"The hotel staff were very friendly & very attentive, which was lovely. I was upgraded to a suite, which was nice to have a lot of space.
The shower pressure was great and the room & bathroom was very clean. The bed was very lumpy/had a dip in it, so unfortunately, wasn't the best night's sleep and I woke up with a bad back, but this may have just been the room I was in.
The breakfast in the morning was average compared to other breakfast buffet's I have had in hotels recently but the atmosphere was very chilled.
For a one night stay, the hotel did the job."

My first impression was the man who welcomed me at reception is really polite and provided me a service with a great service mind and attitude. "The room was very clean and tidy, and the location in the city centre made it really convenient to get around. The facilities were good and more than enough for my needs. What impressed me most, though, was the hotel’s service. I had accidentally left behind a very expensive pair of prescription glasses after checking out. When I contacted reception, they quickly located them without any hassle. My daughter was able to collect them and send them back to me. Truly excellent service."

早餐種類比較有限，前台預訂15鎊，walk in 17鎊，如果不趕時間可以去外面吃，不過在酒店quay side吃也可以欣賞風景。
還有個交通的bug要特別説一下，我之前經常來紐卡我以為紐卡也不大，住central附近就好了。沒想到下河邊是要下很陡很長的stairs的（見圖3.4，酒店對面上central有三個stairs），google導航到的時候我都驚了， 然後來了幾個外國旅客也很驚訝，不敢相信。所以如果帶着比較重的行李的可以考慮打車，或者坐公交，或者問下酒店有沒有其他替代方案。"

"The hotel is located next to Newcastle Central station minutes from the Cathedral, the Castle, the centre of the city near Monument. The hotel entrance has a faded grandeur that isn't intimidating, more comfortably worn. The room was cosy with bathtub and shower. The WiFi was a little temperamental but works fine. A plus for me was the pool and spa facilities at the hotel. Nothing better than a swim to start the day. Excellent location and good value hotel."

MMisafir KullanıcıI had 4 suites booked. A 21st birthday and 40th on the same day. Happy with the location and what was available in the hotel. But. Bar was closed early, bathrooms were good but grouting was a little under kept and my biggest disappointment was breakfast. Took nearly 40mins for an eggs Benedict. Was a bit disappointed with that due to the amount I spent on rooms. Sorry for the critical feedback, other than those few bits. Parking was easy, check in time great, staff good.

DDanielle RixonAbsolute brilliant hotel, staff so friendly and welcoming, can I just say, paul on reception was an absolute legend, as I rang up in the morning to request an early check-in as we arrived after 12 and check-in wasn't untill 3, but paul put a lock on our room, so it was ready for us when we arrived, give that man a raise. Perfect location and comfortable rooms, will deffo recommend, and if im visiting Newcastle again, I think this hotel will be my first choice, depending on price. MMisafir KullanıcıThe staff at the hotel was very friendly. As we booked quite close to our actual trip date we didn't get a great room. Our room was at the end of the hallway next to the staff elevator. unfortunately, the door to that elevator was open half the time we were there with food scraps waiting to be taken away out in the open area. This led to ”food smells” being wafted into our room. we had to open the window the moment we entered our room because of the stuffy smell but once the window was open and there was ventilation, everything was fine.

MMisafir KullanıcıBest I can say is,it is somewhere to lay your head for the night.It is perfect if you or a family member have a flight from Newcastle as long as youre not concerned about cleanliness.the bath and toilet weren't the cleanest with the tile grouting being full of dark spots.The decor is dated in this hotel dark and tired looking really needs a freshen up.Staff look and act like they dont want to be there,not the friendliest hotel staff I've encountered.

Arriving well before check in at 3pm, the receptionist kindly allowed us to park in the hotel car park thus enabling us not to have to move the car from the metro station opposite later. This was a great help- thankyou.
We checked in after our appointment and got our key for room 23. It was nice and cosy with the heating on and extremely clean.
I did struggle to turn off the cold tap fully in the bathroom but my Grandaughter sorted it...maybe needs some attention from a professional.
After getting changed, we headed back up town on the metro where we enjoyed seeing Rick Astley.
It was quite late when we returned hungry but the hotel was fine with us ordering a McDonald's delivery from Kingston Park. All in all with breakfast included in the price, we had a super time. Cheers!

SSamalexiGreat location, nice little room, it's listed as an apartment but I wouldn't say it's big enough to be considered one. My only problem with the room was the cleanliness, the walls and floors had a lot of marks and dirt, same with the curtains. It made the trip slightly less comfortable. It could have also done with Aircon as it was very warm.
To sum up -
Pros - Great location, comfortable bed, mini kitchen with kettle, fridge and tea & coffee provided. Even some biscuits too. The price was great for a Saturday night during a big Newcastle event we spent £55 which was way cheaper than most other hotels in the area.
Cons - wasn't very clean and the check in was a little awkward as our keys wouldn't work. If this was improved my rating would be a lot higher.
