suspect there are better options for that price. Most hotels/homesstays have waterfront views so you may many options that are newer. The included breakfast was very average but the views of their restaurants were spectacular!

VVittoria NardoneWe stayed only one night and were surprised by the size modernity and cleanliness of the room! It had a small entrance with chairs and a table and two big beds. The bathroom had special lights settings and all different toiletries of good quality. The only minus was the breakfast as we read in other reviews it was on the top floor whereas we only received a small plastic box the night before ( they wanted it to deliver it at 10pm and we asked for 9pm) with only a few things (milk, one egg, one fruit, two small pastries).

MMisafir Kullanıcı標題： 服務細緻入微，衞生乾淨整潔，地理位置優越 一家人去古田旅遊，選擇了這家酒店。從打電話詢問停車場位置的溝通過程，就可以聽出前台的服務禮節以及專業性，非常有禮貌回答利索，第一印象滿分。 位置： 沒得説，算是城東商圈核心，下樓就是吃的，左側有當地特色美食青草湯，右側有糖巢，拐個彎就到中天購物中心，兩邊街道都有吃的，非常方便。 房間： 我下單標準雙床房，酒店給升級豪華雙床房，空間寬敞，燈光很柔和不刺眼，裝修也不錯。 服務： 必須重點表揚！前台有個帥哥知道我們帶孩子，主動詢問是否需要小童拖鞋和牙刷，並推薦了當地美食及旅遊地區。併發了一份他們當地的服務指南給我，裏面吃的玩的介紹很多，真是太方便了。 總結： 從硬件到軟件都體現了酒店管理的專業和用心。雖然春節期間價格略高於平常，但絕對物有所值。已經推薦給親戚朋友，下次來一定再次入住！
