Overall experience is good. The highlight of the hotel is the rooftop with Mt.Fuji view where you can have a foot spa. This place also offer a hot spring onsen, some free snack, drinks too. In room experience was so so. A bit smelly but after we adjust the air con temp the smell is better. The bathroom space is quite ok and clean. T

View of Mt Fuji at your room's doorstep. What more can you ask for? Marshmallow over camp fire to end it all off in the night. Rooms are clean. Staffs are attentive and accommodating.

The room is big and comfortable. The pantry comes with all the consumables including detergent and laundry pods which is great! Amazing view on mt fuji! Adding one more tissue box in such big room is advisable. The standalone TV actually leaves no space to close the curtain so configuration would need to be reviewed. Our gratitude to the operation team and the laundry company in finding our lost medical gadget!

What a dream! A true hidden gem - i wish we booked for more than one day :( our room had a sauna and a jetted tub plus a microwave and fridge, breakfast table, sofa and water fountain as well as a humongous TV! We also took advantage of the free laundry services they have! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

I love the location, the buffet spread for breakfast and the happy hour drink and curry rice. Looking forward to stay there again in my next visit.

We had a pleasant stay at Superhotel Gotenba 1. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from nearby. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. It’s a good value for a short stay. I would recommend for travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly place in Gotemba.

Приехали в этот отель после посещения аутлета и перед дальнейшим повторным походом в аутлет. Расположение хорошее до отеля ходит бесплатный автобус от аутлета. Вода из крана из горячих источников, это тоже очень понравилось

Business style room that is ok sized for the price u pay. Staff was helpful to move our items up to our room prior to check in. They offer an eco friendly room cleaning option, and if selected, you will receive tokens for a free can of beer. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and easily accessible by car. There is free onsen but I didn't manage to try

ホテル室内は新しくないけどキレイで、バスユニットは小さいですが大浴場が併設ホテルにあるので快適でした。紅葉とライトアップが良くて良い季節に行けたのでさらに良かった。朝食券は現地で購入し朝ごはんバイキングは種類はたくさんではないですが満足。窓側の席は富士山ビューで朝から楽しめます。
