"I spent a wonderful night at this hotel before a boat tour to the Komodo Islands. The hotel is new and clean, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. There's a beautiful pool and green grounds. The highlight is the view of the sunset and the ships from the balcony. The hotel agreed to store my luggage for two days free of charge while the tour was in progress. The location is great, just a 10-minute walk from the city center, and it's quiet. The buffet breakfast is delicious."

"Zasgo Hotel truly feels like a hidden gem in Labuan Bajo. Upon arrival, we were given a complimentary upgrade to the suite on the 8th floor – an amazing surprise. From our room, we enjoyed a breathtaking view over the town and harbor, which instantly made our stay memorable.
The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything from arranging tours to organizing transport. When I had a complaint about the water pressure in our room, it was quickly resolved while we were out for dinner – outstanding service!
The only minor downside is the location. Instead of a 5-minute walk to the main strip, it takes about 10 minutes. But honestly, we didn’t mind at all – it even helped us reach our 10,000 steps a day 😉.
Overall: a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful views, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely recommended for anyone wanting to explore Labuan Bajo."

"We stayed in Sudamala resort 6 days, and we spent a wonderful time. What was the best part of the trip? All! The stuff is incredible, supportive and helpful. As we are people who are passionate about the local culture, we asked them to find the place to visit and experience the local dance. They organized everything for us. I had a bad experience with jellyfish and decided to go to the hospital. They took me there and organized the car to brought me back. The food is like in the best restaurant, the room (beachfront) is big and clean, the pool is beautiful and I really enjoyed spending time together with my husband. I went to give a special thanks to Hubert who helped us a lot. Oh, I forgot, the hotel management organized a small cocktail party for some guests and exchanged our experience with the. With a glass of very good champagne. So, to make the long story short, Sudamala is the hotel with the soul and we will always remember our time there. Thanks!"

"Value hotel stays for two days and we booked 3 rooms, breakfast come with local selection which we really like the banana steamed roll very much.
The walks at the private beach is fun and morning or evening walks gives different vibe.
Rooms a bit outdated and not sound proof as we given low floors , we could hear ppl chatted till midnight from our rooms."

"The hotel was truly wonderful and made my stay so memorable. From the lobby, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the harbour. Although there was some noise from the boats, it didn’t bother me at all as the balcony doors were soundproof, letting me enjoy the view in peace and quiet.
I was celebrating my birthday, and the guest relations team went above and beyond to make it meaningful. They decorated my room so beautifully and added thoughtful touches that made me feel truly special. On my last day, I was so touched when the team surprised me with a birthday cake during checkout — such a heartfelt gesture that I will never forget. Huge thanks and shoutout to Devina, Olive & the team for their amazing effort and warm hospitality. You really made my birthday celebration extra special, and I’m so grateful for everything you did.
The free airport shuttle made traveling so convenient, and the evening tea cakes were a delightful treat. I also loved the complimentary foot massage, which was such a relaxing way to start my stay.

"Beautiful hotel with good breakfast. The sunset view was stunning. We got two standard rooms with no windows for one night. Good and comfy enough. One negative point was loud noise early in the morning from other guests or workers. It's location was also not very convenient to get to the main street."

"My favourite hotel out of two months of travelling!
Beautiful design, very relaxing and comfortable.
Such great facilities surrounded by plants, from swimming pool to pool table, to ping pong and gym.
Amazing location on the hill, with a stunning view on the sea and sunset.
Lovely nights with live music too!

Our stay at Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo was truly the best we’ve ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth and open hearts that it immediately felt like home. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, attentive, and incredibly hospitable — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression.
The location itself is brilliant, offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and the natural beauty Labuan Bajo is known for. Throughout our stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their kindness and professionalism added so much joy to our trip.
Honestly, this is the best property we’ve had the pleasure of staying at, and I would wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. Thank you so much to the entire team for the grand and heartfelt welcome — it made our stay truly special.

The view was truly spectacular and breathtaking, especially during sunset—when the sky transforms from orange to red and then purple. We really enjoyed every moment.
Breakfast was delicious—probably the best in Komodo. I particularly liked their serving concept: instead of a traditional buffet, it’s an à la carte menu combined with a small buffet. You simply choose from the menu and the dishes are cooked on demand, which makes the food noticeably fresher and tastier than standard buffet options.
There are also many complimentary activities such as snorkeling and yoga, making the hotel perfect for both couples and families. We will definitely come back again.

Fff88I had the pleasure of staying at Harbour Komodo Hotel, and it was an outstanding experience! The location of the hotel is simply perfect – it's situated in a prime area, making it incredibly easy to explore the island has to offer in walking distance.
The staff here were exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help. They were attentive, professional, and always ready with recommendations or assistance whenever needed. It's clear that they go above and beyond to ensure guests feel welcome and valued.
The room itself was everything I could have hoped for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a great night's sleep after a day of exploring. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and impeccably clean, making it feel like a true home away from home. I particularly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere, which made it easy to unwind and relax.
Lastly, the feeling of safety was something I truly appreciated during my stay. The hotel’s security measures gave me peace of mind, and the area surrounding the hotel felt secure and welcoming.

- nice beach with decent house reef and interesting marine life
- free equipment provided for snorkeling and water sports like kayaking, SUP
- gym is small but complete with technogym equipment for both cardio and resistance training eg. Bench with free weights, home gym machine
- I stayed in the premium beach bungalow; spacious, clean and comfortable with all amenities provided, it’s right in front of the beach but has very good privacy due to it being elevated, and has good view of sunrise
- even at night you can do things like spotting marine wildlife along the jetty, star gazing because of its secluded location
- good service
Bad
- breakfast is decent but lunch and dinner options need improvement
- food tends to be heavy in flavour and carbs, seems like it’s catered more to local tastes
Everything else is perfect apart from the food - you are essentially stuck on the island for the entirety of your stay due to infrequent boat rides (2 free shuttles a day) and tide conditions (no boat rides at night due to low tide), so do bring some food or adjust your expectations before getting to the resort

JJulia_OtterandAlpineA really nice little hotel in Labuan Bajo. A bit out of the way of the town centre (10 minute drive or hofur walk), but Grab bikes are inexpensive and readily available. They organised a free airport pick up which was really handy and a great perk. Staff are really lovely and helpful. The outdoor space is lovely and the pool is also great. It could do with having someone clean it each morning to collect everything that falls from the trees but otherwise it was still a great facility. Our room was very quirky in its decoration but it was comfortable, clean and had hot water. They also have bag storage at reception which was very useful. Breakfast was a small buffet and was good. Good for a night or 2 before a boat trip to Komodo!

DDmitriiOAn excellent hotel where everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay. The rooms and the entire property were very clean and well-maintained — everything looked neat and pleasant. The water in the shower was always running well, and there was consistently hot water, which is especially appreciated after a long day.
A special thanks to the staff: kind, smiling, and always ready to help — you can really feel that they care. We were especially impressed that they prepared breakfast earlier than usual for us because of our early tours — a small gesture, but it says a lot about their attention to guests.
At night, it was quiet and peaceful, nothing disturbed our sleep, and the room had a cozy atmosphere. The grounds are beautiful and green, clearly well looked after. We were very satisfied with our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to our friends. Truly well done!

MMisafir KullanıcıSimple room yet the design was updated. Quite satisfied. I like the bed and the pillow the most. Sooooo comfortable and immersed during my sleep. The hotel near to the roadside and the staff also update us with the noisy from the bar. But it was not a big deal. Not so noisy and surprisingly we able to sleep well. Maybe because of the bed n pillow as I mentioned. Even it was a budget hotel but for me its up to the high quality of the premium hotel. It suits to those who wanted for a short stay or to save their budget. Plus point abt the accessible location. Near to Marina Harbour as well as nearby cafe,foods or drinks.
