"I love how convenient this hotel is! It's connected to AMU plaza which has lots of stores and restaurants and the JR station where you can immediately take the train/bus straight out the hotel. The price is good for the convenience it gives. Highly recommended this hotel. It was a comfortable stay."

"Great location. From our room we could actually see the island of Sakurajima. Concurrent location to drive around the city. There are plenty of carparks around the hotel and also within it's own carpark. The front desk esp, Mr Tanimura, who checked us in when we arrived late. He was most helpful n friendly. Her made us feel very welcomed with his warm & friendly personality. Also, the ferry terminal is just next to the hotel. From our balcony we could actually see loading & unloading of the ferries."

"The hotel was located a 2 minute walk from the airport bus stop. It was also close to tram stops and a don quijote across the road. The room was a little small but we managed to make space for 2 large suitcases by moving things around. There is also a massage chair in the room which was a random nice touch. I really recommend the breakfast as there was an all fish option which is great if you're muslim and only eat halal. It gave us the opportunity to try something traditional that I would not have been able to before. Freshly made bonito flakes too! The hotel also has a luggage disposal service as my suitcase broke on the way there, it costed 3300 yen. It was a convenient, clean and safe stay :)"

"Very well located near everything. We could walk to the water front, buy food till midnight in the neighbourhood. The clothes freshener was very convenient. 12th floor had ice and water dispensers, vending machines and a public bath. The included breakfast coud serve as our lunch. Overall we loved our stay."

"I like this hotel. I've stayed here for 2 times. They provide a free transfer from and to Railway station and a city centre. Very good onsen with a scenic view on Sakurajima. You can also rent a bike here in the hotel for a reasonable price. Convenience store is right by the hotel."

Very nice service from Hotel staffs, we came early(10am) and left our bags at the hotel, at check in time (3pm) they’ve already brought all our bags to the room.

MMisafir KullanıcıAmazing hotel in Kagoshima, the room window is directly facing the Sakurajima volcano. Mesmerising to look at it for sunrise and sunset. The hot spring spa is also great, and the restaurants are also super good quality. Highly recommended.

Room was clean, and big enough to open 2 suitcases.
Good location, right beside a shopping street and close to many restaurants. ~10min drive from the city centre with all the large malls.
Only small downside was that the parking is off-site. About 5-7min walk away from the hotel.

MMisafir KullanıcıWe had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The value for money is outstanding—everything you get here easily exceeds the price. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and very pleasant to stay in, making it a great place to relax after a long day.
The service was exceptional. The staff were always willing to help with anything we needed, no matter what it was, and they were consistently super kind, polite, and welcoming. You can really feel that they care about the guests.
The location is perfect, with a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it very easy to get anywhere in the city quickly and efficiently.
Overall, a fantastic stay—highly recommended!

The only downside was it was super complicated and time consuming to contact the hostel for entrance pin, check-in procedure and check-in number. We asked the front desk receptionist of our previous hotel to call the hostel number stated on trip.com booking confirmation email in morning, but no one picked up; called again at 3pm, and the hostel hotline said the number was wrong and referred us to call another number. If we did not have the assistance from a Japanese local receptionist from another hotel, I dont think we could get the entrance pin and check-in procedure information smoothly.
I recommend this hostel to Japanese local, or tourists with a Japanese mobile number to make calls/able to find assistance from Japanese local people.

Only problem is air conditioning is set to heating only, outside temperature is over 10 degrees and having cooling will make more sense, we end up turning off the air conditioner and open window instead, rather bearing the traffic noise than a more than warm room.

MMisafir KullanıcıGave us the wrong room at first but then upgraded to a better room on 9th floor, which is nice. Washing machine/dryer is fast and very quiet. We liked the induction cooktop, which makes cooking quite enjoyable. You can see Sakurajima while laying on the daybed. Room is new and clean with high quality interior finish and fittings. Overall it's a very pleasant expereice. The only thing that can be improved is guest education. Kids staying upstairs kept jumping on the floor after 10:30pm. There should be signage reminding people to remain quiet at night time.

今回お部屋はシングルルームでしたが、都心部のシングルルームより少し広い気がしました。
バスルームは安定のユニットバス。
しかし、特筆すべき事項として「人工温泉完備」です。
入浴時間は６：００～９：００と１６：００～２４：００
タオルは自室から持っていくスタイルですが、楽しませていただきました。
また、アメニティ類は客室完備で連泊の方は毎回ベッドメイクが入ります。
5,000円台で泊まらせていただきましたがトップクラスのコスパの良さだと思います。
ホテル出てすぐのところにコンビニがあるのもいいですね。
駐車場の位置は少しわかりにくいですが、表通りから一つ裏に入ったところにあります。
一泊当たり1,100円で出し入れは自由です。ただし、機械式立体駐車場のため入庫できる車種が限られる可能性がありますのでご注意を
全体的に満足できるホテルでした。
鹿児島市内に泊まるときはリピートしたいと思います。

ししこな鹿児島中央駅からは少し遠い。コンビニは近くにあります、アメニティはフロント前で自由にとるタイプ。朝食は種類豊富でした、今週は関西名物のおかずが出て、串カツが良かった。鹿児島名物も勿論ある。

One of my favorite memories from traveling Japan is sitting at the low tables in the common area, eating a convenience store dinner and watching baseball on the tv. I was only there 3 nights but it felt like it would’ve been an easy place to settle into for a longer stay. There was a fridge and kitchen, two showers & toilets, laundry, luggage storage, lockers, etc. Very close to the train station. Rooms were clean, I felt like the staff did a great job on the upkeep. I would definitely recommend you stay here. The only thing to be aware of is that the mattresses are really thin so the sleeping surface feels really hard.

MMisafir KullanıcıIt’s only a 6-minute walk from Kagoshimachuo Station! I stayed in the Tatami Room which can be relatively small for people with big luggages. Like other hostels, the toilets, shower rooms, and common space are shared among the floor. However, I do find the shower area a little small. Many of us wouldn’t enter the shower area if somebody was using the sink because the sink was right in front of one shower cubicle HAHAHA. And yes, there’s only one sink in the common shower area.
I would recommend this place if you are doing a short stay in Kagoshima because there’s lots of shops and restaurants around the area! By the way, it’s located along the same lane as the famous “tonkatsu kawakyu とんかつ川久”. Please try it because it’s the best tonkatsu I’ve ever eaten!
