設施：房間不大但設施齊全，特別是隔音效果超好，窗子一關，門外的喧囂瞬間消失。 大床很舒服，冬季地熱取暖很舒服。 衞生：屋裡很乾凈，幾乎沒有死角都很乾凈。屋外院子裏桌子椅子時時有人打掃。 環境：位置在古鎮裏面，核心位置，不怕玩的晚。 服務：老闆有求必應，早餐一人一份，還有水果。

👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after) 👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in. 👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience. 👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water) 👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight. 👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel. 👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Check in was smooth, room size is adequate, , location is wonderful (for leisure). Breakfast spread was decent. Service is a little hard to rate. On one hand we enjoyed St Regis level of service from the front office (shout out to Mia for the thoughtful eye mask for the Mrs). On the other hand we had a less than pleasant experience during our dinner in the ground floor restaurant. The whole restaurant was staffed by a single waitress who I assume is a trainee (judging by her lack of menu knowledge, and disdemeanour) . I must add that she was polite but just out of her depth . Another point was, we were the only table occupied. Aside from the dinner experience , the overall stay was enjoyable. Just wondering why the hotel let an inexperienced staff man a whole restaurant .

Special thanks to Betty, whose exceptional hospitality and smooth handling of our transition made us feel truly welcomed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor set the tone for our entire stay. The suite was incredibly spacious, with a breathtaking view of the river view —waking up to that view was a highlight of our trip. Emily was also especially helpful and attentive throughout, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our package included access to the club lounge, where Jane and her team delivered top-notch service. The happy hour, food offerings, and overall warm and personal attention made the experience even more special. We also want to highlight the wonderful housekeeping team, who did an excellent job keeping the room clean and well-stocked with amenities throughout our stay. Their quiet efficiency and attention to detail were truly appreciated. To top it all off, we were gifted a lovely souvenir from the hotel, a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable. This was a truly relaxing and seamless experience, thanks to the amazing staff and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort, elegance, and genuine hospitality. The four season Tianjin has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. Ms. Dephne Ng. , the manger, was very helpful and provided me a warm hospitality. She is very professional and always check if I receive everything I need. I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient to many attractions and very close to shopping streets, department store and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place with excellent service to stay in Tianjin.

I didnt know how big the room was. For this price the room is huge. The ”only” deluxe room is normal junior suite room size in other hotels. The funiture and the carpet is very old but for this size room and the view, I will book this hotel every time!

Quiet neighbourhood with a handful of restaurants nearby including McDonald's. Room is clean, towels are sanitised and sealed in bags. A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.
