設施：房間不大但設施齊全，特別是隔音效果超好，窗子一關，門外的喧囂瞬間消失。 大床很舒服，冬季地熱取暖很舒服。 衞生：屋裡很乾凈，幾乎沒有死角都很乾凈。屋外院子裏桌子椅子時時有人打掃。 環境：位置在古鎮裏面，核心位置，不怕玩的晚。 服務：老闆有求必應，早餐一人一份，還有水果。

Amazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone. First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China! The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us. It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day. It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor. The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc. The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated. Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service. Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room. On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in. Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

This hotel is truly amazing and great value for money. It is also very kid-friendly. When we arrived, my husband realised he had left his bag on the train. One of the reception staff, a lady wearing glasses, kindly helped us call the train station and successfully connected him to locate the bag. We were very grateful for her help. There are many thoughtful amenities beyond the usual, including a self-service laundry area, supper and even a foot-bath that we can request. Our stay included breakfast, which had a wide and satisfying variety, including bao, noodles, bread, yoghurt and more, definitely a hearty and simpleenjoyable spread. The hotel is conveniently located near Tianjin Train Station, making it easy to get around by car or train to many attractions. What we loved most is how kid-friendly the hotel is. Our family room had a small play area and there was even a child-height wash basin in the bathroom. There is also a dedicated kids’ play area on Level 3. All the staff were warm, pleasant, and always greeted us courteously, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel is situated in the suburbs, but there is a metro station within 500 m from the hotel. It will take you about 1.5 h to get to the city center by metro or about 50 minutes by taxi (DiDi). Neat the metro there is a big shopping center where you can find everything you may potentially need (those desserts from Holiland are amazing!) The breakfast is very tasty and you can definitely find something tasty to eat both from local cuisine as well as some Western-style things. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay and had a possibility to relax.

I booked 3 rooms in Jun, 2023. The hotel is only 4 months old. The only thing I want to complain about is that I can't find anything to complain about! The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel. The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation. Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after) 👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in. 👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience. 👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water) 👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight. 👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel. 👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Break fast not good needs lots of improvement doesn’t match the Radisson name very poor Breakfast  Specially for Indian Travellers  Staff non cooperative

The four season Tianjin has the perfect blend of historic charm and modern facilities. I booked one of their spacious suites, which were decorated beautifully. I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left. Ms. Dephne Ng. , the manger, was very helpful and provided me a warm hospitality. She is very professional and always check if I receive everything I need. I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail. The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient to many attractions and very close to shopping streets, department store and restaurants. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place with excellent service to stay in Tianjin.

I didnt know how big the room was. For this price the room is huge. The ”only” deluxe room is normal junior suite room size in other hotels. The funiture and the carpet is very old but for this size room and the view, I will book this hotel every time!

Quiet neighbourhood with a handful of restaurants nearby including McDonald's. Room is clean, towels are sanitised and sealed in bags. A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.
