Amazing! You honestly never have to leave the hotel they have everything!!!! The staff were amazing too!!!!!

Arrived early around 1330hrs- asked if early check in is possible, Front desk agent person Sylvia Jeong(only remember last name sorry) professionally greated, explaned about the accomodation and what i am entitled with highly experienced attitude and knoweldge. Helped me to purchase club access to enjoy food and the club access; Not only her; but on the way to the suite, every paradise team members greeted, asked if help is needed and i was very much satisfied. I had strong impression the IR must have strong management team to bring up the service level this high. Turnndown service i requested for 1830hrs was accomodated without a problem or any delay, club food was good, team members at the lounge was helping each other with big smile regardless of their department or duty which i believe team members should be very proud of themselves. Paradise city is a big IR property. I was not expecting this high level of service quaility. They really are the top notch, i felt, experienxed like i am staying in the 200 rooms and below, small luxuary resort kind of detailed service experience. I will definetly revisit.

Gerçekten çok beğendim. Oda çok temiz ve sıcak. Televizyonun yanında bir şekillendiricinin olması güzel olurdu. Etrafta bir sürü alışveriş merkezi var, uyuduğunuzda dışarıdan biraz ses duyabiliyorsunuz ama sorun değil. Incheon terminaline çok yakın, bu yüzden bulmak çok kolay ve yakınlarda çok sayıda restoran var, bu yüzden teslimatın hızlı bir şekilde gelmesi harikaydı!

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at. We chose Inspire for our first family trip to Korea, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. We had a truly wonderful time. Our room was upgraded, and it was absolutely fantastic. It was spacious, very clean, and beautifully designed. The hospitality of the hotel staff was also outstanding and made our stay even more special. When we visit Korea again, we will definitely choose Inspire again. Thank you very much for such a memorable stay.

Toyoko Inn, yurt içi veya yurt dışı fark etmeksizin tutarlı hizmet sunan bir oteldir. Beklentiniz olmasa bile hayal kırıklığına uğratmayacak, iyi bir oteldir. Kahvaltı biraz hayal kırıklığı yaratsa da, diğer hizmetler genel olarak tatmin ediciydi. Ayrı otopark ücreti biraz can sıkıcı olsa da, diğer yönler genel olarak tatmin ediciydi. Genel olarak, iyi bir otel ve özel bir beklentiniz olmadan gelirseniz memnun kalacaksınız.

Perfect if you're arriving late at the airport. Exactly what you would expect from an Ibis Styles. Easy to get to via the shuttle bus to the car park if it is too late for the hotel shuttle bus (The hotel will send instructions). I used the same route back to the airport in the morning as it was quicker than the hotel shuttle. Easy check in and a comfortable bed.

The location is good, close to Songdo Convensia and Central Park, and not far away from Incheon Airport. I arrived at around 13:00, but the hotel said that check-in would only start at 15:00. I return at 14:50, but they still do not allow me to check in. So dome customers stand in front of the reception desk until 15:00. It is inconvenient for business travelers as often we need to get change to formal dress to go to a business event soon after arrival. It would be better if the hotel follow the usual practice of other hotels worldwide that customers would be given room earlier than the check-in time if rooms are available.

A compact but adequate apartment with modern decor for a short stay. Nice toilet/shower, adequate kitchen. A nice feature is the enclosed balcony, albeit small but ok for the two chairs and a small table. Location is convenient to Metro, airport express bus 6777 or a walk through Central Park.

Otel çok güzel ve diğer otellerden sıyrılıyor. Odalar temiz ve geniş. Resepsiyondaki personel çok cana yakın ve önemli turistik bilgiler sağlıyor. Otel odayı ancak saat 15:00'te teslim edebiliyor. Bagaj muhafaza hizmeti var. Sabah ve öğlen havaalanına gidiş-dönüş ücretsiz servis otobüsleri var ancak 15 kişilik küçük bir turist otobüsü olduğu ve hızla dolduğu için önceden e-posta ile rezervasyon yaptırmanız gerekiyor. Havaalanına yolculuk yaklaşık 25 dakika sürüyor. 5 kişilik ailemiz Incheon Havaalanı'ndan otele saat 12:00'de gitti. Otelin ücretsiz servis saati geçtiği için otele taksiyle gitmek zorunda kaldık. Seul şehir merkezine gitmeyeceğimizi bildikleri halde birkaç taksi şoförü bizi almaya yanaşmadı. Sonunda bir araba bizi almaya yanaştı ancak taksimetre üzerinden ücret alınmıyordu. Fiyatı 50.000 won'du. Çok pahalı olmasına rağmen iki çocuk ve yaşlılar zaten çok yorgundu, bu yüzden arabaya binmekten başka seçeneğimiz yoktu. Otel, Fisherman's Wharf ile tren bisiklet istasyonu arasında yer almaktadır. İki cazibe merkezine yürüyerek yaklaşık 10 dakikada ulaşabilirsiniz. Yakınlarda bir tarih müzesi de bulunmaktadır. İskelenin yakınında birçok restoran vardır ve hafta sonları bir bit pazarı da kurulmaktadır. Otelin girişinde metro istasyonuna giden 203 numaralı otobüs bulunmaktadır (otel personeli, otobüsle havaalanına gitmenin yarım saat sürdüğünü söyledi). Otelin bodrum katında bir bomba dükkanı ve bodrum katında bir süpermarket bulunmaktadır, bu nedenle çok uygundur. Cazibe merkezlerinin çoğu Koreli yerel turistlerdir ve daha az yabancı vardır. Birçok Koreli aile çocuklarını raylı bisiklet oynamaya getirmiştir. Bizim ailemiz Pazar günü öğle yemeğinden sonra raylı bisiklet oynadı, ancak öğlen bir saat kuyrukta beklemek zorunda kaldık. Bisiklet oynadıktan sonra yakındaki tekneye binmek için zamanımız olmadı. Son tekne saat altıdaydı.
