Our stay at Selected Suite was simply perfect! The location is amazing, and the room itself is unbelievable, everything brand new, with stunning design and incredible comfort. The space is large, with a beautiful terrace, a huge shower, and modern detail, the steam room was a big bonus after a long day.  Honestly, the decoration is so impressive I could happily live here. Everything was spotless every single day, it’s honestly one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. I felt so comfortable that I never wanted to leave. The team even prepared a wonderful birthday surprise for my partner, which made our stay extra special. Parking was very easy, the reception is available at all times and always helpful, and the cleaning ladies are just fantastic, smiling, kind, and doing an excellent job. A very special thank you to Ayu, who was absolutely adorable and made our stay unforgettable with her kindness and warmth. I recommend this place 100%! I cannot wait to come back. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to improve everything was truly perfect.

Absolutely stunning place in a perfect location just a short stroll along the sea front to the historic old town of Chania and the Venetian Harbour. In the other direction an even shorter stroll to the harbour and Nea Chora beach - which has a ton of bars shops and restaurants. Property is directly on the seafront in a real tranquil location - with a beautiful pool and incredible sea views everywhere you stood. The staff were fantastic and even contacted me on WhatsApp prior to my stay to arrange my check in. Had my room ready early - which was fabulous. I was incredibly lucky to have a suite with a hot tub right on the sea front - beautifully decorated, fresh, clean and the views from the balcony were incredible. I believe breakfast is included for all guests, which was lovely with a wide variety of hot and cold food drinks and pastries. The only criticism is of myself that I didn’t stay longer. I would come back in a heartbeat!

Die Lage des Hotels ist definitv sehr gut und ein Plus Punkt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und die Dame an der Bar hat uns ein Willkommensdrink gegeben. Das Hotel wirkt am Eingang recht hochwertig und man fuehlt sich gut aufgehoben. Ich würde sagen es hat kein 5-Sterne Niveau, aber so um die 3,5-4 absolut. Das Zimmer das wir bekommen hatten, hatte leider keine Fenster (in der Beschreibung stand es gibt eins). Kein Problem für uns. Unsere größter Kritikpunkt ist, da es in der Dusche keine Tür gab, weil diese entfernt wurde. Somit konnte man leider nicht richtig duschen ohne Wasser nach außen zu spritzen. Als wir es beim Empfang bescheid gegeben hatten, gab es leider nur ein „wussten wir gar nicht“ und lieber ans klingelnde Telefon gehen und den Gast stehen lassen. Wer soll es dann wissen wenn nicht das Hotel, leider somit weit entfernt von 5-Sterne Service. Eine kleine Entschuldigung hatten wir erwartet, und das man sich dem Problem annimmt. Finde ich wirklich Schade, dass man so viel Geld und dann ein Zimmer bekommt, welches nicht dem Standard entspricht und eigentlich nicht auf dem gewollten Niveau ist um an Gäste vergeben zu werden. Zum Glück haben wir nur einen Tag hier verbracht und vorher in einem richtigen 5-Sterne Hotel die Woche verbracht. Ich kann hier wirklich nur overall 3/5 Sterne geben.

Very clean, spacious kitchen with enough of refrigerator space, no phone/personal item organization shelf or hanging closets around the bed space. Within walking distance to nearby beach and old town of Chania. The first three days I was bothered by the street noises, which is unavoidable being in the city at times unless the sounds proof is well installed, otherwise it is a great place as a base to explore around.

Bugün, bu aile işletmesi otelde harika bir hafta geçirdikten sonra evime döndüm. Kesinlikle şimdiye kadar geçirdiğim en iyi tatillerden biri olduğunu söyleyebilirim; güzel insanlarla ve harika Yunan havasıyla doluydu. Otelin konumu çok elverişli, yakınlarda birçok mağaza ve restoran bulunuyor. Lidl sadece 5-7 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Otelin yanında harika bir kafe vardı - devam edin. Otelin yanında, sizi güzel bir gezinti yolu ve lezzetli bir akşam yemeği için Hanya şehir merkezine götürecek bir otobüs durağı var. Otel, her zaman bakımlı ve temiz olan muhteşem bir havuza sahip, apartman tarzı bir otel. Kızlar her gün odamızın temiz ve yeni havlularımız olduğundan emin oluyorlar ve çiçeklerden ve havlulardan oldukça etkileyici kompozisyonlar oluşturuyorlardı😁 Otel müdürü son derece güler yüzlüydü ve her türlü isteğimizle her zaman verimli bir şekilde ilgilendi. Kahvaltı lezzetliydi ve genel olarak konaklamamız son derece keyifliydi. Muhteşem Yunan misafirperverliğini hissetmek için kesinlikle bu oteli ziyaret edin.

Otel çok iyi, güzel bir ortama ve kendine ait bir plaja sahip. Sahilde uzanıp denizi dinlemek gerçekten keyifli, garson da su veriyor. Servis de iyi. Dört kişi kaldığımız için bize ekstra bir yatak ve tatami üzerinde bir yorgan verdiler, bu çok düşünceli bir hareket.

Très belle expérience, l’accueil a été parfait, les chambres se trouvent à 2-3min de la réception j’ai été accompagné jusqu’à ma chambre. Le Monsieur de l’accueil a même proposé de porter ma valise la chambre n’est pas de toute jeunesse mais elle est très grande et joliment décoré. La salle de bain est un peu humide mais très bien équipé, il y’a même un bidet. La chambre à la climatisation qui fonctionne au top et un déshumidificateur d’air. Les prises sont en suffisance et à des endroits stratégiques. Les frigos ne refroidit pas bien mais c’est un détails. Le petit déjeuner est correct et avec des produit locaux et les serveuses sont vraiment gentilles et serviable. Le plus c’est très clairement l’accueil et le personnel les gens sont absolument adorable, à l’écoute, on m’a recommandé les restaurant alentour à privilégier et ceux à éviter et l’emplacement est top la rue est calme mais à proximité de tout!
