"The hotel is next to Gotemba station. And there is shuttle bus to outlet. Is convenient. The triple room size is reasonably fine for 3 person. With 2 big luggages once open not must space to move about. Reached ard 8pm and no parking lot at hotel carpark. Need to park outside about 2/3 mins drive away and it dark difficult to find the carpark even thought instruction given. Nee to pay 1300 yen. Front desk, breakfast place, pay laundry machine, water dispenser all at level 1. Quite small areas. Overall is fine since we only stay for a night"

"When I check in a girl staff explain to me very good .I mis understand she told the hotel doesn' t provide the drink water in room so you bring your water bottle to get drinking water in lobby. But when I did the man staff shout at me and ran to me almost to grab my water bottle in my hand ..I shock I try to explain why he didn t care it is very rude to me .Hotel good."

"Hotel CLAD offers an amazing stay with stunning views of Mount Fuji, especially from the rooms and onsen areas. Waking up to such a clear, unobstructed view was truly the highlight of the trip. The hotel is very reasonably priced for the view, quality, space, and experience you get, making it excellent value for money. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with large windows that really let you enjoy the scenery. The view from lobby is crazy beautiful. It’s also just next to Gotemba premium outlets! The private onsen is a big plus—perfect for relaxing in privacy while enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Overall, Hotel CLAD combines great views, comfort, and affordability, and is an excellent choice for a relaxing stay in Gotemba. Highly recommended. I would like to commend Rai for her help with my last minute bus booking to Shinjuku. She was super helpful and patient. Expect great customer service from their staff."

"Dağ manzaralı, çift kişilik ve tek kişilik yataklı iki kişilik odada gece kaldım. Giriş saatinden erken geldiğim için öğle yemeğimi restoranda yedim. Fiyat uygundu ve pilav ile miso çorbasının tazelenmesine izin verildi. Öğle yemeğinde karışık kızartma ve Japon usulü hamburger yedim, ikisi de lezzetliydi. Konum, hava açıksa pencereden Fuji Dağı'nı görebileceğimi düşündürdü. Oda temizdi, yatak genişti ve gerçekten beğendim. Akşam gün batımında Fuji Dağı'nın yıkanması, gece Fuji Dağı'nın yıkanması ve sabah Fuji Dağı'nın keskin manzarası hepsi güzel ve unutulmaz anılardı. Fuji Dağı'nı görmek istersem tekrar gitmek isterim. Birinci kattaki kapalı hamam bir kaplıcaydı ve açık hava hamamı da çok keyifliydi."

"Amazing hotel with daily morning Fuji View room. Location is up the mountain, 8 to 10mins drive away to gotemba premium outlet or free shuttle bus from hotel. On site onsen/hot bath is available in the hotel. Parking is free and breakfast need to reserve time slot to prevent overcrowding for good dining experience admiring Fuji ~"

"Hotel room is big, with power points and USB ports on both sides of the bed, and they acceded to our request for a Mt Fuji facing room and we were able to see Mt Fuji from our room window despite our room being on level 2 (hotel has 4 levels) though there were power cables obstructing the view a little. The free nightly ramen, ice creams and morning Yakults are good additions. Besides having Onsens and Saunas, they also have a level 4 open air footbath where you can have a clear view of Mt Fuji while soaking your feet. Parking is free but lots at the actual hotel site may be limited and if the car park is full, you may have to park across the hotel at a park’s car park. Gotemba outlet mall is about 10mins drive away and nearest convenient store is less than 5mins drive away."

"Highly recommend edit x seven to everyone here, starting off, location to gotemba outlet ＜2km away , it was ideal and you could either take a taxi or walk which was perfectly fine ! around the area ＜10 mins walk there was other food eateries too !! the view of the room was great and was super blessed to see mt fuji every morning when i woke up hotel staff were all friendly and great and amenities to the hotel were all clean/ new !! did not try the hotel breakfast though love it here! will come back again , checkin and out process was super smooth too!"

"We had a pleasant stay at Superhotel Gotenba 1. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with beautiful views of Mt. Fuji from nearby. Breakfast was simple but satisfying. It’s a good value for a short stay. I would recommend for travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly place in Gotemba."

"We had a really great experience at this hotel. There is a shuttle bus near the hotel that takes you to and from the JR Gotemba station and the Gotemba Premium Outlets. The room is really big for a Japanese hotel, and you even have a jacuzzi/hot spring bath in your own room! As for breakfast, it is buffet style with a good selection. The food is also delicious! The best part of all is still the service they provide. At the Fuji Outlet Hot Spring Hotel, they really go out of the way to serve their guests. We had 2 suitcases stored in the hotel when we checked out and went shopping at the outlets. We went back to the hotel to pick up our suitcases at around 19:20 and intended to take a taxi to the JR Gotemba station to catch a train back to Tokyo station. The front desk staff helped us call a taxi but no taxi would take the order because there was a bad traffic jam. It was on 3rd January 2025, a public holiday, and there were many cars heading for the outlets. Upon knowing our dilemma, I think it was the hotel owner, instructed a staff who just got off duty to drive us to the station. He even checked the train schedule for us! They refused to accept when we offered payment for the ride. Overall, the service was superb and I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. They have front office staff who speaks either fluent English or Chinese. We wish to thank the owner and his staff for such great service and will definitely stay in this hotel again if we were back in Gotemba."
