I have stayed in this hotel for a few times! Recommended 5 stars hotel in Semarang. The best part is that all staff are very friendly, professional and HELPFUL. The location is not that close to city center, but it is not that far, either. So, quite convenient. I will sure stay again in this hotel.

Mencoba hotel baru yang sempat viral. Lokasi persis di daerah kota lama. Mungkin karena masih baru maka kebersihan, fasilitas, dan pelayanan masih terjaga. Kamarnya nyaman dan sangat oke. Hanya saja sayangnya menggunakan ac biasa (bukan ac dalam) sehingga terasa seperti kamar biasa pada umumnya.

New hotel in Semarang. Location is really good because it’s at the center of the city. Room is big enough for the prices. Very small balcony in every room but can be useful if you need to smoke. No closet, no water bottles, but you can ask the operator to jug water to your room. Breakfast service needs to be improved. It’s a la carte, not buffet. Service for breakfast is under average. But the receptionists have good service. Parking area is limited and it’s very small, but vallet is provided.

This hotel really nice to me, and the staff, security is nice to me

I came during high season so maybe the cleaning staff wasn't very detailed (we found popcorn at floor and some stain at bed sheet). I complained and the staff handle it very well. However this hotel located at strategic place so near from central city. The hotel is connected to a mall, so it's very helpful for families with children (I brought a 1-year-old baby) if there are baby items that we forgot to bring from home. We can buy them at the mall. Breakfast is complete but maybe if they have ”nasi tim” it will be perfect. (In this case because my baby cant eat rice yet) Thank you Po Hotel

Good location, hotel a little old but clean. Complimentary mineral water is restricted to 2 bottles only with only basic in the bathroom (shpoo n shower gel plus tooth brush n tooth paste). Requested for ironing board and iron that took around 45 min n 1 reminder

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel. Previous visit was quite ok, however this time we were dissapointed with their cleanliness. Once we entered the room, the bedsheet and blankets were a bit smelly and there were yellowish color on them. Also, they forgot to refill the body soap inside the room. Although they did replace the dirty bedsheets and refilled the soap after making a request, but it shows how lacking they are in their cleanliness. Management needs to pay attention to this!

We booked two rooms. When one of the rooms, the AC was not cold, called the receptionist, and was responded to well. An hour later, the room was cold again. Breakfast is quite varied.
