The suite was incredibly spacious, with a breathtaking view of the river view —waking up to that view was a highlight of our trip. Emily was also especially helpful and attentive throughout, ensuring we had everything we needed.
Our package included access to the club lounge, where Jane and her team delivered top-notch service. The happy hour, food offerings, and overall warm and personal attention made the experience even more special.
We also want to highlight the wonderful housekeeping team, who did an excellent job keeping the room clean and well-stocked with amenities throughout our stay. Their quiet efficiency and attention to detail were truly appreciated.
To top it all off, we were gifted a lovely souvenir from the hotel, a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more memorable.

"I had mixed feelings about my stay here. The property is an apartment converted into a hotel, which offered a fantastic location and a beautiful view that was definitely the highlight of the trip. The facilities were decent and met our basic needs.
However, the cleanliness was not up to the standard of a regular hotel. There was a lingering smell in the toilet that wouldn't go away, and the towels provided did not look fresh or properly cleaned. While the space itself is nice, the housekeeping needs to be stepped up to match the quality of the location."

We were exhausted from traveling and very frustrated, especially considering we paid over 4,000 for two nights. We expected a much smoother and more efficient check-in experience."

"Check in was smooth, room size is adequate, , location is wonderful (for leisure). Breakfast spread was decent.
Service is a little hard to rate. On one hand we enjoyed St Regis level of service from the front office (shout out to Mia for the thoughtful eye mask for the Mrs). On the other hand we had a less than pleasant experience during our dinner in the ground floor restaurant. The whole restaurant was staffed by a single waitress who I assume is a trainee (judging by her lack of menu knowledge, and disdemeanour) . I must add that she was polite but just out of her depth . Another point was, we were the only table occupied.
Aside from the dinner experience , the overall stay was enjoyable. Just wondering why the hotel let an inexperienced staff man a whole restaurant ."

"The shower door was ajar and could not be closed water tight leak free … caulking around the shower door was dirty and deteriorated… the table provide was not stable due to a spiral stand on the stand and the table was slanting at an angle causing things to fall off the table … the door departing the shower/ toilet had air gaps all around and the fowl smell from the toilet flown out the the bed room areas."

The rooms are spacious, clean, the beds are large and soft, the pastel linen is of good quality. The rooms have all the accessories. The bathrooms are also very well equipped, there is a powerful Dyson hair dryer, a smart toilet.
During our stay, we stayed in two types of rooms, one of them had a bathtub, which is great to have in the room, especially in winter.👍🏻👍🏻
The rooms are cleaned daily, there is also a kettle and tea bags, a Nespresso capsule machine and Peet's coffee capsules. In addition, drinks in the fridge (Coke Cola, Sprite, water).
The hotel has a spacious restaurant. Breakfasts was very tasty and varied, like Chinese cuisine, also European cuisine, there is everything you need.👌🏼👌🏼
The hotel has a beautiful design. Also in the hotel lobby you can find a bar, in addition to a room where you can work/study. You can also find a map with sights, a good route for a walk around the city.😍😍
All the hotel staff are very nice people, at the reception, in the restaurant, and the cleaning team. We would also like to express special gratitude to the warmest staff at the reception - 甜甜 Tracy🌷🌷 She helped make our stay even better. We celebrated a birthday, she organized a room upgrade for us on that day, as well as a small gift - fruits.

"room was extremely cosy and not stuffy despite avg temp outside was abt 6°C in the day, 1°C at night. Room actually quite cooled.
Had sent some parcels to the hotel before checking in. Front office team took the time to find some of the parcels that were not sent directly to front desk (some were left at staff entrance by the deliveryman).
There is 2 bubble tea chain (chagee and a little tea) right opposite the hotel! 7-11 located right beside the hotel and a metro station exit right opposite the hotel. So much convenience around the hotel."

大床很舒服，冬季地熱取暖很舒服。

LloujylAmazing stay at this hotel - I would travel to Tianjin again for this hotel alone.
First of all, I want to thank the lovely staff at the reception for helping me find my parcel on my last day. They were super helpful and helped me call the delivery man to guide them to the hotel, and when the parcel arrived, they sent it to my room via robot - insane service that only seems to happen in China!
The hotel itself is located in a great area, it is a bit tucked/hidden from the main road but there is big enough signage to show the way for taxi drivers. Ordered multiple ******* and they never failed to reach us.
It’s a short walk away from the famous Shizilin Bridge (Lion Forest Bridge) where you can see the old grandpa’s swimming in the river during the day.
It’s also got a nice view of the Tianjin Eye and another famous bridge, Jingang Bridge. Could see it from our hotel room window on the 13th floor.
The lobby is very grand and has ample seating with private booth style seats for calls etc.
The room itself was modern and clean. Mattress was comfortable and they have one memory foam pillow for each bed. TV was large with many channels, there was also a large Bluetooth speak bar which was a great addition. The bathroom was big enough to dance in! Electric toilet and huge shower room - both separated.
Free laundry room, with detergent provided. You can also request the hotel to load your laundry for you but we did not need that service.
Breakfast was good and simple. It’s situated on the 16th floor, same with the gym and laundry room.
On checkout they gifted a Tianjin fridge magnet, which saved me from purchasing one myself x
One thing to note, they don’t have signs for housekeeping in the room, so if you require cleaning service you can let the front desk know before you leave the hotel. But they tell you that upon check-in.
Have always wanted to try the Crystal Orange hotel chains, so glad it was this one! Cant wait to visit Tianjin again 💕

When we arrived, my husband realised he had left his bag on the train. One of the reception staff, a lady wearing glasses, kindly helped us call the train station and successfully connected him to locate the bag. We were very grateful for her help.
There are many thoughtful amenities beyond the usual, including a self-service laundry area, supper and even a foot-bath that we can request.
Our stay included breakfast, which had a wide and satisfying variety, including bao, noodles, bread, yoghurt and more, definitely a hearty and simpleenjoyable spread.
The hotel is conveniently located near Tianjin Train Station, making it easy to get around by car or train to many attractions.
What we loved most is how kid-friendly the hotel is. Our family room had a small play area and there was even a child-height wash basin in the bathroom. There is also a dedicated kids’ play area on Level 3.
All the staff were warm, pleasant, and always greeted us courteously, making our stay even more enjoyable.

It will take you about 1.5 h to get to the city center by metro or about 50 minutes by taxi (DiDi). Neat the metro there is a big shopping center where you can find everything you may potentially need (those desserts from Holiland are amazing!) The breakfast is very tasty and you can definitely find something tasty to eat both from local cuisine as well as some Western-style things. The room was clean and spacious. I enjoyed the stay and had a possibility to relax.

The subway station is just in front of the hotel. Shops, restaurants, and malls are surrounding this beautiful hotel.
The GM told me it was a 4 star hotel but to me it is nothing less than a 5 star accommodation.
Highly recommended! Good price, great value!

MMisafir Kullanıcı👌Had a wonderful two night stay at this hotel. Relocated there after a booking mishap caused us to change hotels since the hotel we were staying at in the city became overbooked. We decided to move to this one since it was closer to the airport and we had an early morning flight originating from Binhai (2days after)
👌We had a beautiful room for a family of 3( business room)The room was exceptionally clean and also quite spacious. Facilities are excellent with an on-site laundry room that allows self-service. We didn’t have breakfast since we slept in.
👌Received a very warm welcome from Liu at the front desk, check in was smooth and quick. We had a small issue in the room about noise from upstairs but she resolved it and explained the reason why and apologised for the inconvenience.
👌In the morning, two of us had to return to Beijing for a meeting, the lovely and kind ladies on duty Pang, who spoke English and Wang helped us organise transportation to the airport so we could get the subway train ( there’s a direct subway to Tianjin railway station originating from the airport ) to Beijing. While we waited for the car, they offered us refreshments (tea and water)
👌The driver Wang was so kind and spoke English and helped advise us on the train schedules so we wouldn’t miss the train back since we were returning back from Beijing to Tianjin in the evening to stay the night and leave for our morning flight.
👌They also organised a pick up from the airport when we arrived back to Tianjin late at night to the hotel.
👌The stay was made awesome and comfortable due to the impeccable and excellent service, kindness and eye for detail shown by the staff. 🥳Kudos to Ms Pang, Ms Wang , Mr.Wang and Ms Liu who made our stay even more comfortable. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
👌The hotel is near the airport and is suitable for travellers who have flights at Tianjin International airport and want to avoid the commute from the city. There are restaurants downstairs as well if you arrive late and need a meal. Nearby surroundings looks like residential area so works for those looking for a quiet stay ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I received first-class service from the moment I arrived at the hotel until the moment I left.
Ms. Dephne Ng. , the manger, was very helpful and provided me a warm hospitality. She is very professional and always check if I receive everything I need. I was so impressed with the level of service and attention to detail.
The staff was also incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.
The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious options. I also appreciated the hotel's location, which was convenient to many attractions and very close to shopping streets, department store and restaurants.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic place with excellent service to stay in Tianjin.

SSeafarerQuiet neighbourhood with a handful of restaurants nearby including McDonald's. Room is clean, towels are sanitised and sealed in bags. A bit of through traffic as it's alongside a multi lane highway but wasn't noisy. Amenities are basic, 5 mins walk to the closest MRT station, about 40 mins train ride to commute to Tianjin railway station, direct line 9. Ample free parking in front of the hotel. Good for overnight or short stay.
