"Wir waren zweimal dort. Einmal zu Beginn unserer Italien Reise für eine Nacht und einmal am Ende der Italien Reise für vier Nächte. Das Zimmer für die erste Nacht war zwar insgesamt größer, aber zur Straße hin gelegen und daher etwas lauter. Die vier Nächte hatten wir ein etwas kleineres Zimmer, welches in den Hinterhof gerichtet war und damit viel leiser war. Beide Zimmer waren toll und Mariarca hat euch hervorragend um uns gekümmert, uns für einen Ausflug ein Frühstücks-Paket gepackt und sie war immer ansprechbar. Sie hat sogar extra für mich glutenfreies Frühstück besorgt. Ich war wirklich sehr begeistert. Die Zimmer waren hell, sehr sauber und chic eingerichtet. Alles in allem würden wir nochmal kommen :). Die Lage war auch top in unmittelbarer Nähe Café und Restaurant, die explizit glutenfrei anbieten und sowohl Bus als auch U-Bahn in angenehmer Lauf-Entfernung."

"We recently stayed at the Hotel Royal Continental in Naples from January 7 to January 9, 2025, and our overall experience was very positive. Location & Safety The hotel is located in one of the safest and most touristic areas of Naples, right on Via Partenope, facing the sea and Castel dell'Ovo. Naples, as a city, is still evolving into a true tourist destination. The city is making significant improvements to attract more visitors, and you can feel that transition happening. This particular area where the hotel is located feels very safe, thanks to continuous police presence. We saw officers patrolling on foot and by car at all hours of the day and night, which gave us peace of mind. The neighborhood is also filled with excellent restaurants offering a wide range of quality food at reasonable prices. Of course, not every place is great, but there are many good options within walking distance. Additionally, the historic center and most major tourist attractions are within walking distance from the hotel. You can take a leisurely stroll and reach the main sights in under an hour. Room & Comfort The seafront location of the hotel is outstanding. The view from our room was beautiful, and we loved opening the panoramic window to let in the fresh sea breeze in the morning and evening. It’s a wonderful way to start and end your day. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with a level of luxury comparable to a 4-star European hotel. However, it's important to note that European hotel standards are different from those in the U.S.. By American standards, this hotel would be closer to a 3-star property. Despite this, the housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room daily and replacing towels. Service & Atmosphere The hotel staff is professional and polite, but interactions felt a bit robotic and mechanical. It seemed like they were following routines rather than making genuine connections with guests. That said, room cleanliness was good, and we appreciated the attention to detail in that regard. One thing that stood out is the hotel’s nostalgic 1950s vibe. The hotel seems proud of its mid-century charm, which they promote through signs and advertisements around the property. If you enjoy that type of retro atmosphere, you’ll appreciate this hotel. Breakfast Experience The breakfast at the hotel was excellent. The dining room overlooks the sea, which makes for a lovely breakfast setting. There are several breakfast stations with a wide variety of options, and the food quality was great. Waiters clean the tables and take care of guests throughout breakfast service, which adds a nice touch. We were very satisfied with the overall breakfast experience. Final Thoughts Overall, Hotel Royal Continental is a solid choice for staying in Naples. The location is its biggest strength, offering stunning views, proximity to restaurants, and easy access to the historic center. it provides a comfortable and memorable experience with beautiful sea views and a nostalgic atmosphere. Would we stay here again? Yes, for the views, location, and breakfast!"

"What a wonderful experience!!! The room was just perfect. Extremely spacious room and the tub/jacuzzi was an excellent addition. Bathroom was a comfortable size. Kitchenette was also a wonderful surprise (I don’t remember reading about it when I booked). Mini fridge was perfect to keep water bottle and beverages cold. Very cleaned and beautifully presented. The view from the room was just great and the location couldn’t be more perfect. Walking distance from the port (great as I had planned on visiting Capri and Ischia) and many other sightseeing musts. Also many places to eat and stores around the block. The host was also extremely helpful, charming and attentive. She allowed us to keep our bags in the lobby and do check-in early as we were ready visit and sightsee many places as soon as we got there around noon. She was also of great help after we checked-out, as I accidentally left the car keys in the lobby, I was able to recover them. All in all we had a great experience and time and will definitely stay again. Highly recommended."

"Публикую только факты. Самое первое о чем хочу сказать, что городской налог можно оплатить только по карте! Наличными не принимают! Я столкнулась с этой проблемой и меня отказывались заселять, хотя отель я оплатила заранее и отказаться от брони с возвратом средств не возможно! Помогли добрые люди, которым я отдала наличными, а они оплатили картой. Отель новый, никаких претензий нет. В номере все есть полотенца, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, вода, чайник, чай и кофе в большом количестве. Отличный спорт зал. Но, в номере неправильно сделан слив под душ. При купании вся вода лилась на пол ванной и затем в номер, приходилось каждый раз вызывать клиринг и просить это все убрать. Не совсем комфортно, после душа ты не можешь привести себя ч порядок, так как или стоишь в луже воды или вызываешь клиринг, ждешь, а потом приводишь себя в порядок. В номере не было фена. Очень хорошее расположение, рядом с площадью Гарибальди там и электрички к вулкана и Помпеи, автобус в аэропорт. Расположение отличное!"

"Нам отель понравился. Находится он на очень оживленной улице. Если открыть окно, то шумно. Мы не открывали. Но рядом есть кафе, магазины. Завтрак 10 евро, а не 8 евро, как указано в описании на сайте trip.com. Завтрак был хорошим. Всего по-немногу: сосиски, нарезка колбасы, сыр, фрукты, круассаны, яйцо, чай, кофе, орехи, нутелла, йогурт, вяленные помидоры, и т.д. В номере маленький холодильник, минибар включено в стоимость, что очень порадовало! Доброжелательный персонал. Единственное, что не понравилось, это гудение вентиляции. Может это только в нашем номере так было?"

"Hotel pulito, situato nelle vicinanze della stazione e del centro della Città. Camera spaziosa. Colazione Buona. Accoglienza Buona. Consigliato"

"Konum hakkında: Çelişkili görüşler nedeniyle konum biraz zordu. Napoli Merkez İstasyonu'na uzak olduğundan biraz indirim yapılabilir. Ancak Napoli Merkez İstasyonu yakınındaki bölgenin güvensiz olduğu söylendiği için bu oteli seçtim. Bu nedenle kamu güvenliği zayıf olan Napoli Merkez İstasyonu yakınındaki bölgenin puan düşüldüğünü söylemek doğru olabilir. Tam tersi feribot terminaline yakındır. Bunun dışında otel bakımlı tutulmuştu ve yeni bir otel olduğu için hasarlı veya eski görünen hiçbir parçası yoktu. Check-in sırasında hizmetle ilgili çeşitli açıklamalar yapılmasına rağmen İngilizce anlayamadım, bu yüzden aynı soruları sormak için geri döndüm ve feribot bilet gişesi hakkında da açıklamalar istedim ama hepsi gülümsüyordu ve yapmadılar. Çevirmeni kullanma zahmetine girmedim. Ben anlayana kadar her şeyi dikkatlice anlattı. Üstelik check-out yaptıktan sonra feribot saatini 2 saat yanlış okuduğum için otel lobisinde tekrar beklemeleri için onlarla pazarlık yaptım ve onlar da sorunsuz bir şekilde kabul ettiler. O gün kendimi iyi hissetmiyordum, bu yüzden çok minnettardım. Tesislere gelince, diş fırçasının olmaması gibi zaten dahil olan bazı şeyler olsa da genel olarak donanımlıydı, oda genişti ve bol miktarda raf vardı, dolayısıyla kullanımı çok kolaydı."

"The staff: amazing. They were some of the most friendly and outgoing people!! They alone made it an amazing stay, so shoutout to them 🩷 The hostel itself was also great! Quite fancy, clean, massive storage drawers under the beds, good sized rooms. The breakfast was yum, so was the free drink on arrival. Omg and they had free stuff in the kitchen for u to make food with. Think olive oil, pasta, tomatoes, zucchini, herbs and spices. LOVE!!! The rooftop was severely underrated, very cool!! Overall an amazing stay, I wish I could come back!!!"
