I stayed in a Single Economy Room and chose it based on the booking description - 12 square meters. The room turned out to be very small and could hardly moved once in, worse when I had to open the luggage and get things to use. Room amenities were sufficient. Room and bathroom were clean, but room size description could have been more honest. English of staff was generally not good, except for one night male staff. They responded to questions but not in a particularly enthusiastic manner. It was difficult to get recommendations. Breakfast was reasonable and F&B staff were attentive.

This hotel is a really nice place with super friendly staff that makes you feel welcome right away. Even though it’s a new hotel and there are still a few things to improve, you can tell they’re working hard and eager to get better. A big thank you to Angel for her warm and friendly welcome, and the Guest Service Manager, who was so lovely, friendly, and talkative. It really made my stay feel enjoyable!

Impera hotel is in a very safe and quiet street, even though it is in the middle of nightlife and entertainment. Breakfast presentations are very nice, the staff is attentive and kind. You can get good advice about the region. They have a huge wine selection and menus with good pizza and good pasta. If you want to stay away from the chaos of Taksim, I highly recommend it. I stayed in a standard room, it is a city hotel with very stylish architectural touches, there is great effort and vision in the entire building, I cannot say that the rooms are big but they are useful. The room I stayed in did not have a view, but I did not feel that this was a deficiency, after all, I did not want to pay exorbitant prices to different hotels just for the view.

This property gave us good staying experience having all the promised amenities and well served. On the problem is many service staff do not understand English which is not something bad but still. Regarding the location of property i was but disappointed because this is very much in the outskirts of the Istanbul city, and when the city itself is a attraction and you live beyond doesn't make any sense and you have to travel 25 to 30 kilometres every day to get to your visiting spots. Otherwise they do give a five star service as they pretend to.

During our one week stay in Sofitel Istanbul, staff were very warm and helpful! We stay in a suite, room is very clean and cozy! Very impressive service when having our breakfast buffet in the restaurant. Before our departure, Chef Ahmet even made a special dish for us and Mehmet treats the customers iust like your family members! The entire team is very well trained in general and definitely we will come back again.

Very clean and very comfortable apartments. The service is great there is a WhatsApp number so whenever I needed extra water or blankets for the sofa ït was delivered instantly. I asked if they had a microwave and there was a knock and they left a microwave in the room. So convenient. Clothes were washed and came back smelling so fresh. Lovely experience, staff are very nice. Extended our stay here.

To begin with, now this hotel is called DNZ TAXIM FERİDİYE HoTEL. I booked a stay for three nights through booking in a deluxe room. Upon arrival, we were given a different room that did not match the description and photo when booking. We returned to the administrator with an attempt to explain that the number was clearly different. He looked for our reservation for a long time, found it, and eventually gave us another room. It was larger and similar in size to the one in the photo, but it did not match in appearance. We were told that there were no other rooms available. In the end, I had to stay in this room. Then we began to examine it in more detail and were in a slight shock. The point was the condition of the room itself: the door trims were broken off, the walls were all chipped to the ground, the sink was loose, the shower hose was frayed, the faucet that was kept on parole. The faucet and fan just stuck out of the wall, everything above the doorway in the bathroom was smeared with cement without any kind of decoration (everything is in the photo). Towels are dirty, with lipstick residue and holes. Bed linen was also in question. The price included breakfast, which again turned out to be not the same as in the photo on bo***********A photo of breakfast is also attached to the review. The main thing there is half a loaf. Arabs work at the front desk, who know a couple of words in English, that is, it is extremely difficult to communicate with them. And finally, the cherry on the cake. We decided that we could not stand here for three nights and leave after two nights. As a result, the administrators canceled our reservation when we checked out, and sent information to booking that we supposedly did not check in. In general, they simply deceive people! I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

I visited Istanbul from USA and this is my review! This hotel is very clean and kid friendly! It’s a must you stay here if you ever visit Taksim, Istanbul. This hotel is in the perfect location, A lot of good food nearby, shopping nearby, grocery stores and mosque. This is the third time I assess this hotel (2015, 2018 and at the end of 2019). And the least I can say is that my reviews are still very satisfactory. This hotel is located just a few steps from Taksim Square, a central place to visit the city (metro), to eat, but also to take buses to the two airports. The hotel is a small cozy hotel, partly managed ”in family”. The rooms are not very large but very clean and very comfortable. The price fluctuates over the year but the price ratio is still at the meeting. The hotel has a very good location and is very comfortable and it is very good for you to stay in the hotel. One of my favorite hotels in Istanbul ...

Loft airport hotel This hotel is beautiful we were completely in shock at how nice the room is - Has a huge mirror which converts to a TV. The room has little fridge with free drinks - coffee kettle. It has beautiful furnishings the bathroom is fabulous I would totally recommend staying at this hotel Has a large mirror which turns into a TV. All upgraded - & exceptional When you get a taxi from the airport be sure the taxi man puts on the meter…. If you don’t see the meter running by the time you’re leaving the airport tell him to pull over and put the meter on I have noticed several Turkish taxi drivers don’t put on the meter coming or going from the airport why because they want to rip off tourists Do not pay any more than 200 Turkish lira max You can even get an Uber for maximum of 165 from the airport to the hotel Unfortunately you cannot get an Uber back to the airport. We did get a taxi from hotel back to the airport. 160 lira The hotel says it’s 5 miles away (that’s as the Crow flies) its actuality 8 1/2 miles by road. 15 mins max All the girls & Guys at the front desk were exceptional & really sweet - they spoke English they ordered us food to be delivered in the evening for us. They also recommended restaurants. We ordered a Turkish breakfast for €5 Our flight wasn’t until 530 so we asked if we could check out at 1 and they said yes no problem which we thought was very nice of them. There is a hotel at IST Airport but it’s very expensive (& not on Expedia) We would Definitely stay at this hotel again and have marked it as one of my favorites. I don’t very often give 5 star reviews but the staff were so nice and lovely and the hotel was soo fabulous I gave it a 5*. I did book the hotel 7 months out and got an amazing price so that helped…
